Late night check in and the staff overcharged us. Worst experience with the staff. Rude, annoying and had not provided any plates or pillows nor blankets. No person to assist during our visit. Windows broken, next day charged us extra for cleaning during check out and the staff ask us to clean all the plates. Charged 4500rs for an ordinary room. Kindly make sure you take necessary action on the staff if not we would ruin your business soon poor staff and service

It's a 0 star because I had the worst experience. No safety. Even for your vehicles. They Rob ur car systems n all accessories. No water to drink nor in bathroom. No proper lights. No service. . They force your driver to sleep in room. N then do their work. No room keys or proper door locks for main doors. All should boycott this hotel.

This Hotel is Run by Owner Rowdy Shetty, The Hotel Manager is very danger, We have stayed in this hotel with my brother, and they running, with a girl a P***** business and he forcefully, showed girls photos, after checking out the hotel we called and complaint hotel owner about the all this issue, then we come to know he was a big fraud rowdy, this hotel not safety for families and couples, very bad experience

Worst experience, the housekeeping service is very bad, the bedsheets were dirty, pillow covers were dirty, the plates asked for dinner was unwashed, washroom were not near. We saw a cocroaches in a room. The housekeeping service has to be better.

Worst experience satying in this hotel, not worth of Money, worst staff at reception not a good behaviour by staff, I highy highy recommend couples and family not even think of staying in this hotel, wash room where not hygiene. Very poor hotel..my friends had a worst experience there..they charged ₹4000 for a night and No Tv, No Ac.. they had to ask for a towell even. Shabby rooms, no restaurant. They told that due to Dussehra all hotels are full and rates are high. I believed them and booked. It was a poor decision. No lift even. My friends got room in 4th floor and they had to climb the stairs..Don't stay in this hotel...Never get cheated

Rooms are not hygiene.. I saw harmful cockroaches roaming in my room and walking over my body during night..i felt really cheap over this issue. Rest of it I found decent rooms over there. Price is economical. Only problem is cockroaches.

1. No Parking, Not even 2 wheelers. Very narrow roads. 2. Dirty Rooms, Blankets, No water, bedbugs are more. 3. Expensive

I reached at 9.30pm in Mysore. I called the online number and deal was done for 1000 rupees for room shown online and they gave me single bed room somewhere in corner after arguing they took 200Rs extra for the room which was finalized at Rs.1000 during online call the guy confirmed for room service for food once I reach I got to know that food they serve is different service where we have to give order then they bring food for you.each payment has to be done at a moment.

Horrible experience The Hotel did not give me the keys to the room. Even after multiple requests the hotel management did not give the keys to the room saying that the key was taken away by their previous guest. I was forced to go out of the room without locking the room, risking losing valuable items. This is a serious security risk and offence. They did not provide the key at all. They threatened me when I insisted on a key. The windows were completely broken. The hotel room windows did not have glass at all. Half of the windows were covered with wooden plak and the rest was open. It was cold outside and we could not close the window. There were mosquitos coming from the window. There was no privacy as there were other buildings on the side of the windows.We could not sleep the whole night. When we complained to change the room we were told there were no rooms available. Please see the attached photographs. Electrical switches were completely broken. Almost all the electrical switches in the room were broken and live wire was exposed. I was afraid to even touch the switches. Please see attached photographs Mirror was broken/unclear. Please see attached photographs. Toiletries were not provided. There was no soap/shampoo in the washroom. There were no towels provided. The washroom was not clean. The bucket and Jug provided were not clean/partly broken. There were no proper lights in the washroom. The curtain was dirty and torn. The room costed 5300. It's not even worth 500 rupees.

This is the worst hotel I have been visited. The owner and staff here are fraud and they are not customer friendly. I have booked the hotel through Oho app and the hotel staffs denied my check-in since I used coupon. They provided my room to other people offline and told me that no rooms are available and hence cancel the booking. They made me to cancel the booking. When I asked about my booking about they told me that they’ll inform Oyo to provide the refund and you’ll get call from Oyo next morning about the refund. Even the images posted here and in Oyo are not the real imagers. Rooms are not up to the mark. This hotel owners and staffs will loot there customers and make money. My booking ID UV9E8455.

The stay was one of my baddest experience of my life ,the bathroom and bedsheet's were so dirty and the staff there were so rude in talking like they were using bad words while talking to the customer like it's a big sthey are playing with people they are showing some different photos in internet and the room in real is totaly different

Worst experience I felt on this hotel while I was staying in the room which he charged 7000rs for normal non ac room 2 occupancy for a day Before booking this they said 3500rs and next morning when we check out they charged us 7000rs Room boy was very rude like providing service for free... Rooms were not so clean windows were broken and ac was not working still they charged ac room price...

Very bad experience.. Very dirty bedsheets and pillow cover. When we asked to change staff was behaved in Very rude manner. Toilets were very dirty.On check in itself they made to pay all amount and not bother to provide customer service at all. I will not refer any of my Friends and relatives. relatives.

I have faced very bad experience with the kingston residency. Not even the rooms were ordinary i won't complain about that but the hospitality and customer care was the worst. They do not care customers all they worry is about there money especially with the booking and payment.
