Literally the worse service! Went to take our girls out for spring break and get some ice-cream. The guy who made the ice cream was so rude, didn't have manners at all!!! He seemed like he was just trying to get us in and out and charged us the most. Greedy and rude!!!! $37 for 4 small cups! We could've just gone to the store and have our own ice cream party for that amount! Totally made it a not so fun experience for our girls! Didn't give them time to think and enjoy their topping choices! Never going back!

Absolutely disgusting treatment by management. A chain this large should not have problems this big. Lack of stock, spoiling food, and faulty lighting. Unacceptable at best. The location was also understaffed and overworked. Pay your workers more and increase your benefits or close the location down since management and higher is unfit to keep the store in shape.

this place is absolutely DISGUSTING! there was two employees. the one boy was touching his hair & making everyone’s ice cream with the same gloves he had touched his hair with. he didn’t clean off the stone well so i had other nasty stuff from previous ice cream combinations in my own. the waffle cones were stale because they had left them out in the open with flies touching them. lastly, the second employee was a young lady that had her hair in a side ponytail with her hair flying around as she was serving customers. they need someone to come in from higher up to see how filthy & nasty they are.

This place has really went downhill drastically. Ordered 4 ice creams online with very simple request, even gave them a tip. Picked up and went home to see 3/4 incorrect and messed up! Everything was super messy with chocolate all over the outside of the cups. It looked like an elementary child’s work. Totally disgusting and disappointment. Needless to say I’m writing this place off and won’t go back! The place was filthy inside and employees playing on cellphones. Two thumbs down.

We arrived at 14:30 to find the doors locked. Employees inside. Hours stated they were open. We watched several other people try to go in to find the doors locked as well. We called the store and was told by the employee he had a special project to work in the back and did not have enough help to serve customers. He suggested we come back in in 2 hours and he might be able to open the doors for customers. If you're not going to serve customers you should have a sign and change your status to closed. Very disappointed in the response and lack of service.

We were there at 9:05pm. The closing time shows as 9:30. The servers were so rude and refused to serve. The worst customer service ever. We will never go there again.

Monday, May 09, 2022, at 8:20 pm, the two young ladies said they didn’t have fruits or cake for toppings. It never happened before, probably because they want to close earlier. So disappointed

No, just please do not go here. Went here yesterday with my 9 year old son and significant other. Unfortunately, we passed up Rita's Italian Ice and Custard for this. This has to be the ABSOLUTE WORST branch I've ever been to. Not only are the employees rude and acted like every time a customer came to order, they were being bothered, but they are super lazy. You ask for the Cold Stone Creation and they ask you what toppings, how about the ones that are listed on the menu?? Which I did not even see were available. Least helpful and worst pricing I've ever seen. Seriously, $30.00 for old ice cream?? Please steer clear of this place. Your money is better spent elsewhere. No wonder the place was empty when we went in. We will not be giving our business to this place again.

I never though I’d give an ice cream place a bad review. Completely clueless staff, wrong color ice cream, half melted when we got it. Just a roll of paper towels from the bathroom dispenser at the register.

Ordered a banana hot fudge Sunday. Not certain what delivered but it had nothing accurate about the order. Last time I’ll order online with delivery from them very disappointing

didnt mixed the ice cream and toppings. just scooped it into a cup and put 2 whole reeses on top. rude as hell on top of that. complete waste of a birthday reward. also i ordered a scoop of peanut butter cookie dough and a scoop of chocolate fudge brownie. she scooped the peanut butter and then the chocolate one with the same scoop without rinsing it so now thwres just peanut butter ice cream in the chocolate

I used the Cold Stone app to order delivery. They forgot one of our signature creations, when I called to ask for it they said I had to request a refund (which you can not do in the app), and that I had to do it through DoorDash which I didn’t have access to because I didn’t use it for the original order. Then when I asked if I could have my ice cream they said “you can’t” I asked “why not” and they said “I don’t know.” So at this point I have one person without ice cream, and the store has the money, tip, and delivery fee I paid without providing me what I paid to receive. I was told that I will “hear from the owner” but that remains to be seen. As of right now there has been absolutely zero customer recovery attempted.

Not recommended at all! We were charged more than any other cold stone stores. This store charges extra for each topping that you add, including for the milkshake. He charged 30$ for 3 small cups of ice cream which cost 15 at other cold stone stores. The ice cream was also stale, it upset my stomach resulting in heartburn and chest pain due to acidity and gas for the next three hours after eating it. Highly not recommended!!!

The service was great medha was very pleasant serving us making our orders in spite of my bad attitude when I came in very pleased with my experience

The portion I received was about half of what i normally get at other locations. There were also no cones, as if they were surprised by people wanting ice-cream during a heat wave.

Ice cream is great but staff are terrible! They don’t smile or greet their customers. They were very short with us and rude.

This location is consistently filthy; dirt and old ice cream toppings are always piled up on the floor in front of the counter here. We visited recently with our toddler because it's the closest ice cream joint to our house. My husband ordered the "special" Lucky Charms ice cream and it was beige, not green, and had regular marshmallows not the ones from the cereal as advertised. Just an overall disappointing experience and we plan to go to "small biz" type ice cream shops in the future.

This place is not like it used to be if I could give it half a star I would. Firstly, they told my DoorDasher that they would have to wait an hour and understandably he didn’t want to wait after they told him that the line was too long and he’s not a priority right now. Then a new dasher drove all the way out to the store waited another hour just for them to cancel the order after the Dasher waited an hour. The only reason why I DoorDash from Coldstone now is because I do not like going to Coldstone as it is always so unbelievably dirty and the customer service there is lacking too.

I ordered 4 packs of cupcake ice cream for my daughter’s bday, 1 week ahead of time. At the time of pick up, the staff told me that 1 pack melted and had to be replaced with Reese’s cupcake, which I don’t like because of peanut allergy issues for some guests. Poor service! Not coming back!

Employee Christina WAS GREAT, but all the other workers left her to make everything. Absolutely rude and not team oriented. Thankful for Christina completing our 10 orders solo.
