The hotel is average. Considering the price, the service, rooms, maintenance is quite poor. It’s least of luxury, overall. The pool was closed too. The breakfast is good though. If you’re getting at discount and staying for shorter duration, may be go for it. But at this price, there would be much better options available.

For the price we paid, we were disappointed with the hotel. For 4900+ reviews, one assumed the quality was good. We booked two rooms and I was disappointed with the quality of the rooms - it was poorly lit, poor floorings, old fittings, and by far the WORST beds I have ever slept in. The lobby and the walkway to the rooms have totally outdated carpets. The front desk was poorly managed. The only saving grace was the support teams - the restaurant folks were great, and the room cleaning staff were also very professional. Best avoided unless you find no other place to stay in.

This is a very old hotel and desparately needs renovation. The furniture is in appealing state. The air conditioning is pathetic, the hotel provided us with a table fan to provide relief. Not at all advisable

It is totally my fault to book this hotel at such an expensive price. This hotel is good at 5k range. I paid 3x for Christmas weekend. First disappointment comes when you enter. They don’t have valet parking. You have to park in badly lit parking. Room looks like a foreclosure property, TV has been yanked, with wires still hanging. Portable refrigerator is placed like it’s a bachelor dorm room. Check stains on restaurant chair and table, most unappetizing view. Service staff is ok. Reception staff is so unwelcoming, he was almost going to ask me, why we chose this hotel. May be he saw how much I paid and felt pity. Morning we called front desk for some water. It was about 8am, and rather than asking what else we need, she asked if we are working towards checking out? (Check out time is 12). She was not even subtle about it. As I said, I paid 16k for a night, so I am at fault. and no one else to blame.

I attended a naming ceremony which was organised here. Hospitality and food were great. Hotel is located close within vicinity of the railway station and has easy access by main road.

This is supposed to be a 4 star hotel. And when you enter you see the reception which truly makes you believe this is a 4 star property. But the best part ends there. The room sizes (for deluxe and luxury rooms) are very small. The beds in these two rooms will definitely give a sense if your dieting and exercising have borne results in slimming down. Even if you are slightly healthy, it is difficult for 2 people to sleep in the "queen bed" they offer. If you have a kid forget about anything, please book a suite room. The rooms were clean. But the quality of furniture and fittings are run down if not outright bad. Lighting inside the rooms are average. The choice of TV channels is very poor. Even among those available one day , may not be available the next day. Even after asking the front desk about the same, they insist someone will come to see what is the issue but rest assured nothing will happen for at least 5 to 6 hours within which time they will switch off the channel in some other room and provide the same in yours. The swimming pool is located at the terrace. No life guards. No towels as well. If you ask for towels , they will let you enjoy the pool for another 30 to 45 minutes after you call. The housekeeping team then decides to send you a set of towels (after multiple reminders). Again you will be lucky if you get the same within 30 to 45 minutes. It can take more than that as well depending on when the housekeeping team decides to deliver them. Quality of breakfast is average, but service is good. Overall I will say this qualifies as a 2 star hotel and is definitely not in the league of 4 star. If you go with the expectation of 2 star you will like the property. If you expect 3 or 4 star then you will be disappointed.

The 2 stars is for the staff and the ambience. The staff were very polite and cooperative.It would have been a really good place if the FOOD was good. Never had such bad experience in food. Not a single food item in the buffet tasted good. If the food had to be rated - 0/10.

Very much horrifying experience we had. Booked three rooms for 9 people. We where travelling from US. Broken bed, lights, bed bugs, food particle in bed, and stinking corridor. When we complaint the manager started shouting. I have taken photos of room. Negative one rating. This is absolutely zero rated hotel

It's a nice place in a good location. I would ask you to prefer the buffet on Evenings and Sundays as the dessert options are better. Curries and Breads are good. Alacarté Ordering is available. And the Ambience is nice. Do avoid at afternoons in peak heat but at evenings it's a nice place. Good staff. Pathetic experience. Misleading room Pictures as displayed on google.Dirty and unclean sofas and carpets torn. Small room. No ventilation, ac not working properly,no balcony. Restroom taps were shaking. Narrow,Dark and damp parking lot, Very hard for big cars to fit. Bad manager behaviour.

Nice hotel, it's near to market and zoo. Garden is but far from this hotel. What we liked are: spacious room, car parking, breakfast. We also like the reception manager Ruksar, she was very kind enough to upgrade our room with more spacious room as we were with kids. They also were very patient enough to provide as an extra two hour check out as we got delayed at zoo. Overall very nice experience, will prefer to go there again.

If it was not good food, I wouldn’t have rated this place. Food 5/5. The only good thing for the hotel is their excellent food. The cook has done an amazing job on maintaining the dishes well from Chinese to south or North Indian his or her culinary skills are just out of the board. Service 1/5 below par. Even to take the order there is a lot of confusion. Order will be taken only by one person while the rest of them wait for the food to be cooked to be served at the table. And then again you will see the dish at the counter but then it takes a lot of time to reach table (not sure why they are so confused ). They will go to 3 different waiters before finally coming to your table. We were on Christmas Day, so buffet was not part of package unless you shell out an extra few thousand bucks. There is a set buffet for a dinner which also isn’t that bad and is atleast prepared at request only. Ambience and Rooms 1/5 The hotel rooms aren’t clean. We could smell wetness in the blankets and dampness in the room. Cleanliness seemed to have been compromised. Not only being wet but it was smelling of some fungus. The 2 star is only for the good food we had there. Nothing else stands out.

I had a fantastic stay at The Quorum Hotel! The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The location is great, with easy access to restaurants and attractions. I also enjoyed the delicious breakfast they served every morning. Overall, a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend The Quorum Hotel for anyone visiting the area.

Stayed for a night. Rooms clean but very small.ill planned. There is a projection as a cover to the window where you can get hurt. Room furniture is dirty especially the small table. Food was good.. breakfast service is average. Room service was average. Corridors are dingy, narrow and with a dirty carpet.. The first room I had moved in was having a foul smell with the result it was creating allergy..but the front desk changed the room.. Over all, room is priced thirty percent more than what it deserves.. Need lots of maintenance and overall cleaning.. Would not recommend at the price they are offering..

our family group of 16 people checked in , we were very happy for the way they have received us. rooms are very spacious and worth the price. usually in big hotels food will not be good, but in Quorum food is awesome. breakfast is very good. buffet spread is very good.

The hotel is very conveniently located close to all key tourist places like Rail Museum, Mysore Palace, the Zoological park, etc. The hotel is located on the main road and easy to find. The room was nice, clean and well appointed for daily needs. The highlight was the very polite and friendly staff. All staff we met during 2night stay were extremely cordial and helpful. The check-in was smooth and welcome drink was delicious. The Housekeeping staff, room service staff and the staff at morning B/f were all helpful. Overall the hotel is well maintained and clean.

The stay here was a decent experience . The food was extremely good(especially breakfast). The service was friendly and courteous. The ambience was also nice .The hotel was near the Mysore Palace. But the rooms were congested and not to the standard of a 4-star hotel .I would be happier if they would expand their buffet(especially breakfast).Like dinner, there should have been a surprise element for the breakfast buffet. We were not informed about the swimming pool which was under renovation , we came to know it directly at reception. Overall this place has scope to improve

Excellent food. Menu is extensive and seasonal to a particularly high standard. Definitely fine dining. It can be expensive but worth it and they do different deals on different nights so it’s worth checking them out before you book. Highly recommended.

We stayed here 5 years back and wanted to try again. We enjoyed our stay here. Rooms are small but very convenient with exclusive dressing area. Very friendly, reasonable and smiling staff. Buffet breakfast was very good , their dosas and chutneys are too good. They need to improve in some aspects, like , their dining area a/c is not working and the Dinner menu can be improved. The hotel is in the center of the city and very close to the railway station.

Very mediocre place ,the photos on the website were taken on the day of opening I think 3 or 4 yrs back, 4 star doesn't justify it's just a 2 star place ! The moment u enter the gate ull come to know what is u have stepped in !!! No valet parking and they lie by telling he's gone for holiday, next comes The fellow named Ashok he thinks he owns the place and but somebody needs to tell him his place , doesn't know how to talk to customers,the lobby is a circus ,there is no decent lobby desk all are sitting at so low level chairs and tables ,if u sit any low ull sit on ground ☺️☺️☺️☺️ the 5 if I could give stars I for the FOOD they provide unmistakable best till now !! U have keep on asking for everything otherwise they are the laziest counter staff but the cleaning and hotel staff are the busy bees ! Think and book the place

If you are looking for a quant and comfortable stay option around Mysore then I would recommend Quorum. Fantastic location, good parking, friendly staff. Located very close to the touristy attractions and yet far from the hustle bustle so that you can enjoy some peace and quiet. Only complain I had is that the rooms were a bit dusty but apart from that no complains.

Went for a wedding reception, very good staffs and event decorations was stunning. It's near the cityy . Good decent food. Toilets are very clean .

Stayed for one night!!! Location is a quiet spot even thought it is next to a railway track!! Check in was quick maybe because we already paid thought app!! Room was neat with a big French window, bathroom was neat!! Morning breakfast was great with south indian dish, two different juice, and omelettes as u wish! Coffee n tea were great!! A decent experience at best! The rooms were okay, but not to the standard of a 4 - star hotel! The service was abysmal! We had booked 2 rooms both of which included free lunch/dinner option! But when we went to lunch the restaurant staff said only one room had this luxury, even though both rooms had it! We had to double check at the reception and they confirmed both rooms had the free lunch/dinner option! There was a bad odour emanating from within the rooms when we arrived! We asked them to use room freshener in both rooms but they did not! Even after calling multiple times to freshen the room, the staff did not oblige! The food was great, nothing else!

We stayed in the property for a couple of nights and is centrally located in a quiet, clam area the rooms are pretty decent and attractively priced. The check-in took a pretty long time but what was extremely disturbing was that the left over food in the cutlery outside rooms were lying without clearance. In the corridor while walking towards the room we could spot a number of rooms where-in it was left outside without being cleared. This is a really good property and has a number of plus points in its kitty. It really can scale up improving these minor things.

Pretty decent hotel, best for transit stay, but over priced compared to other hotels in the segment, very old rooms, and small too. Decor is pretty bad, broken and the rooms look dirty even the Ac vent, very less lighting. The food and the staff were really really good and helpful too. But this hotel needs a lot of renovations, most of all the photos in google are fake only few are real which they had taken when it was new. If you are looking only for stay without food than there are better places.

I had booked a room on 4th, they had given some of the rooms to school/college. The kids were so loud and they were playing music loud and hanging doors until late night and early morning. If you are looking for peaceful stay. This is not the place. This is not the first time, last month too i had booked room i have had similar experience.

Room lacks maintenance. Light switches were not working accurately . They have used tape to fix lamp posts . I ordered a pineapple juice - it was not at all good and on top of this they charge me almost 200 rs . It is an absolute joke. Parking area is good and location is good

This hotel has no concern for guest comfort and safety. The rooms are very small and the bed is uncomfortable. The toilet was not cleaned. There are better choices in Mysore.

The 2 major cons of this hotel which needs an improvement:- 1. The locking system of room doors is very much hassel.To unlock thw door you need to insert and remove the card and most of the times it doesn't work well. 2. The room service of the hotel is very slow. We end up calling multiple times. Pros: Awesome breakfast and Near to railway station. Nice rooms and good ambience.

Amazing stay. Really courteous staff! Ms.Ruksar even gave us a free upgrade to the room! They made delicious jain breakfast for us. The rooms and the hotel are very clean and beautiful. Definitely would recommend. The rooftop offers a very good view of the city.

The hotel needs some improvement. Lobby, reception, bathroom fixtures, need a bit of upgrading and sprucing up. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Bathroom too, clean and neat. The best part of this hotel is it's restaurant. The service and the food was really good. Five stars for service and food quality.
