These are honestly the best colored shoes that I bought from decathlon i mainly bought them because of the cushioning technology and honestly These have been my go to shoes ever since I got them from decathlon mysore city. And these are the second pair of shoes that I got from decathlon and these i mainly use for walking because of the flexibility of the sole and also the comfort of it I can honestly think I can walk the world with these shoes 😂

These shoes are one the best ones i have used and i run alot i bought them like 4 months and these have been my no 1 shoes since then I have also bought socks which are very breathable and are quick dry

Mysuru’s first Decathlon !! It was/is one of a kind for us. Never had we seen a sport store with all imported products ranging from trekking to scuba diving 🤿. Moreover there used to be trials for cycles (🚲 , 🛴), Badminton 🏸, Table Tennis 🏓 and Treadmills. Many of the times, that was the reason I used to visit 😆. But some of the offers are really worth the money. Good quality all purpose bottle of water priced at ₹99 ?! There’s an in house Workshop for cycle repairs and refilling air for balls 🏀. There’s ample parking space out front. Also there’s basketball court and evenings there are practice sessions for skating as well for kids.

Poor staff coordination.... I bought a cycle for my kid and they didn't allow him for test ride before buying.. I was watching closely in next row two girls were riding bicycle.. And I pointed them and asked for ride.. Then they said not for kids.. OK.. I was satisfied ... Again I enquired the same issue at billing point they said no test ride.. Then I explained the earlier case.. They said they might have purchased and riding for seat adjustments... But the fact is both of us got out of lift together where I even asked the girl s about didn't they buy bicycle they said they were just test riding... What the..... . Cheap mentality...

I've always enjoyed my shopping experience at Decathlon. The thing i enjoy the most is the ability to find everything for sports under one roof. As well as the friendliness and professional attitude of the staff.

Very big and full of stock. One will never be disappointed as most of the sports article along with garments are mostly in stock and have a variety of range. Most of the sizes available.

Scan and pay through the app is a nice touch to skip the always long line at decathlon. Compared to the other stores in and around Bangalore the new location in Mysore definitely feels smaller and cramped for space however the standard of service rendered, and quality of products is still top notch. Looking forward to the new models replacing the Triban 500 and 520. p.s miss the mini football/basketball courts that are in certain locations in Bangalore.

The good thing with Decathlon is most of their employees are sportspersons. Plus they are very well trained in communications. The products are also of high quality and very comfortable. Especially with people like us whose feet are above 10 Inches.

Located in a good place. Bought a couple of items. Good quality, durable, helping staff. But a few items were not there which I have seen in the Goa decathlon recently. Maybe location-oriented goods they will display. 90days return period is awesome. Energy drink only Apple flavour is good other ones taste like a tonic.

50/- for a cloth handbag is too high. We purchase goods for atleast 1000/- plus, You should not keep such margins for a carry bag. It is not even worth 20/- in market. Paper bags wont last much, it is just waste of money, so dont promote paper bags. Staffs are very friendly, 5star for your employees and their gestures. Well trained.

Shifted to Garuda Mall Recently. Got Separate Car parking and 2 Wheeler parking. Spacious facility like the previous one..Played Table tennis few shots after 40 years gap..Nice staff. Great collection..I will visit again soon.

It's completely a sports and adventurous shop its well maintained and materials quality is very good but price of the items are quite high so if u buy or not it doesn't matter but must visit u will definitely enjoy the atmosphere

Narrow drive ways as narrow as the minds of the developers 😱 Dark dingy dirty dimly lit parking lot😓 Elevators move up & down slow . Decathlon is too crowded. People buying bicycles 🚴 try it out inside the shopping area and will run over you if you aren’t watchful ☝️ Sweaty smell emanating from the the stressed out staff working in the counters 🙏 Dirty atmosphere. Don’t go on Sundays. Make sure you go when staff are fresh on duty and not at the closing time 🙏

"Deteriorating customer services and product availability" They are Decathlon like any other places, couldn't see anything that differentiated from others - (This addressing to Mysore unit). Been a customer from past 6 years. I visit them once a month, there are couple of things I have noticed. 1. Staffs have reduced (I guess its part of their cost control), which is understandable. But, what shouldn't have changed was the " CUSTOMER SERVICE ", I DONT think the employees are that customer friendly that they used to be before. When you approach them, the response is like you are talking to a govt official. 2. They will stop manufacturing the fast selling products, unfortunately they replace it with an average looking/featured stuffs. 3. "Availability" I was looking for upper variants of Triban series, there cycles were their for display till I decided to buy. This is the case wit other products as well. The moment you decide to buy, the product will be off the shelves. PS - I am not trying to spread negativity about Decathlon, I am a huge fan of this organization, all the above points are out of concern (Hence star remains 5 as always) Point 1 is specifically for Mysore (Other units in Bengaluru are fine with their customer treatments) Rest of the points of Decathlon as whole.

Good collection, the best part is that you have volunteers coming and asking what you need. The drawback is that people take a very long time inside the trial room and the security doesn't even ask them to come out. Suggest that the management put up a board and instructing people to take not more than 5 mins in the trial room

decathlon is a very good choice for sports things there are many variety. I recommend that you must go there once . 

Expensive stuff compared to the same items sold by conventional traders. U need to pay even for paper carry bags even if U buy tens of thousands worth items. Basic courtesy of saying thanks & expressing inability of service or product through expression of 'Sorry' is not taught to the staff ! Even the frontend management staff is not aware or follow basic courtesy words or phrases ! Local language info boards are totally absent !🧐

No more comments required for this shop. Its Name is enough. DECATHLON. Decathlon in mysore city, is occupied in a large area. We cant get out of the shop with out purchasing a single item,once we entered. So go with enough Cash..you will be surprised, if you haven't visited any Decathlon yet..

Selection is not available, less stock and we need to buy what is available. - No option to get the second pair of shoes when 1st pair of shoes has damage in it. - -5 degrees jackets size not available in selected colors. Should buy what color it is available. - Assistance is not provided in a proper way, the representatives runaway from customers and we need to search them for clarifications. Which is worst experience.

Honestly Decathlon is love. I think they have almost all the products related to sports and they arrange lots of sports events so thats why I love them. There products are of good quality and they come with a warranty period. A bit expensive but it's worth spending.

Its a great place for sports gik. But the security is Little rude. I went twice to purchase item at night can't peacefully browse around its like buy what came for and go. But overall that place is great 👍

It's easy to locate and in the basement. Parking is not an issue. All sports equipment is easily available. The staff is well trained to guide and help you for your requirements. I wanted a pull up bar and they guided me to the best available. Also in case something is not available they get it for you from different decathlon stores. You can also check online on the app for your requirement and then go and buy directly to save time.

I need not explain what you can expect here right? You'll get accessories and clothing of almost all sports here. It's a good place to shop for outdoor activities and wildlife watching. I don't think there's any other alternative store which offers this versatile goods. The store in particular is very well managed and there is enough space for all the items. Staff is helpful too and you can ask any doubts if any. A restroom is available after the exit door. Recommended.

If you're in for clothing then it's pretty good. Customer service is mid and half of the time they resist you from using trial products which misses the whole point of trying something...... They do have a huge amount of goods but for a decathlon, it's pretty disappointing. However, it's better to have something than nothing.

One of your staff named Mr.Rohith has mis guided us and talked very rudely on 03.02.2024 regarding the enquiry of availability of packaging box... He informed that manager is at counter and On enquiry made with billing staffs about manager it's turned to be Mr.Rohith is manager in charge. Even actual manager is also careless and non friendly he seemed to be least bothered about our request. Kindly look into the matter.
