My wonderful experience with Elite Jewelers at the Westfield Mall in Montgomery, began back in August, which I shared in an earlier review. At that time, I received a warm greeting and a genuine welcome. From there, I was treated with nothing less than the utmost professionalism and courtesy. Words cannot express how great Marci's attention, knowledge, and outstanding customer service meant. It made all the difference! The excitement and joy of purchasing a special birthday gift (pictured) for my girlfriend were perfect and she loved it! Yesterday morning, I was back at Elite to pick up her Christmas gift, which I will share in a separate review at a later date. As usual, it was nice to see Marci, meet Mariah, and have an opportunity to interact with Mo, who was celebrating his birthday! I am not sure, but I believe Mo plays a significant role within the organization. Regardless, it is clear to me he leads by example, maintains a very high standard of excellence, and is laser-focused on taking care of the customer, first! It is also evident the entire team gets it and that is why their reviews are 5 Star exceptional! Keep up the great work, the level of expectation, and the culture that you have all created because it's a winning formula. Great experience at Elite Jewelers. This was our 1st time here and with Marci's help, my husband and I were able to find something we both liked.
