Such a pathetic rooms and dirty it’s not worth for 500/- and location is bit far from city center. Curtains are dirty because of fungus. Door is old and have cracks and most scary thing was water heater wires came out from cylinder they covered with tissue it’s not at all safe for family . They took extra money because we had kid that bed was old and smelly . I don’t recommend people to get fooled .

3rd class management and looting customer by taking booking of other property and shifting customer to rooms with cockroaches, bed bugs, insects, etc. The rooms are stinking and not maintained properly. We moved to this property as our booking was cancelled at last moment by olive Star owner. We were forced to move as late night there was no other hotel available and my child was also crying for sleep.

This rating is not for this place. We were visiting Mysore from outstation. Please don't book OYO hotels anywhere!! We were left stranded in the middle of the night due to overbooking, and they didn't even make an effort to accommodate us elsewhere. Customer care was horrible, as good as non existent. It took 3 hours for us to find an alternate accommodation. Thankfully the local auto driver and Ola taxi driver helped us.

This was the only hotel available in Mysore on Makemytrip during the long holiday weekend of 14 - 17 April. We paid a premium price for a pair of so called deluxe non-AC rooms but the rooms were hardly worth the price. You can see the attached photos. The hotel claimed that the rooms had been cleaned and even had pest control treatment. We did not stay the single night we had booked. Makemytrip has only made matters worse by not honoring the refund the hotel promised. Please look out before you book and definitely avoid it if you can.

Decent stay. Bed linen was not really tidy and clean washrooms could have been more cleaner. Western sit was in extreme height. Uncovered road side parking. No dental kit provided despite of multiple requests. Honoured my request for extra pillows. Given an extra on floor bed since the queen size bed was not sufficient for 3 members. (2+1).

Place was good with locality being easily accessible to anything nearby within 1km. Improvements - Have 2 towels than 1. - Toiletries like hand-wash, etc will be good in bottles of 10-15ml. Only one small soap and clinic plus shampoo sachet was provided which isn't enough of you have 2-3 guests in a room.

We are waiting at the reception, and room is still not ready. Receptionist is very rude. When asked , about the delay in check-in and if she can accommodate a 1 hr late check-out, she bluntly said no, and asked us to look for another room. God knows what surprises we will see in the room.....

Insects and cockroaches over bed and phone. I left only after an hour because the hygiene was really bad. The reception guy didn’t even care when I said I am leaving because of insects.

Overall a great experience. The hotel is located in a perfect place with a very calm area and the staff were very good and cooperative. The rooms were very clean and neat.I had left my bag in the room and was heading back to native ....later remembered and called the hotel staff and they were very helpful They checked the room and found the bag and kept it very safely.Very great gesture and experience .Overall a happy camper.

Stayed there three nights. The hotel is situated in a residential locality. This place is also famous for Yoga. There are no kitchen facilities in the hotel so I get a bit of difficulty in the late evening as there are no good restaurants adjacent to the property. The staff are helpful and well behaved. The bed sheets had stains so it is desirable to clean regularly.

It was good experience staying here. Though bit outside from main city but quite calm & pollution free place. Staffs are polite and helpful mainly reception mam was very cooperative . Room provided was bit small but have well planned interior.

Decent rooms with a averagely decent price. You don't get food here but only tea and coffee is available. Location is very good and it's peace no traffic noise or anything.

Rooms were very neat and had a great stay experience. Only drawback was that it had only queen size bed.

I was thinking some negative stars.If you have no where in the earth to stay,,,go for it..worst in everything. No sign of Cleanliness..Horrible service...torn and dirty beddings..dirty cutlery....dirty towels...No restaurant.One of friend booked that by mistake. If it is offering room for Rs 500,,then also avoid it..sleep in the car instead.The staffs are saying that it is budget hotel,so that poor Cleanliness.😃😃..No one will listen you.In terms of location ,,Horrible...rooms are so small..If you still don't believe me,,plz go ahead and experience it..and don't forget to check behind the spoon😃😃🙏

The property looks fine from outside ... Can see the oldness inside the rooms .... But like quality wise it's quite good .... Nice atmosphere , nice surroundings , nice customer service .... Clean and tidy room with no smell or any other kinds of ugliness .... I will definitely recommend this place . .A quite a good place to stay.

I won't call this as a 3-star hotel. Make My Trip booked this hotel for my vacation during this Diwali. The photos you see in hotel gallery or on google are not the same. The rooms were very dirty and unclean when we entered. There is no restaurant to go and have food inside the hotel. They have outsourced it to a nearby one. Though it is in residential location, there is only one restaurant nearby which doesn't have good taste. Other restaurants, you have to walk at least 1 km to find one. Bathrooms are unusable, we requested twice to clean them. Water gets stagnated in bathrooms and always a foul smell comes from Bathroom. The bedsheets were very dirty and rugged. When we asked them to change, they put the same bedsheets upside down. TV was initially not usable after requesting they got a different set top box. The walls were very dirty and not painted at all. Even wardrobes have foul smell when we opened. There was no changing room for cab drivers. It is not possible for drivers to drive without changing rooms. Overall not happy with the hotel as we felt we wanted to just come to hotel for sleeping only.

This is such a terrible experience from Olive Shine. We had booked 2 rooms yesterday through agoda, we reached the hotel at 11.15 pm, in the night to know that there is only 1 room alloted to us despite getting a confirmation from Agoda for booking 2 rooms. The reception lady was so rude that she wasn't even ready to look at the booking details and just said "I Can't Help it". With a 3 year old child and my pregnant wife, senior citizen we had to find rooms elsewhere at 11.45 in the night. Very rude behaviour of the reception staff. Will never book at this place.

We booked Olive shine at the last minute as the prior reservation at a different place got cancelled with owner not giving us enough notice or reason. However, we thank our good heavens cos in Olive shine we found the perfect place for our stay in Mysuru. The property is located in a wonderful residential area, and is quite, tranquil and peaceful. Rooms are spacious and family friendly. There is no breakfast served at the hotel, however you can order coffee/tea/milk at a very reasonable price. Premises allows orders from Swiggy/Zomato. SPR veg restaurant is nearby and offers delicious food. The staff Soumya, Chandu & Ajay were very courteous, polite ans friendly. They go out of their way to help you. We will certainly look fwd to staying here next time we hit up wonderful and royal Mysuru.

Simply Awesome...!!! Checked in for a night stay with my family members in two rooms. The place is awesome for a normal stay. 1) The check-in process was excellent. 2) The charges was very minimal and worth of paying. 3) Met 2 people in the reception, they were kind enough at the service (sorry I didn't ask their name). 4) Decent surrounding. 5) Room was clean and neat as per the price paid. 6) Spacious bathroom with Hot water facility. No restaurant available in the hotel however you can order Swiggy or Zomato for your meal and get the cutleries from the hotel itself. Kudos to all the team👍.

Our bed was full of bed bugs. When complained to reception, they denied having any bed bugs in hotel and instead blamed us for getting bed buds with us. We didn’t get sleep while night. Disgusting. Even toilet pipes in bathrooms were leaking. This is a real cleanliness and bathroom issue. Located in residential area, we also suffered getting food. Don’t get into cheap price trap.

Our booking was cancelled at the last minute. We were later offered the rooms at 2x the booking price. The receptionists were very rude. Edit 1: The hotel was overbooked without OYO's knowledge. There is absolutely nothing OYO could have done about it.
