I had a terrible experience staying at the hostel and I would NOT recommend it to anyone(!), unless you want to ruin your holidays arguing with the manager. He tried to charge me more than 1000 rs over the price I booked and I do not mention some other faults he made. Better find yourself another accommodation (for the price there are dozens of them nearby) and enjoy your visit in such a beautiful city Mysore. Don't let them to ruin it to you as happened to me. Honest advice. By the way, this place is the same place called Suvarna Comforts. I dont know, why they are using two names for the same place.

A good and clean lodge. Very close, 5min walking distance, to Mysuru Palace and also with good eating facilities close by. Staff is very helpful. I stayed there during Dussehra and was glad I chose it. For the price I paid, it was a great stay. One can park behind the hotel or free parking on the parallel road. Safe locality and good place. Surely recommend. πŸ‘

The hotel is located in the heart of the city, but in a quiet alley near to the famous Jagmohan Palace Art Gallery and Museum. There are lot of good restaurants nearby the place from where you can ask for room service. This place is very close to all the major transport options. The hotel premises are very clean and tidy. The rooms are also very clean and comfortable. 24 hours hot water supply was an added advantage. The Wi-Fi speed was really strong. The hospitality was really excellent! The reception and the room service staffs were so polite, friendly, and helpful. Laundry services are available for which you have to pay extra. Overall, the stay was so good that I didn't want to leave.

Don't book here. They advertise on booking.com that they have rooms with AC, kitchenette and internet. When we arrived they ask us to erase the booking and they would charge us the same Price. But they don't have kitchenette no ac and no internet. It's an ok place but they lie to get customers. Avoid this location

Clean and spacious rooms. Basic amenities are provided. Good service, located at a very convinient location from all the Tourist spots, local markets and food joints. Affordable price for backpackers/travellers. They also have very friendly and helpful staff.

Just a place to stay reasonably. We wanted to stay some where and relax with family having kids after all the tight schedule.

Very low cost and best place to stay in the centre of the city. This place is most opted by foreigners (I don't know why). But foreigners be a bit aware of the rates, fix the rate before you take a room. There are a few cases seen where the foreigners will be charged more than usual, which is absolutely unusual. The building is in the inner road, next to the Raj Mahal deluxe lodge.

We had booked a room at "Comforts Hostel" through Hostelworld, and when we reached there to check in the incharge there turned us aways stating all the rooms are booked and that this hotel is not listed on Hostelworld, and also the name is "Suvarna Comforts" and not "Comforts Hostel". When asked about refund, he said it is not his responsibility as the booking is not of his hotel. The location is the same and we had booked the room looking at the pictures online, and those pictures were of the same hotel which he vehemently kept on denying. When we called the number listed on Hostelworld, it was not reachable. Staff was very rude and did not help us in finding another room, because of which we had to cut short our Mysore Trip during Dasara. For anyone this might help, please call the hotel people and confirm the booking if you have booked the rooms online.

Rooms are quite good as shown in the google pics but service is very poor here. There is no accomodation of AC here, anyways it's alright that Mysore is not that hot that you need a AC room to stay in. They have no drinking water facility. I stayed here for 2days and none of their cleaning staffs came here for cleaning the room. If a single person wants to stay here without AC, he/she can stay with the best price, but a family can't cz they charge too much for 4people to stay in a single room. It's near the Jaganmohan palace.

It was a huge mistake booking in this hotel. The rooms are terrible along with broken toilets. The receptionist is very arrogant and does not know how to treat the customers. It is unsafe for people coming from other places.
