Xcel turned out to be the perfect place for our squad to stay. The apartments are spacious and super clean. An apartment can easily accommodate 5 folks with an extra bed. The staff is friendly and Sameer was helpful and responsive throughout the duration of our stay there. Though it's in the heart of the city, the location is calm and quiet and that just adds to the charm. We've found the perfect place to stay at in Mysore for our future visits :)

The Xcel home apartment is really nice and perfect for our stay at Mysore. The apartment is having all the amenities required for comfortable stay. I rate my stay at Xcel better than any 3 star hotel due to their modern facilities and their hospitable and courteous staff.

It was a really nice and well maintained place. All the staff were nice and helped us a lot by arranging things like food, groceries etc... Hence it is located in the prime location, commuting to other tourist places is also easy. Over all if you are visiting with family or friends you can opt for this service apartment.

Nice apartment accomodation in Mysuru. Spacious rooms. Good location. In house food facility is not available. But various food options are available within a km. Parking is outside on the road but felt safe. Peaceful and good service. Recommended..( We were there in Sep 2023).

Excellent spacious apartments to stay in Mysuru. Good Internet connectivity and power backup. Parking in the front curb side, night time security available. Near to zoo, palace and rest of the city. Definitely recommend.

Really awesome. I have been to Hotel stays. But Apartment stay was new and very unique to me. A complete 2 BHK was allotted to me. A very good place.

The stay was very pleasant and nice. Almost near to major attractions. Enjoyed our stay with family and kids. The owner and staffs were very polite and very much reachable. Would surely recommend and prefer for our next visit.

It was an awesome experience staying here as its even better than whats shown in the photos and very well maintained with all the basic amenities. Service and response for any query is quick and satisfactory and it's very safe for families. Location is also good as it's very near to palace, zoo etc. Only suggestion is that parking place can be improved as due to nearby construction the water and dust was directly coming on the car. Rest everything is exceeding expectations. Will definitely recommend this place for everyone

Our family stayed at Xcel for 5 nights in January 2024. The apartment was all that was advertised- very clean, with comfortable beds. We asked for some basics in the kitchen and they were promptly provided as was a washing machine and iron for laundry. The hotel organized very reliable taxis for us to drive from and back to Bangalore, and for travelling within Mysore. Most of all, everyone was so friendly and genuinely helpful. Thank you so much to all at Xcel - we enjoyed our stay. We recommend Xcel to all who are looking for a really comfortable stay in a nice neighbourhood in Mysore.

Very clean apartment with all the amenities mentioned online. I stayed there for 5 days and it was a wonderful experience. It is pretty safe to stay here with all the security provided. All help is provided whatever you need. Sameer is a great host. Great hospitality! Highly recommended.

We stayed at Xcel for 2 nights and I must say they have the most courteous and friendly staff. Manager Sadiq was really helpful and arranged a cab at a reasonable price for a day tour. He even arranged a cab for us which took us to Bengaluru at very short notice. He kept tab on driver as well. Rooms are spacious and clean. You can easily accommodate 6 people in 2 BHK apartment. All basic amenities are available. Clean and neat linens and towels were provided on both days. Even though they do not have a kitchen, you can order food from the restaurant menu they have kept in the room. It will be delivered hot within 30 mins. Connectivity wise, it’s within few kilometres from main attractions. You can book cab easily on ola and Uber. Or you can just ask Sadiq to arrange a cab for whole day. Overall it’s a really nice place to stay. Thank you for your hospitality.
