An absolutely fantastic place and hosts! My husband and I had a lovely time there and we'll be coming back whenever we get some free time. The property is huge, with lots of greenery and dogs. The rooms are big, clean and with attached balconies. It's very affordable for what it offers so go for it without any hesitation! :)

Very nice hostel! You’ll meet some friendly people coming from everywhere and it’s the perfect place to stay several days. There’s a real community feel here. The house is absolutely gorgeous and very spacious. Large garden where you can see their 3 new puppies running around. Free WiFi, lots of board games and movie nights. Would have stayed there longer if I could have!

A gem of a place to lay your head. Stayed here much longer than originally planned, wooed by the stillness, the airy and well appointed building, and the helpfulness of the staff. Cleanliness is top notch here, beds are all very comfortable, from dorm to private rooms, and it is a great place to just relax or socialize, whatever is your wont. On the edge of Mysore, very close to so many great take away food stalls, and easily accessible to greater Mysore via public bus, Uber, Rapido(my fave). Hope you love the place half as much as I do. 🙏👏

Beehive hostel at Mysore was one of those rare experiences which we shall always cherish. We came across this quaint property designed beautifully and were totally blown away by the ambience and warmth of the place. Nithin who manages this place is a warm and friendly person whose passion for hospitality is quite evident right from the moment you enter the place. Mysore is filled with hotels of all ranges and expenses but there is no place which offers an experience like beehive. It's a hostel which offers fantastic common amenities like a kitchen, dining, game room and a huge garden . There is no in house restaurant but many eateries are close by. The rooms are clean and the property is well maintained. You cannot expect a hotel service here but it's more of a home away from home. The place is strictly no alcohol and no smoking area which makes it all the more pleasant . It is not a tavern but essentially a fantastic melting pot to meet people from diverse background. We highly recommend this place as an experience .

A quaint nice place that plays host to a traveller's dream. Found this through a friend. The property and host put my reservations to rest the moment I set foot. The beds, linen and bathrooms are very well kept and clean. Nitin was more than welcoming and played the perfect host. Although would have loved breakfast served, all other factors make up for this amply. The property situated in a nice, silent area, is well maintained and loved the book collections that Nitin has been personally building. Would definitely come back here again and suggest this to any traveller staying over at Mysore.

I will give all the points for the property. It is outside the town. But the place is superb. The host is really good person. He helped us finding and exploring Mysore. It was a days visit but still we managed to explore as much as we can. And coming back in this place all tired, we got very good sleep as there was no noise at all. A very quite place. Huge lawn.

It was a wonderful experience at Beehive. The place is very calm and relaxing as it is situated in a residential area. Anyone who's planning to take a day off from everyday chores and never ending hassles and would want to chill, then this is the place you should be going to. What makes it more loveable is the service provided and cleanliness maintained. This place will be on the top of my list to stay in Mysore as I keep traveling frequently.

We had our family reunion here and it was wonderful. Ideal for a peaceful stay in close proximity to city. Mukul is a gentleman and was very accommodative. Just to add, Amma's food truck nearby (500m) is too good for South Indian tiffin and the caterer in a club nearby can meet most of your food requirements

A great hostel in Mysore. I stayed here with a friend for one night. The host was very friendly and helped us out with late check in, early check out and also guided us through everything in the property. It's located outside of central Mysore. Place has a huge compound that visitors can use. Definitely recommended.

A very beautiful place with gracious and welcoming hosts. Beehive Hostel is housed in a well designed and spacious house with beautiful lawns and a swimming pool too. I loved how peaceful and quiet it was at the hostel with some beautiful birds chirping around, that in itself is very rare
