False Advertising to customers The “Meal of Rs99 with crispy burger” advertisement is kept throughout the mall. Upon reaching they say the meal is not available and has some ‘issue’ and try to sell a higher priced meal (Rs190) with the same crispy burger. The employee are fully aware of this practice as multiple customers argued on this same topic. Lying through false advertisement is unethical.

Took veg makhani burst burger which was not that good, Mirinda floats, berry blast shake. Price is cheaper but tastewise they should up before their competitor like mcd. They didn't even have chilli sauce.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Burger King, and I must say, it was an absolute delight. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with friendly smiles and a welcoming atmosphere. It's no wonder why Burger King has been a favorite fast food chain for so many years. What impressed me the most, though, was the excellent service. The staff members were attentive, efficient, and genuinely seemed to care about the customers' experience. They ensured my order was correct, made helpful recommendations, and even took the time to check if I needed anything else. It's refreshing to see such dedication in a fast-food restaurant.

Had just ordered in from Burger King.. and i was pretty disappointed with their quality of food. Their fries were infected with fungus.. please Burger King do us a favour by rectifying this issue. With this I wouldn’t recommend this burger joint.

Very rude behaviour staff. Actually I love burgers. But the staff Trying to ad something when we say no then he will change. That is very bad. Last time I ordered a meal. in that meal he filled full of ice cubes in coke.

Not costworthy really bad taste and the size of burger is sooo small and the price is tooo high.........its around rs = 289 and the burger is very small and only filled with sauce and little bit of chiken. Really not satisfied 😡

One of the worst experiences recently. Took my money, made me to wait for 4hrs and didn’t deliver my order. They don’t pick your calls and blame their delivery partners for all the delay. Big time scammers Zomato also involved in this Beware people don’t order anything in Burger King through Zomato. I don’t how many people like me would have got cheated like this

The quality of food is good. But I visited Burger King by looking some combo offers in Swiggy app. But I got disappointed because, that combo was not available in the menu. It would be very nice, if the same offers that are visible in Swiggy app that are in Dine in.
