Pretentious, clean, safe, but lacks attention to detail and customer service needs improvement. A hotel can't be based solely on their accommodation, it's the whole experience that makes or break it. This hotel has been open since mid 2022, so it's relatively brand new. You can clearly tell they had great taste and conceptualize things with luxury and modern in mind, but there is a clear lack of attention to detail when doing so. The rooms have so many holes on the walls (which they covered with circular plastic coverings, well most of them). I have no idea what they are, but they are definitely an eye sore. The bathroom also shows lack of details, where the tiles were cut (i assume for plumbing) there is a gunky, white residue not the gray grout one would expect. The paper toilet holder is RIGHT NEXT to the shower. What genius thought of that? They painted the walls after some of the furniture was installed, so you will see many paint drops around the bed frame, the pseudo-armoire and night stands. Don't call this a luxury place, it's new and pretty but a 3 stars in my book. What could make this likely a 5 star experience in would be the reception desk. They unwelcoming, unfriendly and seem completely out of tune with the attentive and sweet bellmen/housekeeping staff. Asking for coffee, tea and sugar (which they are supposed to replenish daily) feels like you are begging for your life. I couldn't take it after day one and just went out and bought my own. Not all is bed, i am just being critical when you pay a much higher price than others around you. The linen, towels and pillows are new and comfortable. The bed is on the very soft side (which I personally don't like), and the AC is powerfull and quiet. The shower is one of the best i had in my life, there is plenty of central hot water and the pressure and volume of water is great. Would it be nice if they gave you something more than a small unbranded bar of soap. So make sure you pack or buy your own shampoo and quality soap. Overall I would stay again, with the mindset this is an average hotel with brand new furnishings. Whether it will stand over time is yet to be known.

Lovely aristocratic hotel. At a walking distance from City bus stand and Mysore Palace. Rooms are well illuminated. Have TV, Electric kettle. Doors are digitally locked. Staffs are well behaved and polite.

Its a new building, the rooms are clean. I have booked deluxe room which is little small for a family. The reception person first shown the room and get confirmation from us before we check-in. It locates main place and easily accessible for all other places.

This hotel is located at the best spot and decent area. Where ever you want to go is available at walkable distance. City bus stand is few hundred meters. What I didn't like is service is very poor. owner is very good man but the receptionist who is in day shift is total waste person he always on mobile least bothered to respond to any queries and keeps a "who cares?" Face all the time. There is no restaurant attached but that's not an issue as you can explore different famous hotels of Mysore..

Deluxe rooms are little small. Recommended for short duration. Only ventilation you'll see is AC! Beds and bathrooms are not cleaned after every checkout. Could improve.

Rooms and bathroom is excellent. Spacious and neat. Hot water easily available in bathroom. Room service can be better. Only soap provided, no complementary water bottle or dental kit. Overall comfortable stay

My husband and I had a wonderful stay here! We showed up and the owner was kind enough to show us the different rooms he had to offer. Staff helped us with our bags. The rooms were spacious and very clean. The hot shower was excellent! We enjoyed many of the complimentary items (tea, water, coffee, shampoo, napkins, toilet paper, soap). After check out the staff was kind enough to keep our luggage safe for us while we went sightseeing for the day! The location is great and walkable to many sightseeing destinations and restaurants. The hospital and a pharmacy are also nearby. Lastly, the owner talked to our Tuktuk driver to make sure we got to the correct bus stop to catch our night bus! Thank you for a great stay. πŸ™

The bathroom fittings are broken. The wifi doesn’t work. The food served was below basic standard. There is no chair or sofa to sit in the room. There are no place to hang your clothes.

Rooms are very clean and spacious. Hot water is easily available for shower and there is good, strong wifi connection. Location of hotel is good as it is very close to the Mysore Palace and other places of interest. Pharmacy is also nearby in case of emergencies. Although the hotel does not offer breakfast, there are many good, affordable restaurants nearby like the Ashirvaad Grand. One suggestion would be to add microwave in the room or offer a common microwave in the lobby to reheat takeaway food, as needed.

There are nice and clean rooms, but the facilities are not enough. I think the interiors were recently changed for the rooms at that time. We couldn't get reception assistance after 12 a.m. as they were not sitting at the reception counter after that. Price-wise, it is average.

Pros: Newly constructed, Elegant and clean, Android-based TVs in the rooms, good staff, Has basement and open parking. Cons: No restaurant, very tiny rooms especially the deluxe category. Not even a single window, little constilier. PS: AC did not work for around 1.5 hrs may be due to power cut but it was quite warm and suffocating that time due to no window.

Worst hotel experience. No water bottle, no towels, no soap in the dispensor. Walls are so paper thin that one can't even have a good night sleep

Location: 300m walk to jaganmohan palace. Very close to the mysore palace and is at a prime location. Rooms: Very very clean rooms. The entire property is maintained very well. The rooms (executive room and above) are very spacious and clean. The prices are also very reasonable. If you are a solo traveller and don't mind the room size , you can go with the deluxe room as well. Washrooms are very neat and the shower is great! Service : the service staff are very friendly and I'm not sure what some people in the reviews are complaining about. But I didn't have any issues with the staff, they were very accomodating and catered to every request of ours with a smile. Food : they currently don't have an attached restaurant , however there are umpteen hotels available just a walkable distance from the hotel. You can get your morning coffee at a 2 min walk. I would definitely recommend this stay for families or group of friends and would visit again myself. :)

Reasonable hotel. Room is spacious but has no windows which I personally like. Bed is comfortable and everything is new in the hotel. Shower works very good. No breakfast or food opportunities. Limited parking in the street.
