    Stayed only 1 night. Every single staff member we interacted with was friendly and helpful. The rooms are big, clean and comfortable. The hotel is situated close to the airport. There were no complimentary bottles of water in the room. The breakfast was pretty decent with both hot and cold items. We will surely stay here again when in town.

    I stayed here for a night this week after a cancelled flight. The room was comfortable and immaculate. Shady at the front desk was so pleasant and accommodating. He helped me to move around my parking reservation and ensured that I’d get to the airport on-time with a 6 AM shuttle. I am beyond thankful and impressed!

    This motel is exactly what I want when I travel. Clean room, nice beds and shower, an edible breakfast. They even had a waffle machine. Anthony at the front desk was very cooperative when I asked for a late checkout. David, the shuttle driver was definitely the smoothest and most polite shuttle driver I’ve ever had. He arrived promptly at IAD, after we called. The front desk gave us perfect directions on where to be picked up. Prices were reasonable, no reason to stay anywhere else, unless you want to be near restaurants and retail. We didn’t use the pool, but it looked clean. Ali handled our checkout, and we bought some supplies from their little market. He was also very polite and pleasant. I would definitely stay here again.

    Great long term parking deal combined with a hotel stay. Very nice, clean and quite rooms and decent breakfast. I gave 3 stars to service since the shuttle service from Dulles Airport was a little problematic during my last stay. It seems Hampton Inn shuttle was the one I supposed to use but this was never communicated with me although I called the hotel about shuttle twice from the airport. Logically, I was expecting SpringHill Suites logo on the shuttle. Furthermore, the driver didn't inform the waiting passengers about this. He waited and left with an empty shuttle a few times until we figured that out ourselves.

    Great, no, awesome service! Front desk arranged for a 0400 shuttle to the airport, had receipts ready. Additionally, he had set out breakfast early for everyone. Overall great experience, even with only three hours sleep.

    Great location. Quiet area. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Service was excellent. Loved the breakfast area was great for a big group. I would definitely stay at this location again.

    I had to spend 22 hrs in the Washington Dulles area, and stayed at this hotel. It was a BEST case scenario. Prompt and courteous check in. In the room, PERFECT score: EVERYTHING WORKED (the thermostat, the microwave oven, every bulb and outlet, the iron, ironing board, WiFi, etc ), everything was CLEAN and impeccable (sheets, pillows, towels). I also appreciated the shampoo and soap being in wall-mounted dispensers (ending the waste madness still found at other older hotels). The free breakfast was good for me (great if you like eggs & dairy): I had toast & jam, coffee and 2 fresh fruits (banana & apple) I didn't use the gym, but it looked great, with a nearby bathroom, as did the swimming pool with available pool towels. And did I mention the convenient free airport shuttle? Perfect score, so happy I picked this hotel, I would definitely go back and recommend.

    I like this hotel better than most of the marriotts I’ve stayed at. They have a hair dryer that actually works well. The room has two sinks one for the bathroom one for the sitting area where the fridge is. You don’t need to wash you cups and food in the bathroom. Feel clean no funny smell and the shower is strong and easy to turn on. Has the usual breakfast food. Always nice to have free breakfast.

    Stayed just 1 night so didn’t explore the surrounding areas but it’s easy off highway. A lots of industrial parks/warehouses in the area but it was quiet (on a Saturday). Plenty of parking spots in the property. The rooms were kind of dated especially the bathroom, but the shower head was amazing, plenty of pressure. The breakfast is typically and the coffee is good (not bland).

    I have so many wonderful things I can share about Springhill Suites! The hotel checks all the boxes of amenities, cleanliness, and a nice room layout. What puts this over the top is the amazing staff! Everyone was friendly and personable, and the place was decorated beautifully for the holidays. I wish I had gotten more staff names, but special thanks to Bri and the other nighttime workers who were pleasant to chat with and made the visit even more enjoyable!

    Mold on ceiling , dripping particles onto couch. Despite having paid for 3 nights at their rates , they refused to honor a late check out of 2:30pm. I understand that my canceled appointment is not their problem but they have 6 floors , despite my request for the highest floor available they insisted the second floor was the highest . They I k and choose who they actually give their decent service too.

    We called ahead to let them know that our flight was getting in late so we would be checking in late. They said no problem. We appreciated the airport shuttle, our room was clean, and our neighbors were quiet. The reason I'm writing this review is the outstanding customer service we received from Gloria at the front desk and Zaki who drove the shuttle. They were both exceptionally kind and went above and beyond in a way that we don't see very often anymore. Thanks to them both!

    This hotel is very dated. After a long day at work, I got back to my room, and was surprised that it hadn’t been serviced by housekeeping. I learned that housekeeping services are done every other day, but that wasn’t shared with me during check-in. The worst part is, the pillows in my room were dirty. I had a pillow that had what appeared to, be a mold like stain that penetrated from the pillowcase to the actual pillow. It was really disgusting. The regional manager didn’t even bother to address that or give me a call to address why that was the experience of a soon to be titanium member.

    Has Ethernet for gaming but they have terrible download speed so come with devices updated. Excellent place for the weary, travelling gamer. 🎮

    • bugs in bathroom! • lost Apple Watch found in room so the room was obviously not cleaned properly • room was hot and icky like the air wasn’t on until we got there • decent sized room with tv

    I travel to this area for work frequently and this is the only hotel I stay at. Mostly because Magdy is AWESOME! He is professional, courteous, and clearly cares that all his guests are satisfied. The lobby, elevators, and rooms are clean…. you can tell the team takes pride in this location. Thanks Magdy and Team for making my stays here so comfortable 😀

    Only thing is, they say showtime is free but it's not live showtime. I wanted to watch the live Rolly fight on May 13th but the showtime was not the live channel. A bummer. Weekend continental breakfast was way better than the Monday morning breakfast.

    Excellent value for the price point. Very helpful front desk, nice breakfast that opens at 6am even on Saturday. Free shuttle to and from Dulles (call to request pickup details on arrival, schedule with the desk for departure). Connecting rooms available if you select a king and a double, just give them a call to confirm. Very happy with multiple stays here when I need to make an overnight layover at IAD.

    Front desk service was amazing. they were helpful. The young receptionist name Yulissa was very kind and attentive. Her customer service was amazing. She went above and beyond her duties to provide me the best quality serve. I hope to be back there soon and enjoy that amazing place.

    Couldnt have been a better stay, honestly. I was in for just one night as I had a very early flight the following morning. I was greeted by a very friendly and professional front desk manager and check in was very easy. The room was excactly as i had hoped for with every ammenity as described. The room was perfetly clean and very quiet. The shower had ample high pressure hot water and the bed was perfet. For a quick business travel stay over the hotel was perfect. The breakfast was quite a bit better than I had expected and even the coffee was pretty good.

    Excellent value hotel with friendly and helpful staff! My wife and I had a very nice stay here. Everyone is friendly, rooms and clean and spacious and the hotel is well run. Manager Magdy was a standout and all the team were great. They have a shuttle to airport and to nearby restaurants and stores. I would definitely stay here again.

    The staff was just wonderful! Madgy at the reception treated me like a valued customer, with kindness and respect. David the van driver waited for me at the airport on my arrival and I was late! My room was perfect, clean and well appointed. I will be back soon!

    Stayed at this hotel for 9 days. Requested my room to be cleaned on day 4. Provided 24 hour notice to clean room. Was not done until I complained on day 6. No follow up or apology from manager. Breakfast was poor, but I am picky. Otherwise is a great place to stay.

    This place was nice, but the best thing about it is the employees! Everyone was happy, polite, and very helpful. They went out of their way to accommodate us with their shuttle to and from the airport. They even shuttled us to a nearby restaurant, then picked us back up when we were done! Breakfast was great too. Kudos to the employees!

    On our way out of Dulles for an international trip, we stayed at a nearby hotel that did not live up to expectations. So we decided to book a room at SpringHill Suites for the return journey, and we are so glad!! The stay exceeded our expectations. When we arrived, after a very long, grueling trip, we were greeted by the loveliest guest services representative who made us feel immediately at home. She took care of all our requests and really went above and beyond. The room itself was sparkling clean, and well-appointed. The beds were comfortable, the shower was nice, and there were options for food delivery -- which was just a life-saver! Breakfast the next morning was delicious and we really appreciated being able to grab food and take it back to our room. Overall, I highly recommend and will plan to stay here again!

    To start, we typically stay elsewhere when traveling to Sterling, but the price for this hotel was very good, so we opted to try it out...bad decision. Pros - The pool was clean and the operating hours were great. - The elevators were fast. - The room was clean. Cons - The fitness center was missing several dumbbells (one 2.5, two 10s, jump to 25!). - The room, while clean, was a bit small. - The pillows were extremely soft, which led to neck pain/stiffness. WORST PART - The toilet ran the ENTIRE time and when we asked to switch rooms, we were told they were full. No amount of jiggling the handle worked. - The air conditioner was the loudest I have ever experienced in a hotel. It was extremely hard to sleep with all of the noise. In addition, the temperature in room was inconsistent. One minute we would be hot/sweating and the next cold. This stay was a huge waste of money and we weren't even offered a comp for the inconvenience. We had our toddler with us and he was very uncomfortable. While I'm certain we'll be back to the Sterling area, we will not stay here again.
