Clean rooms, good hospitality, ample parking space. Every thing is good here. The only drawback I found here is that this place is a bit far from mysore town. ( 20mins by bike) They don't have a restaurant but you can cook if u want since they got a kitchen. All the utensils and induction stove available. So many restaurants ,fruit shops available within 500meters of this property.

Easily the best value for money! If you are in Mysore and want to stay at economical and yet a good, clean place - then go for Sugamya. The staff is very helpful and always looking to provide the best for you. I have loved my conversations with them! The rooms are clean, neat and spacious. The washrooms are really pleasant and well maintained. Personally for a middle class guy like me , I care for the quality like this at reasonable price.

Peaceful place , according to vastu , and book the place by directly contacting the manager and get the discount. Situated a bit outside city. For food you need to order it online or you find few veg restaurants within 1 km on main road. For online order try shanmukh restaurant , you will not regret to have it. Balmuri falls would be 30 mins 13 km from place, beside balmuri you can find brindavan garden and krs dam. Mysore palace is 7 kms from this place Have fish food at decent places, other places the food is not good.

Clean, hygienic, polite, affordable, comfortable. The place is located not too far away from all the important spots. The rooms are extremely good, clean and the orientation of them give you a very homely feeling than a hotel. The owner and caretakers are very humble and help you out with anything required. Definitely makes you want to visit again. Some improvements could be made for facilities inside the room, but I'm just nitpicking here.

Clean rooms. Hospitality can be improved, but still it s good. The toilets were clean but the window was broken and the people in the building opp could easily look into the bathrooms...easy to find location.

Good quality and spacious rooms are provided at an affordable price. The location is also quite silent, and since Mysore has very little traffic issues, we can easily travel from here to all the major tourist attractions.

Had booked my room here in advance by directly calling the front desk, on the day of arrival they say, they have allocated the room in another hotel as they are full. Really dissatified with the service.

It's a home stay. Though the place is not at the heart of the city it's worth staying there. It's safe and gives you a comfortable experience. The rooms are well maintained. Service is provided only if you go and ask. Like there are only two people available to help you. As per the need there are rooms available, select from spacious to adequate.

Hotel staff asked to cancel the booking due to infrastructure issues from their side. My whole trip is in peril due to this problem from the hotel. Booking date 23rd to 24th December. Request everyone to Boycott this hotel due to their unreliability On other dates the hotel is available which means that they are intentionally doing this to raise hightler booking prices Extremely unreliable service and bad experience

We booked for 2 days and extended another day since our iteranary changed a bit. This place is absolutely clean and affordable. The staff is extremely helpful. We booked the smaller room since we husband and wife were staying. We felt like coming home. But if you are a family of 3 or 4 book the larger rooms. Bathrooms clean and well lit. The kitchen is available. They also have good parking space. Recommend 💯 percent. Thank you! 👏 👏 👏

It was a clean place for a one to two night stay. We had a good time, The rooms were neat and the staff were receptive and helpful.

We have cancelled the booking because they tried to cheat with us. First they showed one room then they were showing the other one smaller room. Property is ok. Price is sky-high compare to the place. Not worthy.
