I checked in today and to be very honest this hotel's food is a nightmare🤯🙁 for at least all the pure vegetarian people. They have mixed both veg & non-veg food items. Should have different counters but all are kept on the same. The service is poor, food taste is low with very very limited items. 2 of our family members ate one of the non-veg items because of their stupidity. My only point for posting this review is ; 1)The concerned management please take appropriate action 2) A request to all the pure-veg eating people to please check once while eating at this hotel.

Good hotel, but the room tariff doesn't justify the service and quality. The reception staff needs experience to handle the guests and their expectations. I had booked 2 rooms in the hotel for the New Years' Eve, paid more than double the price for each room than the usual and still received a very mediocre experience. I just expected more from a 4-star property for the amount spent. The walls are thin in the corridor, plus the DJ right above our floor didn't help. For the same amount spent, one can get a room in a 5-star hotel in metro cities with far better amenities and service quality.

Mysore being a smaller city attractions like Sukhavana, the Mysore Palace and Zoo etc. are all very approachable from this place. A mall at about 500 mts from the hotel makes it even nicer for a quick buy of things you forgot on trip. Pool size is apt has some gravel to the floor. Foot at the restaurant is good, including the breakfast spread. Found staff to be really attentive.

The rooms were spacious and clean. The food has a good spread/varieties. The staff are polite, courteous and looking to assist you at all times. Swimming pool is children's delight. Most of the places are nearby and one can cover them pretty easily. Highly recommended!!!

Good hotel, good breakfast provided and relaxing atmosphere overall. Rooms can be better maintained, the set up seems old but amenities provided were sufficient for normal stay. Room service should be more prompt, we had to make half a dozen calls for a simple request, causing waste of time. Kashmiri shop in-house has a good collection of fabrics, prices are reasonable. I was impressed by the honesty of the shopkeeper. We had a pleasant stay.

This is an outstanding hotel right from the word GO ! Staff were extremely courteous, rooms were super comfy and food quality was exhilarating. The value additions like WiFi network was super fast and AC was functioning smoothly. We also enjoyed the well maintained swimming pool. This hotel was the best part of our overall Mysore visit experience. The breakfast buffet spread was one the best I have experienced across the globe. Parking was also very secure and the geographical location of this hotel is very aesthetic and approachable from all the important places of Mysore city. The only disappointment was the Gym. Gym has broken multi station machine which is a Joke. Please give a pass to the gymnasium. Overall the hotel is highly recommended.

The rooms are spacious and well equipped. Bed is comfortable. The service is very good at the hotel. They respond to requests very quickly. The breakfast spread was amazing and tasty. Though the restaurant was jam packed the staff managed well. Location is good with the Nexus Mall at a 5 min walk and the connectivity to the Ring Road towards Ooty and the Mysore Airport very nearby. Overall we had a good stay.

Improvement Needed on Front Staff Section. There are no issues in the Rooms or amenities, but the way the front office staff treats the guests needs to be improved. It's not that they are rude, but not friendly. The payment was upfront at the time of check-in and that's it, no more assistance on where to go. The hotel is also situated in the heart of Mysore near Mysore Palace. Rooms were up to par. Breakfast was so rich with a variety of options.

Had an awesome 2 night stay here. The buffet is decently priced with good spread. Had used swimming pool too and it was spotlessly clean. Rooms were spacious,clean and the service was prompt. Also the location is convenient as it is hardly 10 mins from Mysore bus station. Would recommend if you're planning a trip to Mysore

I came with my family for a visit but didn't have a good experience. Majorly because of the rooms, the awful mattress, noisy corridors.. Switches were burnt, broken or busted. The mattress was living on a ventilator and I on a prayer sleeping on it.. just not a pleasant experience Coming to the food part. A+ rating and great job by the chefs and the restaurant staffs. Great buffet breakfast spread and equally impressive dinner spread. Nothing fancy but simple things done really right.. If you improve the in room infrastructure this is a brilliant spot to staycation..

Bad experience. We stayed here for one night only and were very uncomfortable. 1. Best part about the Hotel is the restaurant - food is really good. (That's why given three stars). The breakfast is good and the staff is polite and helpful. 2. The reason for three stars is the room - the most pathetic I have ever seen for the price paid. The floor was dirty with previous occupants hair still on the floor (yuck). The AC temperature was very very uncomfortable and I am sure the controls were spoilt. One cup for the coffee was dirty. We had requested for one extra bed - all they did was join the two single beds and gave it to us !!! The staff was courteous but we were so tired after a long journey that what all we could complain about ??!! The least we expect after a journey is good sleep after paying for the services. Overall not recommended; unless you want to throw away your money...

A very nicely maintained 4star property in a palatial building near major tourist attractions. Service is quite good both in room and restaurant . Housekeeping services are also very prompt. Food quality is awesome and complimentary buffet spread is extremely good. Front desk works round the clock and very responsive. Overall very satisfying and comfortable stay .

Excellent place to stay if you are visiting Mysore. Food is excellent with a great ambiance. The pool is simply super to relax as the water pH level is maintained well with no high chlorine or chemicals. Staff are humble and attentive to your requests. Room service and cleaning is well maintained. You get additional car wash and cleaning service on request. Safe 2 level basement parking facility available. Their in-house handicrafts shop is small but good with a variety of choices of small souvenirs and gifts to pick at a reasonable price.

Room was good and comfortable. The buffet breakfast was also good. I found the place wanting in terms of hospitality and service. The front desk staff were stren faced and i found them very cold in their behaviour. I had booked the room for 3 nights. But, everyday at 11am they used to deactivate my key. I had to go to the front desk to get it reactivated. I found this very strange. I told the staff very calmly in the first instance that I need my key activated until my last day of stay. But, the didn't need at all. Again the same problem happened on day 2. When I went they had a customary apology. When I gave my car for valet parking they had parked it in the open. There was some maintenance work in progress and my car was covered with a layer of dust. The staff didn't even offer a customary apology for this. For the kind of money we pay and the poor service we receive, i would prefer other places which offer value for money. Very disappointed and aghast with the service that Fortune group is offering to its customers.

The hotel is supposedly a 4 star hotel but it looks very old. Needs more maintenance. We arrived 1 hour late from the check-in time but still room was not ready. Food is good though. And the stay overall was nice. Service is good and one time other than the check-in part.

One of the Best hotel stay of my life.. We had booked a deluxe room with breakfast but as we checked in late all the rooms were full, they upgraded our room to junior suit room and as it was our anniversary 2days later they gave us complimentary buffet dinner also.. Everything was really nice at the hotel. Staff, room, restaurant, food. Very well maintained hotel. Thanks for the lovely stay.

Rooms are good and spacious but somehow old, not the modern interior. You will ind all things for comfort. Service was good but professionalism is comparatively lesser. Location is good if we consider proximity from bus stand and Mysore fort but it is in crowded area. One nearby mall os also there.

The Room and ambience is fine. Room AC has a feature to increase but it's did not work though their expert came and tried. It's done to 18 degrees also in the mid night...For kids it's more discomfort. And front desk need to improve. We gave key before proceeding to breakfast and told then to do checkout formalities but it's not done.all done when we came back and it's time taking process. Better to bring our luggage ourselves.

We recently visited Mysuru for the very first time with family and it was a worthwhile decision to have chosen Fortune JP Palace for our stay. The staff is really hospitable and courteous and made sure to take care of the smallest of our needs with 2 small kids. The restaurant was very well staffed and I remember Shubham who went above and beyond to make sure our breakfast and dinner experience is unforgettable. The Manager, Mr. Vinayak was so amiable and took really good care of the entire restaurant - The Orchid. I would 10/10 recommended this place for a good leisure holiday or even a work stay.

An average hotel not worth the tariff charged for the stay. The rooms are good and spacious, bed is super comfortable, but the cups provided for coffee were dirty. The crockery for the breakfast buffet had marks on it as well. Upon requesting for powdered coffee, was told it wasn't available! The service is slow and needed multiple follow ups to get iron board, extra blanket, etc. The staff insisted on full payment during check in (instead of during check out), which might be a standard with ITC but not the case with majority other hotels. Location is good but Mysore being a small place it's never a huge factor. In all a decent stay at par with any 3 star hotel but certainly not value for money.

I had come to this hotel with high expectations. But none of them where met. I had specifically asked for two rooms together, months before. Although this was not full filled. I had two children with me and this did not make it any easier. I came to the room and I was very disappointed. The bathroom and beds are very old fashioned. They have not been looked after. I would not recommend this at all for families.

Everything was perfectly organized, well trained staff, quick service, comfortable room spacious with all amenities, comfy bed, clean washrooms, Food was also Ok, breakfast spread is decent. Overall great experience

Its a decent hotel with good rooms, common swimming pool. Service is great but their buffet break fast is superb! You have more than 25 items and you will be lost which one to try.. Superb breakfast

For a 5 star property, this hotel comes at a decent budget of 5-6k per night. The best part is that it's located in the heart of the city - Church, Mysore palace are just a walking distance away. Highly recommended!

Very nice hotel inside the city, short distance from the railway station and all other important tourist spots of Mysore. The room was great with a real king sized comfortable bed and staff was very courteous and responsive. We had buffet breakfast and dinner at the hotel too. The buffet spread isn't like a real ITC , but it was quite decent. The staff was extra helpful. There is a separate Children's play area which was really a nice place for kids to play.

Nice hotel. Staff is very helpful. When we reach hotel, two of my family members were not well. I have informed to the staff. They immediately clean the room and allow us to check in almost two hours prior to regular check in time.

Amazing rooftop with the lights! The breeze slowly takes your stress away! Breakfast was good. I did use the Gym which had all the basic equipments for a good workout. Terrific wooden interiors in the room. Overall, a pretty good stay!

We deliberately chose this property for our one night stay at Mysuru because of its location. The hotel is centrally located with all major attractions close by. The rooms are spacious and well appointed. Amenities are upscale. The staff at the hotel are courteous and polite. They helped us in all possible way. It has multiple restaurants on site. Pool is good.

Excellent hotel at a great location. Near to the Mysore bus station. Very well maintained property. Rooms are spacious with large windows. Staffs are very cooperative and very prompt service. Breakfast buffet is too good. Highly recommended. Would love to stay here again if visit Mysore.

Stayed here for 2 nights and had and OK stay. Not that good. ROOM: On checking in we informed the reception that the AC was not cool enough. We only had a technician come to our room after 1 hour and told us that it's the coolest the room can get and nothing can be done. HOUSEKEEPING: The rooms were not cleaned everyday. When we gave this feedback at checkout, we were told that it may have been our mistake that we kept the DND light on which clearly wasn't the case. FOOD: Great buffet and very decently priced. Good spread for breakfast as well as dinner. HOWEVER, on both days I had an issue with the black coffee I requested for. On the first day, the coffee was brought to me after 15 mins...COLD...and on the second day...I dint receive the coffee at all. Quite a bad experience for a 4 star property. Very disappointing.

The stay was pleasant. The facilities are excellent. We particularly liked the morning breakfast buffet. We also had the dinner buffet once. Food is great. Their rooms, though air-conditioned do not have fans. This could be an issue for some, as we prefer fan along with the air-conditioning. For the Buffet service, the management has placed boards/notes requesting patrons to be masked for entry into the dining hall also to keep mask on when helping themselves to the food in the buffet. Majority were ignoring this and in fact I was horrified to see one sneezing right in front if the buffet spread. The management needs to enforce the discipline of mask wearing. Parking is available inside as well as underground with valet parking, but this looks inadequate for the size of the hotel.

Excrllent staff and mind boggling services which will be remembered for a long time to come.. ..the staff are extremely courteous and attended to the needs and requirements without any delay. ..as usual the prices of food though are slightly high one tends to forget the same due the staffs excellent services rendered which gives us our moneys worth...

A very nice stay with good breakfast buffet and clean rooms while this being an old property is still well maintained with overall good vibe and good service.

Great hotel. Lives up to the ITC brand mark. Great interiors with beds cushions and stuff. Average food but the food staff was very cooperative. Stayed here one day and enjoyed it a lot. Very ambient hotel. I would suggest anyone who's considering this hotel to give it a try.

Booked this place for a family trip. The rooms were spacious and clean. The washrooms were cleaned and spotless. The sleep quality was good and comfortable. Used the swimming pool as well. It is small but it is clean and the chlorine level was just right. Overall it is a very good option for stay with family and kids.

A good city hotel but lacks garden space. The pool area also very cramped. Needs more greenery. Otherwise a comfortable stay.

We had very enjoyable 2 day and night stay. The hotel lives upto ITC hotel group. Nice ambience, good breakfast spread. Big rooms and clean bathroom. The best thing I loved was how helpful the staff was. Any requests were carried out perfectly and they gave great suggestions for places to enjoy. And also hotel is within the city. Definitely recommend.

Had a very pleasant two-day stay here. The staff is very professional and courteous. The food selection on the menu and at the breakfast buffet was good. The price is very reasonable considering the quality of service provided. They also provided us with late check-out.
