I would never recommend anyone stay here. Although the beds are comfortable and the staff is friendly and attentive, the building has a serious electricity problem and the wifi does not work the majority of the time. The electricity goes out on a daily basis (like 5-7 times a day). It is not going out in the surrounding area. When I complained repeatedly every single day for two weeks about how poor the wifi was, I was only told they would fix it but it never was completely fixed. For the amount of money I paid to stay here, I am very unimpressed, starting with the cockroach that greeted me inside the refrigerator when I first arrived. The refrigerator did not work correctly, it dripped water and the ice box would not open. There was limited cooking equipment (only one hot burner, which was only made for a certain type of pan). There were also moldy shower curtains, and mold around the shower area. In the first one bedroom I stayed in, there was mold in the ceiling and the light fixture did not work from what looks like water damage. The workers there work very hard but there is only one manager who speaks English and it seems he works 24/7. I moved my last week to a single room, but could not remain, as there was mold that caused my nose to stuff up and I could not breath. There was mold in the bathroom and in the concrete outside on the balcony. I could not remain in the single room due to the mold and left early. If the owner wants to keep charging these prices, he needs to be more attentive to the guests who stay, especially long-term guests who make repeat visits to Mysore. Invest in your property or come down in price. Also - the single rooms are very very small … there is no room to barely walk, let alone do yoga asana practice. The wi-fi problem was a serious one for me - it basically never worked right the entire month I was there!

It was pleasant stay at Delta House Apartment. I booked a 1BHK AC Apartment in Dec-2023, rooms were clean, tidy and spacious. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Mr. Hrithik at Delta House helped us a lot and brought food for us since there were No good restaurants nearby. The location is lil far from main activities but it was good and calm location. I liked the safe covered car parking. I will suggest this property to anyone who are looking for decent stay in Mysore for a family.

Property Maintenance has detioriated over time. Unservicable rooms are being sold and there is nobody accountable for service delivery. I have heard the comment "Our first preference is to foriegners" from the staff repeatedly. Maybe this place wants to take us to the British era. Not going back for any reason.

We booked an a/c 2bhk. It is basically a proper 1bhk plus one single bedroom (with an attached bath), which has a common foyer with shoe rack. There is a common main door which gives you complete privacy. Overall the property is good. Neat and spacious. Enough car parking. There were some minor issues though. 1. The remote in the separate bedroom didn't have batteries. We checked with the remote from the hall's TV, it didn't have a DTH subscription either. We were tired to discussing these things at night so ignored them. 2. The sheets and pillow covers had some stains and small tears. Not saying they weren't washed but nevertheless would have been better if they were not there. Considering the price we booked it for (it was the festive season), it's huge for this property and one would expect things to be almost perfect.

This apartment is really good one. We stayed there for more than 3 days Service wise - since it is service apartment we will have to expect some delay. But otherwise all was perfectly good. Since it is solar heater, will have to have some patience to get hot water.

Stayed for 30 days. It was amazing. The staff is incredibly friendly and will help you in everything you need. Apartments super spacious with the things you need. Its a tranquil neighborhood. I will miss my time here. Thank you Delta House Staff, you made my stay in Mysore an amazing experience. 🤗

Very well maintained and well cleaned accommodation. Well behaved staff. The manager and the owner are really good human with all caring attitude for the guests.

I visited at 2018 when Varsha Enclave was started as service apartment, and my experience was awesome. Recently visited there and my experience was really bad. They couldn't provide hot water, tv was not working, leakage in bathroom tap etc. I would suggest proper maintenance of the property.

Staff cheat the customers of Money. My friend was staying for a few nights, and the staff asked for 10,000 INR, and refused to give bill, in spite of reminding about the early-morning checkout on several occasions. In addition, if it was online payment, he demanded 12,000. When we insisted for a receipt, it suddenly became 7,000 INR. I have visited a few countries, but never have I experienced such situations. Very embarrassing for me as I had suggested this place to my friend. Wifi doesn't work anytime. Water won't be there for hours. Need to wait for water in the washroom, for hours even after repeatedly pleading the staff, the scene is same every morning. Would never recommend this place 🙏.

Awesome experience. Manager and the staff are very supportive. I stayed in both single bedroom and studio appartment. Hot water issues sometimes arises. You will definitely get warm water instead. They are working on it and definitely will be solved.

Lovely place. Well maintained. Hygienic. Need to have little patience for hot water since it's solar heating. Wifi, plates cutlery, towels, hot water kettle..Bisleri .. everything is provided. Better than any hotel stay

Good rooms with good service...a bit outskirts from city

They don't respond properly, with only one manpower they run all the show, he being manager, cleaner, service boy and some time electrician. For example I have been asking to resolve issues like to " FIX THE COVE LIGHTING" but yet it has not been fixed it's been already one week. I have been asking for fresh linens for which one person named "MUDDU" is responsible but he always say he would give but never gives the linen, what much can one ask other than proper hospitality. There are many more issues to follow quality of kettle is not good, quality of wifi network not great and neatness of the laundry clothes. The owner being a young and ambitious guy and heed to all the guest request can able to listen to all our complaints and it doesn't feel good also to ask small small queries to owner which can be easily taken care by operational guys. But want to request one thing to owner in order to continue providing "Service to Corporate customers" by listening to their request and resolve all these small complaint fast.

Its a hefty sum to pay ~46 k (Dec'21) for a serviced apartment especially for foreigners. Only the manager knows english and other helpers know the local language. It becomes difficult to make them understand our needs. Wifi was NOT working and saw cockroaches moving around ! Operational guys arent great and doesnt comply to simple things like changing linen, changing kettle etc.,

I stayed here for one weeks. It was a very pleasant stay. The apartment was very clean and had all the facilities you could ask for. The staff were extremely helpful and very polite. Sajan were very helpful and made sure that my stay was a excellent one.
