My
experience
with
Zostel
Mysore
was
more
or
less
decent.
They
are
plenty
of
places
to
eat
around
within
1km
radius.
If
you
are
looking
for
a
budget
stay
then
this
is
a
great
option
in
a
good
locality
especially
if
you
are
not
going
to
spend
lot
of
time
in
the
room
and
are
looking
for
a
place
to
just
crash,
bathe
and
get
changed.
Nagu
is
also
a
very
friendly
host.
They
provide
an
early
check
in
at
a
fee
of
Rs
150/-
and
charge
an
additional
of
Rs
30/-
if
you
wish
to
use
the
locker
facility.
The
room
and
attached
bathroom
I
stayed
in
are
quite
small.
I
stayed
in
a
female
dorm
on
the
ground
floor
with
6
beds.
They
keep
lot
of
pets,
2
cats
and
1
dog
to
be
precise.
I
personally
felt
the
dog
was
harmless
but
the
cat
comes
into
the
room
and
sleeps
on
the
bed.
Since
I
was
not
comfortable
with
it
I
told
Nagu
and
she
made
sure
that
the
cat
did
not
enter
the
room
again.
That
said
I
strongly
suggest
they
maintain
a
smoking
and
no
smoking
zone
separately.
Even
in
the
limited
time
that
I
stayed
in
the
premise
I
found
it
very
hard
to
even
breathe
since
people
were
smoking
everywhere,
the
terrace
and
the
common
sitting
area
that
is
on
the
ground
floor.
The
common
space
on
the
ground
should
be
made
into
no
smoking
zone
since
there
are
many
rooms
adjacent
to
it.
Me
and
a
few
roomates
had
to
step
outside
Zostel
quite
a
few
times
to
be
even
able
to
breathe.
It
was
very
suffocating.
My
second
day
at
the
zostel
was
on
the
day
of
protest.
With
all
food
joints
in
the
city
closed
completely
I
could
not
eat
anything.
If
they
can
provide
an
option
of
breakfast
or
lunch
then
it
would
be
good.
