The wow experience turned out as a big disappointment with no solution for the same. I understand business and revenue is a must but if the customer is not satisfied how will the thought of repeat come. Suresh the manager was the only good thing and support which lasted till we checked out. Reason for disappointment is the amount of chase to make payment was so much that when the issue was highlighted with pictures there was no acknowledgement. I will visit Mysore again but not considering these group of hotels to stay as the family was not happy with the experience.

I booked a different property owned by suvarna group's. After booking I contacted the property for early check-in at 11am. The person who spoke to me over phone was very humble and he was very helpful. He said early check-in is not possible in that property due to lack of vacancy. He offered another property immediately ( suvarna elite, JP nagar) and helped us to do early check-in at 11am. The response was quick and prompt. They didn't charge anything extra for early check-in. We stayed in suvarna elite. The location is good and supermarket, kfc, Domino's, restaurants etc are at walkable distance. Particularly the suvarna group's management and customer friendlyness etc are good good. My suggestions for service improvement as follows 1. There should be wall clock in hall of each flat 2. Staffs should inform the availablity of R.O watercan to the customers during check-in. During our feedback call only I was informed from the management that I could have requested drinking water can to staff as they are having sufficient stock

We stayed for 2 nights and had a pleasant and comfortable stay in the apartment. 1) The staff was very co-operative particularly Mr. Suresh who is the manager 2) Rooms of apartment were very spacious, well maintained, clean, and have big balconies. 3) Location was too good as all the tourist points like chamundi hills, mysore palace were at short distance from apartment. 4)Rooms were well furnished and were occupied with basic necessities like Ac, Refrigerator, Induction cooker, basic utensils. 5) Bathrooms were clean and very much spacious and well maintained. 24hrs hot water.

We recently stayed here, it was clean and well euipped. It had refrigerator, induction stove with nuch needed vessesls. Location was also great. It was budget friedly. Price was reasonable. I would definitely recommend Suvarna Elite to anyone

Decent apartment spaces for short stays. Bit away from the mysore city. Ok for business and vacation. However not worth the money they charge.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, making it a perfect choice for families and friends. The accommodation felt more like a spacious apartment with its 3 bedrooms, and the presence of basic kitchen utensils was convenient. Additionally, having a Reliance supermarket nearby was extremely convenient. Moreover, the location was ideal as food delivery apps provided service from various local restaurants. Overall, it was a delightful experience, offering both comfort and convenience.

Very spacious 2bhk accommodation suitable for 7 to 8 family for comfortable stay with good free parking space and good access .

Everything is great... We got what we expected... They provided purified drinking water during stay... Very clean and near property... All basic toiletries available... 24x7 hot water facility... Parking at basement...

Rooms were good. Support was fine. While booking it was mentioned Air conditioned whereas at the time of check in they told AC at extra charges and finally compromised for nil charge. Overall decent apartment for two families.

Well maintained service apartment.This was booked by default by Kavita Homestay staff after this was not available and was informed 2-3days prior to our stay. Thankfully, this Suvarna apartment met our expectations as we were family of 8 members. We were booked with 3 BHK, attached bathrooms(western), well maintained. There is no restaurant attached but you can order through any of the food delivery apps. Only one suggestion for them is to have dustbins placed in the halls and rooms!

Me and my family stayed here for 2 nights and the suite was quite spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and responsive to our needs. Would definitely recommend this place to others when visiting Mysore.

Very very worst.....in Google photos r gud.... but in reality very worst... especially 101 room is very dirty different smell n no tv in bed room.... U booked in booking com in low price means it's waste.. automatically property ll cancel..n increase amount tooo.. service is nice....

Very good apartment for family. We had booked a 3 bed room apartment and stayed there for 2 days. It also has a spacious living room where kids and family can spend time together. Basement parking is an added advantage. The reliance supermarket in the ground floor was very handy. Overall a very good stay and we will definitely recommend for others.
