I had the Pho #4 (steak, flank, and meatballs). I was pleased. All was eaten. With 20% tip, total was ~$19. Note: A free parking garage is around the corner. This is a street-adjacent restaurant; no parking at the business itself. Park in the parking garage.

My husband and I love this place! They have an entire page on the menu of vegan options and everything we have had so far is delicious. I personally love the Lemongrass Tofu with Veggies and rice. My husband loves the Pho. The owner is always there with such friendly customer service and the servers are very efficient. The food came out in a matter of minutes after placing our order.

What a great place to be greeted by My Lord and the Blessed Mother! Lots of selections: soup; sandwiches & rice combo. And a treat to get Vietnamese Coffee too.

This was my first time visiting. The customer service is great we were seated quickly and the food came out quick too. I got the seafood pho and the calamari. My friend got the light and dark meat chicken pho. The calamari was delicious, and so was my pho. It was really flavorful.

Tried this restaurant twice so far. I absolutely love their service! When they saw I have a kid with me, small bowl with kids utensils and a pair of scissors were brought to our table right away. This beats all other restaurants we’ve been to. Food was fresh. The portion of meat in the pho was great for a meat lover like me. The broth tasted a bit different from the classic ones I’ve had at other pho places but I couldn’t tell what’s making that difference. Would try again and see if I can figure it out. LOL

This is one of the best pho restaurants in town. Soup always comes out piping hot, the broth isn’t watered down and is very flavorful! Service is always spot on and everyone here is so welcoming! Can’t recommend this place enough. Come and support this local business 😊👍🏼

Such an amazing Vietnamese restaurant that I usually get their special vermicelli. They have really good service and their food quality is very consistent and decent. Highly recommended A+++

I ordered the strawberry Limeade with Strawberry poppings. It was delicious. Can’t get enough of it. The food was amazing as well. The flavors were very authentic.

With so many to choose from in the sterling VA area, this restaurant serves a great variety of delicious dishes. I especially enjoy their pho-soup (steak or chicken). Dishes are decently priced, but the portions could be a tad bit bigger! The service staff are very friendly and if you’re new to pho they will answer any questions you have about the menu. It seems the carry out is just as busy as the dine in. The staff is very attentive and good about keeping your table from getting clutter with dishes and empty glasses. They are also good about ensuring all utensils are in a bag, and the table are disinfected well prior to seating. It's definitely one of the best places to eat in the NOVA area

Chose this place for my birthday lunch and it did not disappoint! Food was so so good, and the service was even better! Highly recommend the Pad Thai, Husband loved his Pho and the spring rolls were so yummy! Great portions and prices. We will be returning.

Stopped by for some pho with coworkers. The staff was very funny and friendly. There was many options on the menu to choose from. I had the Pho Dac Biet with spring rolls and I thoroughly enjoyed it. The shopping center was a cool little place for a walk also. The broth was pretty good and there was plenty of meats in the bowl and enough noodles so the ratio was just right. Will definitely try again when in town.

This place is really nice and clean (a hidden gem??). I was here last week and craving pho so bad. The food was incredibly delicious and the gentlemen inside were very friendly! I really like that they have a bathroom cleaning checklist. Most places don’t put in that effort.. I appreciate the organization and cleanliness of it all. And the food of course was 10/10. Thanks guys — great place!! 😊👍🏼

I'm reluctant to encourage further Pho puns, but yes, this place is Pho-nomenal. Great food, both rolls and noodles. Excellent service, and it's a neat, modern place. Definitely a good choice in the area.

The food was good. However, in terms of the Pho, I don't think the price matches the portion size. The rice plates were fine, however, and the spring rolls were delicious. The Thai tea was ok, not the best but not the worst I've had.

Rice special and vermicelli specials were delicious. Calamari and spring rolls were too oily. Seafood pho was supposed to include crab as per the menu but it was the imitation crab. Chicken satay was chewy. Service was okay.

This place is really expensive for what they give you. If I'm paying $16 for a bowl of pho brisket soup, I normally expect a larger bowl. It felt like a kids meal. They don't even fill the soup container all the way to the top (see photo). The amount of noodles they give you is severely underwhelming. A pack of ramen noodles give you more than what they give. The amount of protein they give is decent but not nearly as much as other pho places. I guess I'm just super shocked with these portion sizes because I come from Falls Church and Centreville. For $16, the pho places in those cities give almost double than what is given here. It's a travesty that they give out packets of Lee Kum Lee sriracha... where is my huy fong?? These owners seem to be taking advantage of the clientele present in this location because they don't know any better. As far as taste goes, it's average at best. The broth doesn't have that typical deep flavor a bowl of pho has. It feels generic here. Like there's no soul behind the broth. They also skimp out on the bean sprouts/basil. 2/5. This place is below average. MAYBE average at best. Unphenomenal.

Food is exceptional, but service is hit or miss. Food is usually prepared fast, but getting a refill or the check can be a long wait if you don't have one of the good servers. If you have one of the good servers, this place is a 5 across the board. Atmosphere is nothing to write about. It's pretty basic but the food is why you go there!

Fantastic food and service. Great take-out experience. They package soup for take-out in a way that’s ready to eat - no additional prep needed. My son is a picky eater but eats a full adult portion of their Pho Tai.

I usually would suggest this place but if you are vegan or vegetarian don't trust this place. I asked the person in charge a few times to clarify that my soup was veggie broth. I was assured that it was but took it home and found a oil that comes from fat of meat and eventually found small chunks of meat within. I will not be eating here ever again needles to say.

So good!!! I had pho a few years ago that wasn’t the best, so honestly, I had low expectations trying pho again. I have to say, this pho was very delicious. The broth was flavorful and the brisket and thin steak were so good. One thing that really stands out is how hospitable, attentive, and welcoming the service is. The waiter came to us every several minutes to see if we needed anything. That was appreciated. Must try

It’s not bad, but it’s a little bit cheap ingredients… For example instead of crab you have crab meat imitation (surimi), sandwich is only half full (see photos), not sure why? Steaks were good though, but have nothing to do with Vietnamese kitchen:) Worth trying, interesting experience. And service was good, no issues there.

Does the food live up to the pun? Not quite, but it was good. Disappointingly, instead of offering traditional Vietnamese desserts, this place has bubble tea. I like bubble tea but it's not Vietnamese. It's a missed opportunity to show off a delicious cultural tradition.

I liked the appetizers of fresh summer rolls and bubble tea. But for the main course I have ordered V7 pad Thai chay and V10 pho chay, while pho chay was okay, pad Thai chay has strong repelling egg odor, i thought it’s how they prepare it but I couldn’t eat it, so I packed it assuming the odor may go down later but by the time I reached home the food became stale and inedible, that’s unexpected, I had packed food many times from restaurants, never faced this. Quality of food : 6 (mixed experience) Taste and essence : 6 Presentation : 7 Hospitality & Environment : 8 Price-value : 7 Cleanliness : 8 Red’s Final Rating : 7/10

I work nearby and I am new to the area so I always see what new places I can go to on my lunch. Phonomenal did not disappoint. I was greeted and seated quickly. The food comes out in a very timely matter..which is great since I only have an hour lunch. Tommy who I believe may be the owner? is super nice and friendly. I had the brisket pho which is my personal favorite. The portion of noodles and meat are generous however I always end up ordering extra anyway just because I love it so much! Everything is nice and clean which is number 1 for me. The atmosphere is relaxing and quiet. I'm thoroughly satisfied with my visit to Phonomenal. It was excellent!

My family and I went to Pho-nominal and had a great time! We love their pho, and today we tried their boba tea. My kids loved all the choices they had. Plus, what made our visit even more special was the unexpected gesture of receiving a token of a $2 bill in celebration of Lunar New Year. It was such a thoughtful touch that made us feel appreciated as customers. Overall, our visit to Pho nominal at OneLoudon was fantastic, and we'll definitely be returning soon!
