Today I met with a physician ( won’t share name) in the spine center. It was a man which is the most I’ll say to protect reputation. I have a history of orthopedic related health issues so spine is the next place I had to be after I was in the ER recently. The doctor had NO PERSONAL DESIRE TO HELP ME. It was just here’s what I can do and goodbye. There was no care to listen. He even told he was done talking to me and even shut his door on me. I’ve never experienced such awful care at OSU. Please don’t hesitate to voice the mistreatment. I’m not just a number. I’m a person too. And that doctor made it his goal to make me feel like just another number in the books. Do better Ohio State. It’s a research hospital for a reason.

Dr.Rohl is an excellent Doctor and the first to examine me in a long time after being assaulted, I received a certified letter in the mail from this doctor's office that due to missing an appointment (that I wasn't reminded of) they can no longer treat me, I finally got my DUB under control and now I'm being fed to the wolves, this action is such a disgrace to a noble profession! I will recommend my friends and family not to get treated here, since they are so rich to be able to throw patients away like that!

My husband has seen various doctors here over the years & currently seeing Dr. Jonathan Karns who recently performed his back surgery. I appreciate coming to this location as it is easier to access parking without a fee.

I waited hours in the room to learn the doctors did not know what was going on and would not run the tests they said they would at multiple points during the visit. I saw another provider after spending substantial time and money here, who quickly identified and addressed the root cause of my symptoms, including through simple tests that could have been ordered at this outpatient care center.

Pros: 1. I really like my doctor, Dr. Gao. But apparently she's not my doctor anymore for some reason. Not sure what happened. :-( 2. The doctor on the emergency help line was helpful. 3. The doctors are knowledgeable and caring if you actually ever get to see one or talk to one. Cons: 1. I can never get scheduled within a timely manner. Any available appointment is at least weeks if not months into the future, even if I'm calling for a sick appointment. This level of availability isn't useful for any purpose other than a yearly physical, and you better schedule that months in advance. 2. Whenever I call the prescription refill line, I get completely ignored the first few times I call. Then they get the order wrong. Then when I call to fix it, they get it wrong again. It is usually at least a month long fiasco to get any prescription refilled. One time I had to call the doctor office 9 times, the insurance company twice and the pharmacy 4 times to just get a refill request done correctly. That took two and a half months. 3. Because of the terrible prescription refill process and the inability to get timely appointments, I have run out of regular maintance medicines a few times this past year. Because of this my health is poorer than it has been with any other doctor office I have been with. 4. Apparently the office has switched me to a new doctor without notifying me of the change. 5. It is not common to be able to get scheduled with your own doctor somehow. If you want to see your own doctor you need to wait months longer for the appointment than if you go with another doctor.

OSU has the best Physical Therapy Team in the State. I recently had a knee replacement and went to Ohio State outpatient for physical therapy. I went through a rough time and their physical therapy team gave me the support I needed to make it to the other side. I will always be thankful for them. I wouldn't go or wouldn't send anyone to any other hospital but "OHIO STATE UNIVERSITY". GO BUCKS!

Multipurpose physicians medical facility. 3 star's for the services offered. The physicians and staff as a whole leave have a under tune of an inequity and discrimination. When your admiration writes these policies and has the mentality that you as an individual are less than there's a problem, but it's OSU. At at point in time this medical organization was excellent, but this was my last visit

Do not go here for trans health they will waste your time. It says they use an informed consent model on the website and then the doctor put me around the bend, said I need to be evaluated by their suggested therapist when I just wanted to do informed consent for HRT. They act like a barrier rather than a catalyst for your transition, if I need therapy for HRT I'm an adult and can get it on my own terms yet I'm treated like a child by the doctor there. Go somewhere else like Equitas or Planned Parenthood that are more understanding about LGBT needs, disappointed in OSU.

I started HRT here after being recommended by a friend. Every time I have come here Dr. Davis and Dr. Barnett have been nothing less than amazing. I’ve never had much of a long wait. The staff is always very friendly. I actually enjoy going to the doctor for once. I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else. I left my family doctor of 27 years behind. I don’t regret it one bit.

I had an MRI done on my dumb Hammer toe on Friday 3/31/23' @ The OCE Dept with the most Amazing & caring techs. Sydney & Lena were not only patient with me, but they were extra nice & accommodating to whatever I needed or wanted. I can't tell you enough of how great, I feel for OSU Hospitals, Their Doctors, & all their employees in which they staff. #KudosOSUitWasAGreatExperienceAsAlwaysIsWasAtDoddHall92Too:)!

Their infusion department is incompetent God forbid you have a treatment at another facility in the osu system then they whisper about you like children, not to mention the the nurse didn't even give her name, I WON'T BE BACK FIX YOUR SYSTEM AND TEACH YOUR NURSES PROPER CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS!

I'm taking this public, I was a patient of their podiatry Physician Dr. Kevin Springer I am unsatisfied with their care. They haven't done anything for me or my condition it hasn't changed. They refused sign my intermittent paperwork thru my job say I have make appointment and see the doctor in order get my intermittent L.O.A documents filled out and faxed. Which was very important and provided job protection if I am absent . . It's all financial & politics. It's like Come see the doctor pay 75.00 co pay if you want your paperwork for work filled out or suffer.. I'lll just go Ohiohealth or take my healthcare elsewhere. I got appointment with someone else I'll just start new claim with different Doctor and get my healthcare records transferred.. It's just pointless pay 75.00 co pay to see a doctor who won't give me a M.R.I or katscan, or who can't change or better my condition just to come sit and talk to him pay the co payment see doctor in order to just get some important documents filled and faxed. . And a doctor isn't helping me. OSU care is way overated Dang I needed that paperwork signed. I can barely walk sometimes due to the pain and fareups. It's struggle to get out bed at times to go to work. Crawling in hallway having use stairway balcony to have pull myself up sometimes to go the bathroom, thanks alot for nothing . .furthermore they charge me 75.00 co pay Which I cannot afford. What happened to law that stated a healthcare facility couldn't deny healthcare due to no insurance or non payment. Last time I went their they said if I didn't have the co pay I could not see the Doctor . What a corrupt healthcare system we got it's evolves more around insurance and money than patients care and well being. I bet I'll never go to OSU healthcare facility hospital or provider again I'll die first!

I have been a patient at CarePoint east for the last 3 years. The staff is phenomenal by displaying excellent customer service and compassionate of the patient needs. Jason (the manager at CarePoint East), Deborah the administrative assistance & the entire PT staff are a wonderful group of individuals! 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾 I will continue to recommend CarePoint East to my family and friends. As I see the results from where I came from to where I am today, I can say Thank You Jesus for the Jason & his staff at CarePoint East(CPE). I never would have made without God, prayers and the staff at CPE. 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾🙌🏽👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾🙌🏽

I started seeing Amy Groswald for my primary care at the Outpatient Care East center. After our first appointment, she recommended I come back for a Pap smear. So I did. She then said she was not comfortable performing the test on me due to me being on my cycle. (However according to other doctors and everything I have heard from family and friends, the test is still fine to perform. If it was something to do with the test results I would understand, but she specified it was due to her own comfort. Why be a doctor in that case...?) I had the appointment for months, and was not told of this until I was in the room with her. I took work off and planned for this appointment for months. Disappointed and will be looking for care elsewhere. Giving 3 stars due to the office being very helpful and not charging me for the visit.

Honestly the best hospital I’ve been to. I found out I was 14 weeks pregnant and picked this hospital to go to. When I tell you the OBGYN team was amazing, they were perfect! I felt comfortable and heard. My pregnancy went smooth. Melissa Odell is honestly the BEST! She’s professional, nice, responds quickly, and always just caring, not only about your baby but about you. Pick Melissa if you can. 💜💜💜
