Worst hotel. Cigarette smell all around. No basics kept in bathroom not even towel. Worst service. Donot recommend for family

I came along with my wife and child. Booked via Airbnb for a deluxe room. Well maintained rooms. Linens were fresh and room was very clean. Recommended to all. I will come back again.

This hotel is a scam You book a prepaid hotel AC room at high prices, upon reaching you’re given a NON AC room. The hotel doesn’t have a telecom , so you can’t call the reception to complain or request any service. They don’t provide you with basic mandatory items like water bottle. Not recommended highly 👎👎

I did call this residency and executive did not respond properly he disconnected the call with out sharing the requested details. Next day I visited the office and checked availability and asked him why you refused to give information in call ? He said he was busy and he can’t give information in call, we need send text messages it seems. Very bad experience.

The room shown in the images are misleading and fake. Poor customer care don't even clean the room. And Charged 5k for 1 day for non AC.

Dear All, Don't book any single room in this property. They are number 1 cheating group. This entire group will grab your money without any rules and ethics. You can't escalate to anyone since Manager Suresh and Owner Pradeep will not answer customers'calls. Only the reservation team will answer your call until you do Gpay or Paytm to their owner pradeep. At the property they don't speak English, you can't ask anything and you can't claim anything. Please 🙏 don't stay there, they will spoil your family's happy time

I had a very bad experience on 28-12-22. I had booked a delux room from there website. Which costs 1600. Morning when checked in they provided a room when I entered the wash room it was so dirty I can't explain. Later I informed the front office were i got another room which is normal room were they charge 800 rupees. They r not even bordered about guest wat they are feeling and wat they want. Actually they r supposed to refund my amount due to normal room which I got . Irresponsible staff and management.

Standard AC room is good sufficiently spacious and well appointed . But the main door lock is very hard to open. Toilet cum bath is quite spacious but floor very slippery. Wi fi does not work. Service is practically non existent as there is no phone or intercom in room . No F&B in hotel you need to order door delivery from app. Basement parking is very cramped and can take only 4 cars. Location is also not Central and far from city centre. Average place.

We were told that we would be given breakfast but next day morning they denied brekfast .

I stay one night at suvarna suits rooms are well maintained & bathrooms as well toilets are clean & fresh ......but I didn't found basic things like tooth brush paste & soap ....towel also I have not found then I asked to reception he provided me that's it ....so plz provide basic things in rooms ....otherwise stay was good ....thnk u

Location is perfect , cleanliness of the room is not ok , bedsheet are not cleaned .previous guest hair we found on the pillow cover, over all not so good ...not worth for money ....

Fraudulent they charge less in make my trip website but you can only book for one day and after that they will charge double the amount but that also they won't inform before check out time. And the behaviour of the reception staff is not professional. There will be three or four guys sitting in reception and they will look at you like you are there to serve them. Really bad experience.

Have been here for Dasara, Due to the huge demand hotels are charging double the price to compare normal days. Rooms are neat and clean, No Proper Service. Only stay and no other services.

There was no intercom in room hence it was tough to ask for supplies like towels etc which were not kept before hand. Overall descent palce for shirt stay .

Parking is a issue you can park 3 cars in front and it's busy road. Room was slightly stinking. Window glasses are not clean. Overall for one night stay it's ok

Went to Mysore on a business trip. I stayed in the AC room. The room staff and receptionist were very courteous. Room and bathroom was very clean. The pricing was also very affordable. Its located in Kuvempunagar near public transit and lots of restaurants/shops. Wifi and parking is available, just speak to the receptionist. They have other properties in the area as well. The manager was telling me that if there are issues with rooms, they are capable of accommodating guests even when they're full. I would certainly return back.
