Don't book any event here!!! Twelve minutes late and my daughters birthday was canceled. We had 15 little girls with us. Late due to an awful accident and even called and said we were running a few minutes behind and when we arrived literally 12 minutes late they canceled our event. Worst service. Worst staff. Totally unprofessional. Zero empathy. Another group came behind us that only had 6 people they were also late due to the accident and were allowed to continue but not our group.

I have been to Go Ape Zipline and Adventure Park a couple of times few years ago when I lived in Montgomery county. It was so much fun, the staff is great, they explain you the safety protocols and they let us practice over with ground level zip lines to make sure we are educated. Once the safety protocol demo is finished, there are some 8/10 zones, I can’t remember. They are all different and have different thrill levels. There are staff walking all around to see if anyone needs help. The zip line zones itself are very well made and safe. They also have water at every zone. I enjoyed my visit and hoping to come back again soon.

Staff was great. Me and my daughter came and she was to scared to proceed past obstacle 2. They were understanding and offered me a refund without me even asking. Much appreciated.

My husband and I went to this place on July 14/2019. We had a wonderful time and the place is amazing. Unfortunately if you are someone like me who will need some encouragement and have a little of fear pray to be assigned with a different person than the one we had! He kept asking me if I wanted to stop at every step of the way after letting me to be the first one to go which took all my chances of learning from a person ahead of me of course! He walked away at some point and the young lady with him was so nice and guided me a long way building my confidence and telling me what to expect and how to do them the easy way and so. He came back and I lost it and gave up:( I asked to return/stop and on my way back still at the top he kept asking me all sorts of questions.I told him if he could let me focus and wait until I am at the ground. All the other staffs that we met were welcoming though. Long story short, there was this guy in our team who knows all the tricks but He didn't start interfering in helping me until all my confidence was damaged! Which actually disappointing because I realized I could have enjoyed our adventure more had it been a good guider assigned. On the good side though, I ended up taking a lot of pictures while my husband passed through all the steps:). We are planning to visit the other locations for more better experience now that my husband knows all the tricks:)

This place is just so much fun! Been here a couple times with different people, and each time you get a few hours of self-paced adventure. Heights are good but not overwhelming, zip lines are pretty good, and a few choices for those of us to take a "harder" route while the rest of our group could take easier ones on the same obstacles. I'm afraid of heights, but the training and safety protocol made me feel comfortable with the course, and there are plenty of guides wandering around if you need help.

This place was really fun. And took my soon to be 11 year old son and he is just adventurous enough to have a blast. One thing that really struck me was that while our instructor Alex was very energetic and seemed to enjoy his job, you could tell in the little things he would do or say that safety is the number one policy at Go Ape, which is important in an environment where you are strapped up to ropes 40 ft in the air. I definitely felt safe the whole time thanks to the quality instruction, and I felt confident that I could safely supervise my son for the same reason.

THE BEST AND MOST FUN YOU CAN HAVE FOR THE PRICE. Go, just go there with your friends and family and you find that you love overcoming and fear that heights may cause you. I am not the biggest fan of heights but when you start climbing and zip lining, you will find the adrenaline and fun outweigh the fear. I recently went this last weekend and found that it was everything I hoped and more. The staff gives you a safety briefing that is thorough and they do not rush you. Your guide stays with you for the first few obstacles and then other crew closely monitor the goers through other obstacles. There is never a time that you feel left 100% unattended navigating the course. The training lesson sticks with you throughout the obstacles. The obstacles include long zip lines, traversing in air steps and rings. You can choose harder obstacles or a lesser an easier to some obstacles. They did a fantastic job creating the course. The equipment is easy to use and they reiterate to always stay attached (which makes more sense when you are there). The equipment is in good shape and you genuinely do feel safe navigating the course while the adrenaline is still flowing. I strongly recommend this place as a great thrill filled good time! #GoApe

This was one of the most fun local activities I've ever done. My group of 4 got through the course in under 3 hours, opting to do the more difficult options when available. This was the first time for all of us and we had a blast. Staff was super friendly. The Tarzan swing will definitely wake you up! Can't wait to go back.

Had a great afternoon zip lining with my nephew. The staff (Mathias and Alex) were so patient and encouraging when we ran into a case of nerves and let us go down and then try a second time after which we kept going. Definitely recommend this activity for friends and family. Enjoy!

I had so much fun climbing up and zipping across the trees! Expect to sweat as it’s definitely a workout! I even saw an iguana crossing the ladders ahead of me. Very beautiful place.
