So, I’m a bit confused when asking for extra beef and instead receiving extra grease. I see some reviews on here now complaint about the night workers and it all is adding up. Pathetic. I know it’s fast food but y’all really don’t expect to get anywhere in life if you can’t put together a taco.

great quality of food compared to other locations near me at late hours, drive thru service was quick and the line moved fast, best taco bell experience i’ve had in a while

They consistently get my food wrong, and I consistently love it anyways haha. Food is always fresh and we move through the line pretty quick no matter the time we come. Staff is always nice. We don't mind the mistake once in a while, I know they are always happy to swap it out if we come back in any ways. Great location.

It wasn't bad so to speak. The staff are shy and unsure of what's what. Great food,& clean store. Staff needs more confidence is all.

Never will I return to Taco Bell at this location! I was so disappointed I even complained to the manager as I was leaving. The person taking the orders at the register acted as if he was in outer space, three times we had to explain what we wanted and how we wanted it. Finally got our food and it was cold. Then as I was looking to see what was my husband's food and what was mine all the food was wrong what was suppose to have sour cream didn't and what wasn't suppose to have sour cream did, I'm allergic to tomatoes so I made sure I requested three times no tomatoes nothing that's been in or near tomatoes I am able to eat and as I took the food that was all wrong to be fixed and replaced I seen the employee place tomatoes on my food and then read the screen and just knock them off! I waited to see if that was my food they were trying to give me before I went off and it was! Nacho fries the reason I wanted to go in the first place tasted like they were freezer burnt. The fountain drink machine in the lobby tasted old and flat and every drink tasted the exact same like they have never cleaned it, ran out of ice and the sweet tea in the lobby and in the food preparation area was like sugar water with a splash of tea! It was so weakly brewed it was like it got to the bottom of the tank and someone just filled it up with water and sugar. The entire staff even the manager was acting as if it was no big deal that it was a horrible mess. The food order taking so long to place, the food wrong and cold, not being more cautious of someone having a food allergy and how the employee just completely disregarded the importance of not placing anything from or near tomatoes on my food. Nothing was done of the complaint even knowing we couldn't eat the food. Rounding 28 dollars was completely wasted no offer of giving our money back was offered. The manager offered one coupon of a free taco to us my, husband (who never says anything even if the food or service is bad he will still say nice things) spoke up and said to the manager "ma'am I wouldn't let a stray dog eat this food here"! And we walk out! Lol....

Food is always fresh, and crunchy tacos are perfect here. I love this taco bell over the others as service is great and food always comes out better than the others in the area. Service is always fast and very clean on inside, too. Taco bell is always good to have that I even downloaded the application and got free items and challenges in the app for either pick up or delivery.

Went here this morning, floor and tables were exceptionally filthy, something I noticed far more when I caught sight of an uncommonly large cockroach skittering across the floor. Between that and the wrapper of my food being stuck to my tray by some overly sticky substance that clearly hadn't been cleaned since its last use, I think I'll be avoiding this particular Taco Bell establishment.

These are some of the best employees I've ever had the chance to meet. They are kind, courteous and helpful. They've always gotten my order correct but I witnessed them going above and beyond for a mother daughter duo who claimed that their order was not correct 💯 What a great team!!!

Pretty avg TacoBell in 2022 that's an achievement? Nice lunch double meat burrito and two tacos. Prices are way up. Thx Joe Biden, not TacoBell fault. Understaffed, but the food was right

There's this woman that works overnight I don't know her name, but she is an absolute delight! Wonderful and happy person!

Come here pretty regularly, the ladies at the window are usually super nice. When I stopped in tonight the young girl at the window was extremely rude, no greeting and snatched the money out of my hand, when she handed me my change she started to drop it before I even reached for it. Then proceeded to whip my food out the window, not ideal some would say.

I don't know what secret ingredient you put into my food this time, but it was delicious. Wife was the fan before. I can now say that I am one too. Awesome job!

We had a crunch wrap combo with coffee and it was awesome. Will definitely go back again. Love taco bell's breakfast menu. The manager brought our coffee and meal to our table. Very friendly staff .

Employees here are literally too stupid to read "no lettuce." Every single one of them speaks to you like you're an inconvenience. I'd say they get my order wrong roughly 40% of the time, which by Taco Bell standards I imagine is a passing grade.

Another great location. The staff are all very friendly and remember repeat customers.

Isabella was a delight she was patient with me and got me through my order and even though she didn't have full comprehension of what I was trying to order she did the best she could ask questions when she needed to I was a delight to work with five stars

They couldn't get a simple bean burrito add chicken and rice grilled right I got a chicken burrito instead. They completely forgot my hubby's food. They even forgot our cheese for our cheesey fries. When I called I was so disrespected on the phone. I called Corp. I work in the industry and I nor my teenagers would never ever. This place needs to get right. I avoid at all cost but tonight was not an option. The dinning room was locked at 430pm so going in to talk face to face was not an option either.

Inflated prices combined with the inability to get a simple order right make for a unpleasant experience. The young kids employed here don't care and it shows.

I love this Taco Bell! I come to this place quite often and every time my food is not only the correct order but it is hot! They are very organized and have it down packed. So when you go through that drive-thru, you drive through with food that's delicious! I just recently tried their breakfast burrito and their coffee. I must say that Dunkin' donuts is a second thought to Taco Bell for breakfast now! Whether it be for breakfast or for lunch or dinner this Taco Bell is the place to go. 😉

It's Taco Bell, for goodness' sake, not an authentic five-star taqueria straight out of Guadalajara. If you happen to love their take on Mexican food -which I do - you'll never be disappointed. I always get the soft tacos deal with extra meat, but hey, you do you. That's why they call this sort of thing a guilty pleasure.

Slack overnight workers. Really isn't rocket science to make a burrito without sour cream as asked for. (Not the first time either) But they'll charge you and send you on ya way with a messed up order smh. Avoid this taco bell till they can get it together.

After a long day of working and getting off at 11pm and I haven’t even ate nothing all day and the only thing that was really open was Taco Bell so I was really ready for my chicken quesadilla !! First I notice I ask for mild and hot sauce and they only gave me one each for 2 chicken quesadillas I wasn’t going back around it was already a really long line and I was tired lol!!! Next thing I was eating my chicken quesadillas I feel like a hair inside my mouth spit out the food and look and it was a hair !! NOT ONE HAIR BUT LIKE 4 HAIRS !!!!! Yes I did call and was very upset!! I did get a refund but wat I find funny is the one who gave me my refund had black hair and if u look in pictures it’s black hair !! Could be someone else with black hair in there idk ! And it was never I’m sorry or anything even wen I came to the drive thru window no show of care ! Idk whose hair that’s was and if they had any kind disease or anything . Also I had to have a receipt for a refund because she tried to remake the food , who wants to eat same thing that had hair in it ! I was so disgusted I gag so much I almost threw up , I’m not being dramatic that’s just plan out slack !!! If it was hair in the food it shouldn’t matter for receipt !! I had mines I’m just saying tho

Worst Work Environment. Disrespectful+selfish workers and manipulating manager. Do not work here if you do not want to get stripped of any free time with the amount of unhealthy hours.

This is me and my girlfriends go to place after we get off, their food is always hot, there’s a female employee that’s always there at night with the softest voice ever and she has got to be the nicest person an amazing employee
