The location is great and well connected to all tourist spot.. Rooms are clean and luxurious and the food which was prepared by the host is the best . This is a great place for a group of friends or a family.

Excellent Ambience. The villa is the center of heart of Ooty where few attractions are nearby and easy to access. Sonia and Rich were very supportive towards all the asks we had. Very spacious rooms and can accomodate around 15-17 people. So, people who are planning a group trip do not miss the place. The view from the villa is Amazing. Please Note: DO NOT MISS FOOD PREPARED BY THE HOSTS. Exquisite Dinner prepared when we were around. We had stayed for 2 days and we had a really good time. Thank you Rich and Sonia for having us and hope we were good guests, 😁.

This is my go to place in ooty and the host was the best of the best. If you come here tell the host rich to prepare the food cause he is one of the best chefs that I have seen and specially the barbeque was just out of the world

We had a great stay at the villa in October 2023. Rich and Sonia are amazing hosts and I wish to thank them for their hospitality during our stay. Their villa is simple and beautiful. It felt like we were staying in our own home when we were there. There are 5 large bedrooms, most of them with attached bathrooms. We were a team of 25 people and the hosts were kind and generous to give us enough number of extra beds for our stay. The food was amazing, especially the barbecue. For visitors, I would recommend this villa for a 1-2 day stay and make sure you opt for the barbecue, coz it is superb!! Thanks once again Rich and Sonia and we look forward to booking our next stay at your villa.

Best place and SUPERB host!! We booked the property for 3 days for our Ooty trip. The moment we entered the host was very welcoming. Throughout our stay he made us feel like at home. Whatever we asked for he made it available. FOOD: Delicious food. He makes food by himself, serve it with full love and affection. You must eat here. PROPERTY: The villa is big with two storeys and a terrace. It's neat and clean. Ample space to chill around. You'll notice that he has decorated corners, balcony and other areas very well. Every room has an electric kettle, neat bedsheets and blankets. HOST: I'll run out of words to describe how good man the host is. My parents fell sick and he took utmost care of them like a family member. Made food that is suited for them. Helped us in every way possible. He is always in touch to make sure you are safe and have a good time. This guy is gem of a person. I'll always be grateful for what he has done for us in difficult time. I will definitely book this property if I ever go there again!

You are very kind person and had a great time at your villa with my family you we were almost around 13 members and you made us very comfortable and i highly recommend the people who are goin with their family beacuse i would say the complete family packege if you are looking in ooty that is a Rich mathew the owner of pine hood villa. Awsone property and the food was amaizing very tasty very hygienic....And if i talk about the pricing its not expensive actually it is worthy beacuse it is a kind of quality stay and quality food and we spen our quality time as a family we enjoyed alot kids were playing and they also enjoyed alot. So finally i would say thank you for being very friendly with my parents and they were very happy and you made our vacation successful...Thanks alot and be in toch...🤝🤝🤝

Stay was fantastic 12 family members just a home feeling at Ooty and very tasty food both veg and non-vegetarian thank you so much Sonia and Richh for being fantastic host very comfortable stay will make it again surely overall happy to stay there
