Today checking out was fantastic! Michael's now has self check out kiosks! So exciting. They are so nice and easy to use. Such a treat. I can't wait to use it again 👍👍

This place always looks like its going out of business. So often not stocked on anything you actually need. I leave empty handed more often them find what I need.

I miss when they had actual employees around who could do their jobs. Apparently they fired all cashiers and replaced them with computers that constantly make mistakes. We wound up putting back half our order because it was so miserable just trying to check out.

Usually able to find any craft or art supplies I need. Also great seasonal decorations

Nowadays it's more brand-name items and pre-made holiday and classroom decor and less things that you would actually use to make other things. But there's still good stuff to be found.

I don't like giving bad reviews but I'm hoping someone in charge will see this. There needs to be more sales associates on the floor and/or available to run a cash register. I (as well as many others) were stuck in line for nearly 15+ minutes today bc customers checking out couldn't find someone to get a price on an item. Then the only cashier ran out of receipt paper. I was so anxious to get out of the store that I tried to check myself out even though I needed several things wrapped up. Then I was told the self checkout didn't have receipt paper either. It was a nightmare. I almost returned everything and went to a different location. I this would be easily fixable with more sales people on the floor

I really like this Michael’s. It’s large, well organized and bright, staff is helpful and things are easy to find. Love their sales too! Went yesterday and they now have 4 self check out kiosks which are so nice and easy to use!

When you need a sales rep there's never one anywhere, but they somehow always appear and shout at you, like don't touch this, don't sit here, don't look there... Very rude and unprofessional service. Do not recommend this store to anyone.

Your average craft store. Has self checkouts and two price checking machines for customer use. Has a kind employee to assist with checkout. Very good overall.

Difficulty opening a credit card and only received a 15% discount instead of the advertised 20%

It’s always quick and easy getting around this place. Everyone is so kind too. Dom has helped me each time I’ve come to this location and has made my shopping experience so smooth, pleasant, and and blessed.

Went to get a scrapbook. Impressed with the cleanliness and organization of the store. Looked for help with a question that was answered by a gentleman named Santiago who couldn't have been nicer or more personable. He was of great assistance. He is an asset to your store. Checkout was very fast. Will go back again.

Michaels now has self-check out. I loved it. It was easy to use and like most places they have some one standing by to help you if needed. I do find they have a much lower inventory since COVID and I can't always find what I need.

My business will be going to Target, Office Depot from now on, as instructed by staff, because Michaels apparently no longer sells mechanical pencil lead refills.

I only give it 3 stars because of a not so great experience with the custom frame department. Wasted a bunch of time attempting to get multiple jazz fest posters framed during 65% sale to no avail.

I went to pick up an order. It was ready and well packed. I had some questions and there wasn't anyone around to talk to. So I had to wait in the check out line to get my questions answered. Not enough employees.

One of the bigger stores in the area, plenty of space to walk around and room for classes. Good selection of products, plenty of parking.

Nice, clean store! Always able to find what I need. Would highly suggest using the app to check if they have stock of what you need beforehand. It tells you where to find it in the store!

I love Michaels! When I lived in the area, I used to give my paycheck to Michaels 😁. I returned to the area for a sad occasion and went in to run an errand. I found what I needed and then some. Post holiday, their clearance sales are superb! The only issue I noticed, which is not unique to Michaels is they have a lot more floor space than product to fill that space. I suspect it's pandemic related and they just don't have the foot traffic they used to. Still, it looks odd seeing empty space and I would recommend filling the voids to improve sales. This is one of the largest Michaels stores and I still highly recommend!

This place used to be really nice but I feel like over the years it has become very dated and is now completely dwarfed by the other local craft store Joann. The staff are nice, but nothing sticks out to me except that they have some more acrylic supplies and art books which I do come for still.
