One of the few good authentic veg only Andhra style food. Great breakfast spread, awesome lunch and great dinner menu. Must try

The restaurant is serving amazing Andhra meals. You should definitely try it out. The service was quick and good. I appreciate their efforts. The ambiance was really nice too. They are keeping it very clean and good.

Stayed here on the weekend of December 1 and experienced apathetic service at its best. The room key we got could not be used. When we asked for the master key, the receptionist told us to wait outside our room until someone came and unlocked our door. This took anywhere between 5-15 minutes of us just standing and waiting in the corridor. We had to go down 2 or 3 times to remind them that we were still locked out! We went out of the hotel 10 times; this happened 10 times. They didn't bother changing the key or ensuring that we were not left waiting outside our rooms. The receptionist, when I spoke in English, replied in Kannada. The guys at the restaurant, when I spoke in Kannada, said they knew only Hindi! The same breakfast fare is offered every single day. Extremely oily food. You can simply take a walk down KD road to find better food options. The floor under the beds were filthy and hadn't been cleaned in ages!

The food, even though it's vegetarian, was amazing. From breakfast to dinner, every meal was a delight. Kudos to the wonderful staff, management, and chefs for creating such a memorable stay.

Went for lunch after watching the reels on Facebook... Took andhra meals and pizza... In meals poori was really hard and cold, kaiobattu was also hard... Pappu was good, they forgot to serve chutney powders... Damrot payasa was below average in taste... Pizza was decent in taste... Average food, poor service... Waiters completely failed to manage the crowd... No co ordination between kitchen and waiters... Probably waiters need more experience...! I wouldn't visit their restaurant again...

Never visit just by looking price and number of dishes. We waited for 30 mins and they started telling this item is over that item is over when they started severing food. And the service is so worst they don’t bother you are waiting with empty plate or waiting for food. I visited 3rd dec 2023. This hotel does not suite even for 1 star. Specially don’t take your family or friends you will be insulted . Better to have at road side Instead of this. Some staffs are very rude. For each dish you have to call 10 times.

I am very grateful for choosing to stay at the Golden Riviera hotel for my last week in India. I was recovering from a knee injury and the staff were very very attentive, kind and caring. The rooms are nice and clean, housekeeping staff does a great job at ensuring rooms are clean and smelling nice and fresh everyday. As well, the staff at the restaurant are very nice and the breakfast and food very delicious. They have the best grape juice in the world. The location is very nice, across the road from Yoga Narasimha Swami temple, close to many handy locations. I definitely recommend this hotel 100%! Thankyou everyone at Golden Riviera Hotel!
