    This is the worst Beat Buy branch, I went to leave my desktop on a Monday and it was for a simple software repair in the bios, it was nothing more than moving a couple of things to be able to install Windows correctly, I didn't do it because I preferred that a professional did it, they told me it would take 3/4 days, 5 days passed and they didn't fix it, to top it off they touched the hardware and left some parts badly connected and some others not connected, now my cpu doesn't give a signal to the monitor

    I went to buy a Fitbit and George who served me was visibly angry - refused to explain anything and answered my question in single syllables. After my second question he asked me if I’m taking it or not. When I said I am, he just took the box and raced to the counter. I kept calling him because I needed something else and finally had to go and speak with someone else who called George on the communication set. He still looked angry when I paid for it. Never going back and I don’t recommend going there.

    Excellent service, clean store, full of big screen TVs ready for Christmas shoppers. If you’ve not been to the Columbia Heights Best Buy, is so convenient to the metro, and other shopping, and it put me in the Christmas Spirit.

    I paid for a screen protector and additional warranty with install. I’ve been coming to Best Buy for years to get them swapped out whenever they cracked for free, with install. This branch doesn’t honor free install, additional warranty be damned. I was sold the additional Best Buy warranty because it specifically came with install, on top of Zagg’s infinite warranty. The manager here with long eyelashes wouldn’t honor the warranties, regardless of receipts and conditions written in the literature. I guess it’s her personal store policy, which should tell you a lot about how this branch operates and represents a multi billion dollar company.

    What a joke of a service Best Buy offers when it comes to in-store collection. The cell phone I wanted to get was available but the price was higher than the one listed online. This could not be revised in the system by the staff in the store and asked me to order online for an in-store collection, which was supposed to take up-to 1 hour. After doing so with the correct price I had to wait for over 2 hours for the order to be processed. I still had to leave without the item due to an urgent commitment. What a horrible service. The silver lining being Unique who was very helpful. Still I would not recommend Best Buy as a whole with their terrible systems built to waste your time.

    Customer service I experienced was terrible. I was ready to buy a laptop but the sales guy was so rude I decided to go elsewhere. I’ll NEVER buy anything from there even though I live close. I’m sure they have some decent staff but the guy I encountered ruined it for me. What he doesn’t get is his job is to sell and make customers want to come back so the location stays open and Best Buy (his employer) profits. Duh…

    The tech guy really helped me out getting the DELL INSPIRON 14 GREAT PRICE . The deal was need a deal for 884 with tax got great storage amd ram, great video playback, sound , very sleek design, great for gaming , video chats , and all . Was definitely a quick buy and a sound decision. Absolutely amazed and happy at the features. Love that it can flip and turn like a iPad. Definitely a place to find laptop and get help you need !

    Every time I come here it’s a different problem. Today there are 7 people in line and one person working. I got to the front after getting an email saying my order was ready. Got to the front and it was not ready—they had to go find it. Every single time it’s some problem.

    I call the best buy in sterling va where i bought the galaxy fold 4 in sept 2022 and was told by best buy over the phone that I could go to any best buy in person to fix the issue with the offer on the phone I purchased at best buy back in September 2022 in sterling va. via Verizon offer of get 1000 dollars off with trade in etc...that was not applied to my verizon account where verizon told me to have best buy apply the promotion to my account. I go to the best buy in dc and was told that that is not the case and that they could not be able to help me and could only print me the promotion that was offered back when I got the phone. I keep getting the told to do something by both verizon and best buy and then get told something else. It is quite frustrating and I'm paying the penalty. Will someone take accountability? Best buy has a lot of resources and should be able to establish a common source of feedback to their customers versus different answers that don't match up.

    I haven't been treated this bad as long as I have lived. I ordered thrugh Samsung and tgey arranged a pickup to this best buy pickup location. To begin with , they way they found my items was as if they are looking for it in a pile of trash. 2nd, I bought a brand new case and they gave me an open box item. When I asked why open box, they assumed I bought an open box. I disagreed and asked for a refund. They returned it as 0 price item which is confusing because I paid 45 dollars for it. Including the manager who was called didn't have a clue how bestbuy partner return works. Since there was no reception in the store, I had to Google it as soon as I left the store and took me 30 seconds to findout the actual information I needed. Two of the employees were friendly the cashier and her another associate, but one other associate and the so called manager were condescending and patronising. You go to this place and understand what a dying business looks like. Never arrange a pick up at this store. Downright disgusting and frustrating.

    Just came in to pick up an on-line order. There were some small issues caused entirely by the person ordering it for me, but these were handled efficiently and with smile by the young lady at the service desk. Truth is I've been coming to this location for years and have always received excellent service.

    Very close to the Airport. Less than 15 minutes with shuttle if you have stay overnight for any reason. The rooms are okay.

    This Best Buy store is houses in a very convenient location surrounded by other major retailers. This makes for a great shopping experience. Besides, Best Buy has become the place for both small and large electronics, computers, Music and accessories.

    I bought a laptop and a hover board from Best Buy. Then i returned the hover board because it is banned to take it in aeroplane. My all work was done very smoothly and the staff was very helpful.

    When I am in need of equipment for my phone or computer, I come here. They have a good selection of products and the staff are helpful in making recommendations. They even allow you to try what you purchase in store so you don't leave and realize after the fact that you may have picked up the wrong thing. I will continue to come back as long as I am living in the area.

    This was the worst Best Buy I've ever been in. They were out of stock on many ,many things. Was looking for some HDMI cords and a printer cord. They had no printer cords and very few HDMI to choose from. Nobody to ask any questions. Went next door to target to get HDMI cords

    I have come to this Best Buy a few times now and each time I am treated so well! I have also witnessed members of the staff take their time to help elderly customers without rushing them and with dignity and respect which is also great to witness! I’ve had interactions with the manager who was also very nice!

    Minimal floor staffing, poor customer service, and confusing layout with limited stock. If you’re looking for help or just need something quick, good luck because you won’t get any assistance. Also, certain Apple trade-in promos do not apply to this store, but you won’t find that out until after an hour waiting in line. Pentagon City BB is much better.
