Went in not expecting much since I wanted to go to a different place initially. Turned out this is one of the best Asian restaurants I've tried in Europe. The freshly made noodles were amazing! - great texture, perfectly cooked and generous portion. The broth was also incredible! Not to mention the chef and staff who are all very professional and friendly. Next time I'm in Helsinki, I know where to go for food :)

Very nice handmade noodles Ravintola 🍜 with an easy flow and street food style. Order your food, take a seat, grab a drink and wait to get your order delivered to the table. Lanzhou soup is one of the best I've ever tried, nevertheless the beef was really nothing and you might need to consider an addition. Wanton Soup is very nice but the dumplings are delicious. Prices are very good, the staff is nice and the place is nice and clean. 🔝👍

A Chinese noodle store gem 💎 The noodles are hand-made onsite, so they are fresh, firm and chewy. Totally spot on! You can choose several types of noodles. Our orders were lanzhou beef noodles (with triangular noodle type) and chicken noodles in peanut sauce (with medium thick noodle type). They tasted very on point: the broth was good, flavourful, and hearty. The staff are also lovely. Highly recommend!

Very busy place and for good reason. The food is amazing. I absolutely loved my meal and didn't want it to end. The flavours were what you would expect from a high-end restaurant. We arrived just before lunch and then boom, it was full of people. If I worked/lived nearby, I'd be there every day. Loved it.

The food is good, with a mild flavor. They make a new noodle for each bowl, and I appreciate the option to choose the size. The big and wide noodle is especially interesting and unique, not found in other Chinese restaurants in Helsinki. One thing I don't like is there are too many peanuts on my dish, but you can ask them to remove it.

Generous portions but the taste wasn’t the best. The food was just bland. Ramen lacked of beef. Noodles were too chewy. But the thing I really liked was the mirror above chefs cooking table where you could see all the process of making noodles!

Discovered this gem just around the block from our apartment. Lovely little place with amazingly delicious food. And you can even watch the chefs preparing the noodles over a mirror. Brillant.

A bit of an odd one cause from the outside this place doesn't look like much, the service wasn't brilliant - we walked in and said hello and sat down but were then ignored, then somebody else came in and the server came over to them and sat them down and brought them menus so I don't know if we just jumped the gun or something! Anyway, my partner went over to order and the food came very quickly. It was a really cold day so this was the perfect meal to be having and it was delicious - some of the best pho I've had with very succulent prawns and really good flavours. Would definitely recommend if you're in town!

Had a really incredible experience eating here. The food was outstandingly good and tasty, especially the hand pulled noodles were cooked to perfection. The atmosphere was also really comforting and the staff friendly. Looking forward to our next visit. Highly recommend this place.

The Big Bowl Noodle is perhaps the BEST place in Helsinki to eat a bowl of REAL handmade noodles. Their minced pork noodles with sesame sauce just takes you to a foodie heaven from the first bite. This restaurant puts many well known competitors to shame. A must visit, if you love to eat noodles 😋

Every bit deservers all the praise it gets. You won't be getting fresher and better noodles anywhere near and you can even choose your noodles thickness. It is amazing how the noodles are just made there infront of your eyes. They are then cooked to perfection. And then the dish. Full of flavour and how the richness of taste just oozes from the dish. Especially for lunch this place is well worth of attention.

Probably the best beef handmade noodle (牛肉拉面）I have ever eaten in Europe! The starter dish is also great! Highly recommend. I drunk the soup first, they even offered me if I would like to have more soup, very kind.

Big Bowl Noodle! The name tells itself! The noodle is really big portion. All handmade and chewy. You can add extra spicy sauce to spice things up. Perfect for a cold day.

We had a lovely lunch at big bowl, freshly handmade noodles and dishes full of taste and rich flavor. We really enjoyed our dishes, we had the minced pork noodles with sesame sauce, which I highly recommend, and the noodles with shredded chicken and peanut sauce.

I think this is not only the best place we have eaten in Helsinki, but also one of the best restaurant in our lives. We love it! It is beyond the good quality. Everything is so balanced and noodle was so tasty. Also their homemade chili oil is another level. When it comes to staff, they are very kind and chill. Foods we got: fried chicken and beef noodles. 🍜🤍

we tried chicken and shrimp noodle. both were okay but not the best. noodle itself (the pasta) was really fresh, I’ll give that but the seasoning, sauce were just good, it was too sticky and the both chicken&shrimp had a dull taste. Kimchi was great but the cucumber salad was saltier then it should be and lacked garlic. Service is nice but the tea/coffee is not included, in Helsinki it usually is. Our waiter as very nice and polite and spoke good English. It was too hot inside, should be more balanced in my opinion.

Wasn't sure if the reviews were to be believed but this was one of the best meals I've ever had. The noodles we're incredible, the staff were lovely and helpful, and compared to most of what we've seen in Helsinki so far the prices were very reasonable.

Lanzhou noodle was too oily for me… the broth was mediocre; chili oil taste was overwhelming. Beef was a bit salty and less than another place I used to eat, with same price. Less noodle and more beef will be better. The staff is nice, attentive and helpful!

The best noodles I've ever had. The hand pulled noodles are absolutely delicious. I had the ones with the prawns and they were perfect (and properly cleaned which is important). You can watch the noodles being made by hand through a little window at the back of the restaurant - it is really cool. I didn't go for the fried noodles as much - they were still nice but a little oily for me. They have a lunch deal and also offer 10% off for takeaway. Highly recommend!

Amazing lunch restaurant if you are in the middle of Helsinki area during winter! The food taste was amazing, I never had the opportunity to try this kind of food, super reccomended!!!! If you are on a diet I recommend this place!
