I've been going there for several years and the guys at the front desk have always been great and helpful. I moved from Leesburg but I still make the 45 min drive to see them. They are pretty straight forward when there are car issues and will let me know if it needs to be taken care of immediately or if I can wait a little longer.

Terrific! They saved me thousands of dollars - very honest. I was driving from VT to Leesburg on a dark, rainy night on 81N when my car started dying on a busy scary highway. I was able to get off on a rest stop and my son drove down to get me. I had no idea what was wrong with my car, I had it towed to Midas in Leesburg. I was hesitant as you hear things about ‘chain’ mechanics. It was bad news, my engine was blown, and it would be costly. BUT…James, called not only with bad news but GOOD…he and his service team were knowledgeable enough to know that my car’s engine was under a special warranty due to past issues. Not only did they recommend the terrific Leesburg Kia Dealership (they deserve a separate great review) but James & Midas saved me money they could have made off me dishonestly . I highly recommend the Leesburg Midas, and would go to them for any future needs! A+

Great experience.... they did a tremendous job fixing my car... and the price was over $1100 less than the dealership quote...and that includes the rental car for 4 days. I would recommend them to anyone who is having issues with their exhaust system.

I am over the moon excited about this location and their people. I worked with Cody and the tech Sam. They both took excellent care of me and my baby, a 1957 Chevy Bel Air. I needed shocks installed and despite their labor estimator only going back to 1974, they took the whole thing in stride. Shocks were installed, and a couple of missing bolts were found and provided without stopping work. They also found that my exhaust pipe clamp was loose, and of all things, my back tires were directional and on the wrong sides. They got all of that taken care of and Arlene runs beautifully now. I can't thank them enough for the extra care they took and for noticing things that were not even in the workflow of the repair they were doing. I appreciate that level of detail, and will definitely bring my vehicles to them in the future.

I like this Midas. I've never had any issue with their pricing or speed. They have always been helpful and friendly to me. I got my state inspection here as well as odds and ends auto work. Also, the waiting room chairs are armless so they're Plus-Size friendly.

Dropped off on 9/10/22. Very nice folks at the front. Very helpful. They checked the full history, and found that the rear brakes were under warranty from 2019. I'm glad they keep good records. I look forward to service with them for years to come! Thank you! Raymond Hesson

Highly recommend! I had a check engine light issue I needed help with and Kolby was a savior! He helped give me a rundown on what they’d do and when I could come in over the phone which I appreciated as I was still getting quotes from other places (who were all gonna be more expensive). Was able to drop off my car in the morning and get it back by that same evening. My car needed a special part that Midas had to go buy (they said first few places didn’t have it) and I’m so happy and impressed that they really showed their effort in fixing my problem ASAP. I also really appreciated that Kolby walked me through everything they were doing to make sure I knew what was going on. He has phenomenal customer service, he’s so personable! Overall great customer service, I would recommend this place to any of my family or friends.

They were also very honest about the costs of parts and labor, and even suggested ways I could save money on repairs. They were fair priced and honest. One of my feet vans stopped shifting and broke down a few miles from Midas Leesburg. I had our tech zip tie the shift linkage to limp the van to a local shop. I called Midas and James said he could look at it that day. By the end of the day I had a diagnosis and estimate, I gave him the go ahead and it was ready by the end of the next day. Fast service is important when a work vehicle is down. The service was fast and the price was more that fair. Thanks for the great work.

18 months ago I changed jobs and was assigned a different company car. I was given several local vendors to choose for scheduled maintenance. For the first maintenance I chose a place we used for our old Jeep. I was surprised by the decline in “customer service”. I then decided that I would try Leesburg Midas for my next scheduled maintenance. I’ve never gone anyplace else since. The service is top tier and consistent across the board. Regardless of which team member who helps you. I’ve been assisted by Wayne Price, the Assistant Manager, Kolby Riley, Manager, and James Marsh, President. Each have been straight forward with me and stuck to their word. If you make an appointment, you have that appointment. Your car goes in immediately. I highly recommend bringing your vehicle to Leesburg Midas. Don’t bother going anyplace else.

I took my Kia 2016 with active inspection from California but due to state regulations I have to renew in VA for inspection - I was told I need over 650$ in repairs. Guess what I paid them around 1100$ in total due to their unprofessional mechanic, they bring wrong part and said I need to pay them what a waste of service they had with my car. They of course gave me a rejection sticker -I just took the car to a different shop for control - They said NO ISSUES AT ALL!. They lied, tried to overcharge for unneeded repairs. Will ever and never bring any of my cars to Midas at leesburg again. Next time I need to review ppl experience.

The crew here was not only extremely professional but deeply competent. Not only was I treat well but fairly and not given a run around. I plan to continue to bring my business here as other shops in the area cannot compare.

My car needed new rear brake pads and new rear rotors and I wanted to get the brake fluid exchanged. I booked an appointment for Midas Leesburg and found an online coupon on MIDAS website which had free brake check and $25/axle off if brake service is needed. I wanted to get an estimate price before getting the work done. When the technician finished examining the brakes the person at the reception gave me a quote of $559 for parts and labor to which I said I will get the work done on next weekend after I get paid. The associate said since the technician did the examining I was liable for $35+taxes. When I said I had the coupon that said free brake check why am I being charged for $35? He replied because he has to pay the technician. I mean, that's why I brought the coupon. It clearly says free brake check, the technician is just doing his job. Or there should be a note on the coupon that the customer will be charged even if no work is done. He totally misrepresented and never stated this condition before starting the work. Totally disappointed by MIDAS.

Midas does a fine job. Good customer service. Good basic repairs and inspections. Trusted, in general.
