Took a silver bullion of 14.4 grams. But was billed 15 grams. My mistake was I didn't check the bill will paying cash. N I ended up paying .6 gram worth money. It may be smallest of amount but I felt let down. Definitely won't recommend to others. While paying check the bill properly..

Very bad service from staff they don't even pick call, till booking of order and advance payment they take our requests once its done they don't even respond properly shame on them. Very disappointed, I would give them negative rating to be honest. "Please think twice before making advance payment".

We visited Tholasi Jewels yesterday as my wife wanted to upgrade her Gold Ear rings and Silver Anklets. I liked the Ambience of the store with softly playing Instrumental music. We were helped by Ms Sowmya who very patiently showed the Jewels that we needed. Valuation process, melting of old jewelry and exchange Price Offered was good. All in all nice place to buy jewelry, but range can be wider.

Customer Service is good, hence I m giving one star. But quality of the jewels is not satisfactory. I purchased pair of anklets for my daughter and the anklet link broke within a week. Also beware they dont mention the purity of the silver jewelry. When you try to cash in at any other jewelry be ready to suffer a loss of atleast 50% for silver wares purchased from here.Overall not happy with the silver ornaments purchased from here.

Went to buy a gold earring with a very very simple design. Asked for an unbelievable 18% wastage and 100 RS per gram. Total ripoff - never visiting again

Costumer service is very bad ...... I hv purchased so many jewelry in ur shop but still when ever we visit to shop "Costumers hospitality" is very bad ..... both in diamond section n gold .....I hope if the manager or the owner is reading my msg please do look into this because without reason the shop will loose costumers....moreover ur employees will make us sooo embracing ...please do train them how to attend costumers atleast regular costumers 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

Shop has a good collection of gold and silver jewelry but need to be very careful while buying. Got a gold earring which had loose screw..lost the screw of one earring .and a silver bracelet which has loose lock.. Once purchased there is no return

I purchased two rings worth Rs 46000 today but somehow I feel I have not being shown the latest designs, same old sales techniques of selling the old designs, I don't want to share the name of the sales person, but don't think customers are brainless, Tholasi jewellers there are many competitors in the market, so buck up, best of luck

Fraud monthly scheme and bad quality Jewellery. Please don't get trapped with monthly schemes. Jewellery is of low quality and they quote high price if you go with monthly scheme.
