My dear patients this fellow doing as a robbery..!! He is much concentrating to grab money from you, once the payment is done, he never bother to resolve your problem. Initially if we ask the cost he'll say one fourth, then he'll charge lump sum, he doesn't even know to give you proper treatment, utter waste. Never go to him & loose your priceless health.

Very rude and arrogant receptionist, some one already posted if we make friendship with her she can allow our persons quickly and making others to wait without information. Unnecessarily they killing our time... I am not suggest you to visit this clinic... Pls change that arrogant receptionist. Very bad experience

Doctor is too good, but the receptionist are very arrogant and the appointment system is very bad. Doctor need to change the system and tell the both receptionist to handle the customer very smoothly. Even though the evening receptionist is very arrogant. Requested to Dr. Sheetal, due to these girls your reputation is also effects. You can check your rating and comments here, everyone say about the appointment system and arrogant receptionist.

I am going to Dr Sheetal from 1990. During that time he was having very small chamber & was very patient friendly. I was only suggested him to make a bigger consulting room. That time I was recommending every person for him. Presently his chamber is very big and getting much more patients. But as he starts making money he became only mony minded. De don't want to hear the patient. Last 3-4 times I visited him but became very much unsatisfied. The denture he made for me was useless & i had to throw the same. Only waste of money. Lastly I went to Dr. Neha & got much satisfaction. Her chamber is much more hygenic than Sheetal and the best thing she talked with patients very attentively & sympathically Hence I am recommending every body to visit her.

Receptionist is very rude and don’t know how to behave , looks like an un-educated. Doctor is such an arrogant person, until receiving payment he will behave different . Once after payment and we go for any default keeping warranty, he is not ready to give treatment and postpones appointments and make us to wait unnecessarily. This type of doctors mentality is not tolerable. I will never recommend to anyone on any worst conditions don’t come to this clinic.

Doctor is good, very experienced. The appointment system never works here, each visit you need to wait 1-2 hours in waiting. Still their appointment system works 2 decades old. If you have ample time to wait and watch the road outside, it's good choice.

The experience is becoming worse each and everytime i visit here. Appointment system is very bad and we have to wait for more than 3hrs for one consultation. Receptionist are very rude and doctor as well as he is seeing more money now a days. Treatment is also not upto the mark. There are better doctors and dental clinic in the area, Please dont waste ur time and money here by visiting. They treat patient as if they are giving free service

Very worst people management. Least bothered about others time. Avoid this place. Today had called and got appointment on phone. They asked me to come at 2. After waiting for long time, they are saying Name is not there. I can clearly see the name scratched out. Doctor is also least concerned about this. Would recommend doctor to remove all staffs working over there.

We have been going to them from my childhood. He used to be the best dentist in Mysore. Almost 15 years back. But from past few years his work is not solid. My mom recently got her tooth filling. She got it done as she was travelling abroad. In a month the filling came off and her whole trip was spoiled due to her tooth. She hesitated to smile throughout. Worst experience for anyone to have. I would not recommend anyone. Feels bad as he used to be our family dentist and now we will rethink to visit.

Worst and this fellow doesn't know how to treat..! He demands more money abruptly & if we questioned, he talks & behaves like a rowdy..!! Never go to him..! He doesn't know even tooth extract properly, he writes all local medicines. Seems to be fake

Doctor is experienced and explains about the issues . I took my mom and he didn't even charge for that.

Hello, It was overall a good experience. Each doctor are different at the approach towards patient. I visited for my wisdom teeth removal. Removal would have been bit smoother and relaxed. Amount was fare reasonable. My bad, my expectation was similar to the other experience I had for my first removal. It was a different people and place all together. Dr Sheetal answered for most of my questions. Since, I am a very less medicine in taker, I felt the medicine prescribed is bit high dose. (Each one of you might have experienced different) Fortunately or unfortunately I never faced long waiting in this 4 visit. My only suggestion is for smooth and relaxed removal. Rest all experience is 4 rating. Overall 4.

3rd class behaviour doctor worst money minded fellows don't go to this clinic your money and time also waste

The worst possible personnel management. least concerned about other people's time. I contacted today and was given an appointment for 8 p.m.  After a one-hour wait they say the name is not here. She then wrote my name after erasing the names of others. Would advise going to another location

docter is good , but the resepecinist is very rude and she doesn’t not know how to behave with patients and give a proper appointment. I took appointments at mrng she said to come at after one but here when we come she makes us to wait one and half….plz change the system like token system.
