We have to ask them each small small things and keep chasing with them. They will not listen even if you have any queries or any concerns. This hotel deserves zero start because of bad manners who doesn't know how to talk with ladies.

When we said quality is not good, they started defending themselves and shouted on us like anything with bad words. No respect for ladies also. There was only one waiter serving, doing hard work and he was running here and there. Others were just looking at him and relaxing and not even brothered to hear us. Shame on you guys. Hopeless staff and management. 2 food items were spoiled / rotten which was already told to them while serving and we returned, but they did not agree. We came on a vacation to Mysuru. Don't know much about the hotel but each and every one in the hotel is so rude and full of negative vibes. Food is good but too pricey. Waiters are doing too much job and not able to handle the queue. They are not bothered about the customers. The staffs including the owner is so harsh to us. We know you people are held with so much work but please consider to be kind to everyone and when it comes to customer be more cautious. We strongly don't suggest this place to anyone.

Unfortunately, Google doesn't allow zero star. This hotel is not even worth 1 star. The restaurant manager is very rude and unprofessional. We went to inform him about the quality of food and he immediately started shouting at us without even understanding what the issue was. He was too arrogant while talking to ladies in our group. Hotel staff was equally unprofessional and not customer friendly. Waiters were sitting and watching videos. They were pointing to each other whenever we enquired about our order. Food quality is also average. Tourist usually opt to eat in this restaurant just because of the prime location, but I would strongly recommend to find some other restaurants in the vicinity instead of going here. 👍 I have visited during my way from Bangalore to Wayanad. This is located in old Calicut / Ooty Road in Mysore (not in ring road). I have ordered Idly, vada - good tasty, but price is little high. Tea - Good but charging 25/- which is too high. I was happy in their customer service. A team of women they are doing their job very well, appreciated. Please note it's a Pure Vegetarian Hotel. Overall Good & Recommended 👍🌹

Pathetic experience, they don't know how to manage crowd and demand. 20 mins for order and they served 1 item and said other item is no longer available. Decent well maintained restaurant in Mysuru opp the KSRTC bus stop. Clean & hygienic . Female staff for serving very polite & understanding language barrier is taken care of. Food is very good. We ordered a the signature Mysore masala dosa, Mysore paak & hot gulab Jamuns all were delicious. Service is also very fast. Quality and quantity both great. this Restaurant located on main road, but worthless food they are serving. i ordered panner kadai they served me cold saltless, even butter roti also too cold. it was very difficult finish itself. plates are uncleaned and cracked and rates are at higher side of the menus. @Owner, you need to work on many areas, kindly look on things.

They better close this hotel. Nobody cares that you are expecting to be attended. Even after informing the supplier they took a lot of time to clean the table and take the order. The taste is also not good. Better avoid this hotel.

Worst experience at a restaurant. We never ordered masal puri and argue that ordered it. Manager also supports the waiters who made the mistake. The waiters are arrogant and taunting the ladies. They don't accept their mistake. Kachada hotel, masal puri tasted horrible and made me puke.

The food tasted good. I had dosa, vada sambar and bisi bele bhath and tea in my breakfast there, it was excellent. It just costed me around ₹170. Tea was very refreshing. Aunty who was serving our meals was very polite and soft speaking. Loved it in my first visit.

This is the worst south Indian restaurant i ever tried in whole south india. Its almost 9:40 so its their closing time. Staff behaviour was very unsatisfied and they just want to finish. Not interested in serving. Food was pathetic. Not cooked properly. Highly over priced also. Not recommended at all

Very few items of the menu were available. Service was slow due to lack of workers. We had paneer sabji and roti, since only that was available in North Indian food. Dosa was good

I'm from Bangalore. This is located in Mysore. I visited this hotel on 10.12.2022 on my way back to Bangalore. I actually didn't eat. Just had a cup of tea. I was happy to see the customer service. First of all, i need to applaud for the hotel for encouraging women to do the service. And those ladies are doing a wonderful job. They ask the customer what they need with "SMILE". Smile is most important thing which draws any customer in. Makes us feel comfortable in the environment and many positive things happens from a smile. Good job ladies. One more thing i saw was the service lady helping the senior citizen who was struggling to walk and sit. She arranged a different set up for the senior lady to sit. It's very impressive. Hats off the hotel manager and the staff over there. Please continue the good job you are doing. ALL THE VERY BEST :-)

The food here tastes good especially for someone who loves the taste of south indian food. The staffs were friendly and all but the coffe was not that great or up to the expectation. I visited at 10pm and the hotel was not at all crowded. And it is located on basement level if anyone couldnt dind it. There is enough parking apace outside for the rush that it serves.

Few years back this was a neat and hygiene restaurant opposite to Mysore bus stand. Now food quality is good as old times but interior neatness hygiene reduced.

Size of masala dosa is almost small comparatively with Kerala's dosa.. And sambar is not given along with it, which is unexpected..😤😤 It needs to be works on more.. But taste for the items are commentable and had a great flavour touch for each items.. 🤗🤗

In Mysuru we were searching for a hotel for lunch. And found this which is quite near to Bus Stand. Ordered South lunch. And taste was ok ok. Rice provided was not properly cooked.. as we went it was quite empty,. Lady waiter attended immediately and took orders. And she was responsive for every request even after the place become little crowd.

So bad experience.. Don't go thr... Staff is so rough... Not giving important to customer... Very bad food also.. foul smell was coming..

This is one of the best spot for breakfast food. Located right opposite to Mysore Bus Stand, offers parking facility as well. The ambiance is hygienic and even the washrooms are well maintained. I was impressed by the service and specially DIP IDLY 💯

Wonderful place to eat. We had our breakfast here. Mysore masala dosa and plain dosa, both were so crispy. We loved their mysore masala dosa. We usually don't like sambar due to sweetness, but here sambar was really good and had only mild sweetness. Tea also tasted good. Loved their food. Prices also so affordable. If you are in mysore definitely try this place.

I ordered curd rice and gulab jamun, curd rice is just ok ok.. Not up to tha mark.. The service is good and also got good seating as well. Friendly people in serving. Serving time is also pretty fast. If you are looking for a neat place to dine in, its a good place. But dont keep too much expectations on the taste of food.

The food was nice but they have very poor management and service. They need to increase their staff. We ordered Kaharabath and they didn't give chutney. We requested for some and they didn't even bothered to listen to what we were asking. Their staffs are very irritated because usually the hotel is almost busy most of the time and only 2 to 3 staffs should manage almost 30 to 40 customers at a time.

That women who serves, she is good but she can't help you much. I had very bad experience with curd rice, which was smelling bad because they prepared with rotten rice. The hotel was very clean and clear. They interact with everyone in a very good manner. There is no words about the taste of the food it was very good. They have washrooms in there hotel. So, finally I felt very happy by visiting the hotel 😁.

Every time when we visit to Mysore we will have a lunch or dinner here, no doubt tasty and delicious food is available here, but when last week when I had visited here with my family I had ordered Manchurian, And Rawa idli, and after having food here we had a stomach infection with vomiting and Loose motion. Management has to take care regarding hygiene and has to keep an eye on the cleanliness of the staff at the kitchen.

This is an old fashioned restaurant with not much to show in terms of interior apperance. But, the service and food quality is decent. We had ordered North Indian dishes which were promptly served. We really enjoyed the taste and the steward behaviour. Go for it !

It's not a bad place for a small restaurant. A little bit more of cleanliness can be maintained and the seating can be changed as it's become old. Coming to the food, some dishes were good while some weren't. If they follow the appropriate recipe for a particular dish, it would be better.

The waiting staff (all females) needs to be more hospitable. They were taking orders as if we were not welcome there. After the meal I spoke to the lady and politely asked why can't she smile and talk while taking or serving the order. Then she gave a big smile which was hidden during the first 30 mins.

1) Meal price is not justified: They are cheating the customers by not providing some regular items which are normally provided with full meals. We had ordered South Indian meals but a side dish (Vegetable palya) was not given. We asked the service lady and then only she served it. They also did not provide uppinakayi with the meals which are very common with meals. But they are charging the same price and not less! I am not sure if the service lady forgot to supply it or if this is their 'normal south meals' menu...? 2) Service speed: We had to ask for the vegetable plays with the service lady 3 times. And she obliged after asking the third time. That too, after 10-15 minutes. By the time she supplied the plays, we were having curd rice!

The hotel is very close to Mysore bus stand. The hotel is 100 meters after coming out of the stand. We had Masala Dosa and Mysore Set Dosa here. The dosas were great. But the Potato Bhaji served with the set dosa had too much cinnamon. And it was made in North Indian style. I didn't like the coffee here. Here, all utensils are washed with hot water. But still the cup of coffee was dirty.

Never had such a bad experience with a restaurant. The staff wouldn't even take your order. Had to go and complain to the owner before we got their attention. And after taking the order, they came back after 5 minutes and said "we don't have your items" (seriously? You don't have idly in a South Indian restaurant?).
