We had booked this hotel one month before for a 10 family tour. The manager called us the day before our stay and told us that we only have 3 air conditioned rooms. But he asked us how you booked 10 air conditioned rooms. When we went to stay, we booked the first 7 air conditioned rooms (₹2000). He told us to cancel and book a 7 non air-conditioned room for ₹3400 as of that day. We fought hard and stayed for the same ₹2000.They are well cheaters.please avoid family booking

Really pathetic rooms with water leaked walls and leaking washroom taps. Reception guy charged 1800 for such a non-ac rooms with leakage. Poor hospitality though. Don't opt for this place, had to stay as we reached late night

Worst place to stay and they claim themselves as 3star hotel whereas this is a lodge. Stinking rooms, uncleaned dustbin, old furniture, soiled bed, torn out pillow, dirty bathroom, no room service, no drinking water, no breakfast. Staying here was a nightmare. Suddenly in the midnight there was so much of chaos due to some school students checked in and hotel staff was doing nothing until I had step outside in the midnight to stop the people making noise. Please don't get cheated by these online travel sites. They are charging almost 6 times the hotel's official website price. Official website price per AC room is 1100. These sites are charging upto 6800. Report such cases and give your review in Google.

We stayed 2 days(2 adults+2 kids) .they charged ₹1200 per day. Most of the bed spreads having stains. There was no windows. The bed was hard. There is no restaurant inside. The hot water is not warm. They are not accepting debit credit cards. The parking is very very worst. Better leave your car outside the hotel and ask the security to take care.upto morning 9.30,we can park outside,the police wont charge us. If you park inside the hotel,then you have to sacrifice your sleep,because for every car departure,you will be called by hotel staff to take your car out. In the left side of the hotel,there is an restaurant.you can get good food here.

It is a decent hotel near to the suburban KSRTC Bus stand. Standard Rooms are good enough for family of 3. Rooms are clean as well as bathroom. Better to do the booking online to avail discount offers.

Rude staff and not at all professional with the discussion for the room tarif. Receptionist was drinking in the front desk and was not at all welcoming. I jokingly said please give some discount as its one in the night, the guy was like lena hai tho lo dimag mat kharab karo(if you want then take the roomor else don't irritate me) Please look for other better options in the vicinity and don't fall in the trap of auto rickshaw guys.

Please avoid booking this Hotel. They are very much greedy. At the last moment , they cancelled my booking : 834799425. they are totally unprofessional. I had done the booking 1 month before and paid full amount. Whenever i contacted with them, they said, its the technical issue with agoda . Price was not updated in agoda app. hence they cancelled it. The fact is they are too much greedy.

It is a budget stay hotel with minimum requirements. The room has a queen sized bed, a small teapoy, TV and other basic furniture. However the rooms are quite close to eachother. Therefore it does get very noisy during checkin time.

It's nice but too expensive. Hotel manager is moody. Room service is good. Car parking is a problem.

Mohan was a life saviour and the staff was very helpful. Details: we were supposed to travel from Ooty to Mysore but due to a heavy traffic jam we couldn't make it to the bandipur road gate before 9PM and the gate closed. After communicating this with the hotel, the staff and the owner were very understanding of our situation and helped us to cancel the booking we made with make my trip and provided the refund even though we had to cancel after the check in time.

Good budget hotel at the heart of the city. It's close to all major attractions, including zoo and palace, and even bus stand. Rooms have a few broken amenities, but the staff is always ready to help you out. Received great service from the staff.

As the location is good , service is also good but rooms could have been properly cleaned because of which spotted many Cockrochs roaming in the room.. For The amount which I paid, I did not expect this, it will beat the overall experience... They have limited parking inside , so some times need to park on the street roads... Pathetic service. You order water, it will come after an hour, food shows 20 mins but comes after 40-50 mins. The hotel is a closed enclosing, kind of like closed U, everything you say or speak echoes back and its very noisy. During our stay, the hotel had given 20 rooms to the school kids and we couldn't sleep the entire night because of the kids making noise.. it was a wrong decision to choose this hotel taking our senior citizen parents.

It's a good stay with spacious room, staffs are polite and responsive. There's limited parking however building has to be renovated for clean and better stay.

This place is great and very easily accessible from startion, Mysore palace and bus stops. The staff were good and helpful. The hot water will come only after you pour 5 buckets of water down. The bedsheets and pillow Could have been little new. Those looked little not good. For that 4 stars. The front office guy was good and helpful.

You can never see a hotel only money minded like this. They will accept booking through online and receive full payment. After that they will call and tell we have no such rooms in our property as you have booked. We don't know how it is shown in websites(make my trip, goibibo, etc). While you check in they will demand for extra money. They told me to get out and do whatever i can. If you need a peaceful stay never think of this hotel. They only concentrate on guests brought by local auto and taxi drivers who pay whatever money they demand.

about this hotel I stayed at once. It was a total disaster! The room was like a dungeon, with outdated furniture and a funky smell that made my nose cringe. The bed was so uncomfortable, I felt like I was sleeping on rocks. And don't even get me started on the bathroom! The shower had no water pressure, and the towels were as rough as sandpaper. The staff seemed completely uninterested in helping, and the whole place just had a vibe of neglect. Needless to say, I couldn't wait to check out and find a better place to stay. Lesson learned: always read reviews before booking a hotel The people I mean the host was prety rude and whole building was noisy.
