call
the
best
buy
in
sterling
va
where
i
bought
the
galaxy
fold
4
in
sept
2022
and
was
told
by
best
buy
over
the
phone
that
I
could
go
to
any
best
buy
in
person
to
fix
the
issue
with
the
offer
on
the
phone
I
purchased
at
best
buy
back
in
September
2022
in
sterling
va.
via
Verizon
offer
of
get
1000
dollars
off
with
trade
in
etc...that
was
not
applied
to
my
verizon
account
where
verizon
told
me
to
have
best
buy
apply
the
promotion
to
my
account.
I
go
to
the
best
buy
in
dc
and
was
told
that
that
is
not
the
case
and
that
they
could
not
be
able
to
help
me
and
could
only
print
me
the
promotion
that
was
offered
back
when
I
got
the
phone.
I
keep
getting
the
told
to
do
something
by
both
verizon
and
best
buy
and
then
get
told
something
else.
It
is
quite
frustrating
and
I'm
paying
the
penalty.
Will
someone
take
accountability?
Best
buy
has
a
lot
of
resources
and
should
be
able
to
establish
a
common
source
of
feedback
to
their
customers
versus
different
answers
that
don't
match
up.
