I went to this place after seeing a lot of YouTube reviews. But much to dismay, the food was not good. Especially the kuruma had a strong raw smell of masala and the parotta was OK. The tomato gravy they serve for dosa was bad . Of the few varieties they serve, a lot were said to be unavailable like tomato dosa n garlic dosa. I don't know if it was only yesterday that their dishes were bad, would definitely try one more time n update my review, overhyped place for sure Update : brought food parcel today Parorta was hard and kuruma was tasteless. Much hyped hotel for sure

Good Vegetarian hotel, Famous for it's yummy Vegetable kuruma, Parota and etc. Available items: Parota, Chappathi and Dosa only. It attracts many customers for their taste and kuruma. Small hotel with 7 service tables only and it's always busy. No Parking facility, you have to park in the road side only. Tiffin items only available for Day's 3 times (Morning, Lunch and Night). They could provide other food items also like Meals, Biriyani, and etc.

One of the oldest and famous paratha shops in varadharaja puram (singanallur to hopes mainroad) Nearby DMart opposite, Must try foods are paratha and their special kuruma and ketti chutney. Roast with tomato and coconut chutney . Paratha will be available from lunch. All are awesome....Good Food 💯

Ordered 3 Parotta 1 Omlette. Delivery in Right time. Taste also okay. Dosa rates are high compare to ambience.

Except parotta rest all are normal taste but not bad. But, parotta is extremely good for me, exclusively kurma is very good

Products are OVER PRICED and the items sizes are MUCH SMALLER than a roadside shop. They are making quick money by cheating us. No SAMBAR for Dosa Items, Dosa is not even worth for 10 rupees but they charge 20 Rs and the same goes to all items. Plates are dirty and not cleaned properly (One guy was served with a used plate and he was fighting) I'm NOT going there anymore and YOU MUST REFRAIN FROM EATING AT THIS SHOP Be aware and protect your hard earned money

35 years crossed traditional hotel serving a Famous parotta.parotta and kurma is very unique here.there is no chicken starters only eggs you can get here.all items are very fresh make.you should make a kuruma bath on parotta then only you can feel the unique taste of parotta. serving very fast service good.neat and clean..

This is my all time favorite. They serve the mouth watering Parota and Kuruma with Cocunut chutney. Also, the sambar served with Dosa and Uthapam is very good. It is less spacious but it's not a big problem to consider. There are sufficient attenders so that you get your order at the earliest. Also, the plates are neat and clean. From my experience Ordering and taking out (Food Parcel) will take time. "Please avoid the jug water". Bring your own! :)

Best hotel in coimbatore only for parotta.Parotta and kuruma was worthy. Other dishes are over priced . Othappam -Rs. 60 but size was very small.

  • 4/5 Pushparaj R. 4 years ago on Google
Heard about this traditionally popular veg hotel, so tried the taste. Most of the customers were having parotta set completely sinked in kuruma otherwise a limited menu options. Tried parotta, that was tasty. And they serve a different sambar for Dosai items which was also good. Only 6 to 7 tables, a small eatery but enjoyed the dinner. Especially the staffs are behaving so nice.

Not a fan of maida ! But must try!! But its one of the unique Parotta & Veg kurma priced @ 20Rs/pc. Unique Dosa, Tomato kolambu + rich coconut chutney priced @ 20Rs/pc. Crowded place at nights, both difficult for take away and getting a table at times.

One of the oldest hotel cum mess in coimbatore. Parotta and coconut kuruma is their special. Looks very small. But tastes same and excellent all time. Will be crowded mostly during lunch times. But worth the wait. The founder is no more. But the next generation is maintaining its ethnicity. Its a typo veg restaurant with egg items.

Tasty food, south indian cuisine with a decent quality... On a great location, very near to ESI Hospital. Dinners are crowded most of the times. Price is little high, for the provided ambience and quality.

Hotel is small. Famous for parotta salna only. Roast is very small but the rate is Rs. 70. Not worth the taste.

This is one among the best & Budget hotel I ever had in coimbatore. Their menu was quite small but the taste & services see top notch. Menu varieties are Barotta / Chapathi (freshly cooked not a stated chapathi , Dosa varieties ) you will get this for whole day Very limited menu but the taste is top notch .

I have visited this place many times. The food (parotta and kuruma) was so good. They are prepared with groundnut oil. The flavour was so unique and different. There is a parking and spacing constraint you have to wait for a while to sit.

  • 4/5 Pushparaj M. 9 months ago on Google
It's one of the most oldest restaurant which placed in near singanallur bus station. Most of the people's are visiting this place regularly only to taste their salna which have been given for parotta. Yeah that's absolutely good one. But they charged rs 20 for one piece parotta. From my personal experience it's not at all worth for that amount. Otherwise one of the best place to visit for dinner as well lunch.

The workers in the shop are not hygiene. I saw one guy cleaning his nose and using the same hand for serving the parotta and dosa. After seeing this i stoped eating. Not only this guy most of the worker are behave like that. i think people are buying here only because it is very old famous parotta shop.

  • 5/5 Vignesh A. 3 years ago on Google
One of the best place to have Parotta in Coimbatore. The main reason is that vegetable Guruma taste. My personal favourite is with the combination of vegetable Guruma and coconut Chutney with Parotta. They are following the prover Covid-19 procedures. Also one of the main point which is liked the most is the Fastest Delivery.

Home like food, was tasty and good. The shop was clean and good, also the service was good. Try பரோட்டா, it was tasty and well cooked. The cost feels like little high for a small shop like this.

The parrotta gravy and onion uthappam are the best delicacies to try there. Mostly the taste is consistent. Better to dine-in than take away.
