KFC is good everywhere, so what matters most is the location and Ambiance. So in that, it is too worst. They don't have only any ambiance last year at least a little spacious. Now they have made me like a storeroom. No good light, no fresh air, A/c was not working. So if u excepting a good ambiance don't visit here. Just for KFC food means u choose this place. Because it's nearest to the city.

Came for decathlon, and saw the poster of KFC , ITS BAD EXPERIENCE. Ordered some burger quality and quantity was too low and the place was not hygiene, and also looks haunted.

Definitely not good and will not suggest to anyone , i have visited KFC other branches in karnataka far better than this , no good infrastructure and also we spent overall 1200rs for which we get average food and seating arrangements and all are not upto mark , medium pepsi which ordered were not filled upto the mark it had same volume as regular pepsi

Worst kfc i have eaten in garuda mall ... the people there are not cooperative .. u cant sit idle after eating there ..its not about kfc people ...its the mall authorities ... and some pieces would be missing in the orders.. food is good but still the kfc has to improve the asthetics in the food court

I bought a burger and it is totally dried up and nothing inside the burger except the chicken. Cabbage they have sprinkled. And mayo they have put a tea spoon. No taste. Amd i have paid 278 for tastless burger and wasted my 30 mins for this.

The chicken is dry and rough, as usual. Just what I expected from KFC 🙏 Incredible that they are somehow still in business,and haven't shut down because of the horrible food 🙌

The food that was served was really of poor quality and was not cleaned properly.

As I'm writing this I still haven't recovered from chronic diarrhea for the past 24 hrs after eating from this KFC Mysore branch. It will not be prolonged for 24 hrs and more if it is due to spiciness. So this is food poisoning for sure. The meat quality of this branch should be tested . Beware

It's situated inside the garuda mall right opposite to the CBS (City bus stand) The mall is not well renovated yet (June 2023) The kfc is the only restaurant i saw in here.

Sorry to say your service is very bad….the sales girl doesn’t know how to behave politely…kfc being an international brand we expect their sales person to be smart and having polite behaviour…moreover the seating is not clean…seating may not be part of kfc as it is inside mall but this also has to be taken care of

Pathetic service at margarath road Garuda Mall even though we are asked to place the order at kiosk,the for is not prepared until we take the manual bill at the counter, however the display shows food being Under preparing state, leading to lot of time being wasted but they promise 7 min delivery. You get good delicious food and the quality is maintained. The staff is very responsive and the restaurant is very good and gives nice vibes. You also get delivery and takeaway orders soon and you get lot of discounts and coupon

This is as usual like other KFC however ambiance is not that great. Tables are not cleaned immediately. Environment is little shadowy. Food quality is good. It's in the 2nd floor of the mall

Food was average. We noticed that the chicken was undercooked.The lady front staff was not hospitable and rude. Extra dips are added on without asking the customer if they want it or not. They just ask if you need single or double dips as if it is included with the chicken. You have to pay for the dips too. Beware of this marketing trick. The food court is shady but KFC is the only option in Garuda Mall. Won't recommend this place to anyone.

A silent ar a with only kfc available. But the call center people mostly occupy the entire floor during lunch hours. And school students occupy the same during evening. Best to visit during offtime

Located in Garuda Mall on 2nd floor. The place is feel like horror home 😅. Because this is the only one shop are running on 2nd floor all other shops are closed 🔒. Medium crowd are here. Mall are situated in main city and the centre of the city. All other shops are very crowded. KFC's staff are good.

Where ever you go..if you are a KFC lover then you will definitely visit a near by KFC..as all ways the chicken fried were the best..no one can beat their fried chicken..but if you wanna try some burgers then you should give a try to McDonald..it's really good
