Very rude and unprofessional receptionist. When I politely given my feedback to him , he said arrogantly " write whatever review you want ". We booked for 5 adult and 1 child , they allocated room which didnt have place to lay extra matress, I asked him to show another room where we can accommodate, then he shown similar room and said , "i cant do anything". He was so rude that , he was behaving like he was allocating room for us on charity basis. As I had family with me along with 2 years baby , I could not make other arrangements immediately as we were tired due to travelling, hence we stayed there for night and check out at early morning. We asked for water as it was not in the room , he said nothing is complimentary. They didnt have manners to answer politely , we purchased drinking water from them , but was not expecting such rude reply just for water, I think make my trip should select genuine hotels which must treat customers with kindness. That hotel room was very unsafe as it was exposed to main road directly with balcony which having very normal PVC door , make my trip must inspect every room properly for customers safety before enabling it on website. Lot of noise as this hotel is road facing , so you cant sleep well. I am highly disappointed by the behaviour of receptionist, and overall experience in the hotel. I paid around 7200 rs which was not at all deserve to this hotel for one night. There was one housekeeping person who was kind , he arranged water bottles and extra mattress for us on request. Not recommended at all, dont waste your money.

Was such a BAD experience. The hotel on the net seems all rosy but it is FILTH. We were informed that they have food etc but surprisingly we were told to go out to some place in the vicinity which I'm sure they have tried up for breakfast and all eatables. They give us coupons and expect us to walk 3blocks away to another restaurant and show that coupon and have food. What rubbish. The rooms are tiny hardly 8 ft by 10ft I guess. The guy at the reception was so rude and when I said nothing is right & this way I will never come here, he has the odacity to tell me don't come. We were informed of a proper lift for my aged mother, but when I reached there ridiculously to get to the elevator there are 8-10 steps. We had requested for an extra bed , now as it is the room is so small and then they said we will not give you a third glass for the third person for water too. We left the hotel although we had a booking for 2 days. Would tell each one and all who are reading this please Do Not book the rooms at this place at all or you guys will repent.

While booking 8 bed room we asked for number of bathrooms they said confidently 3 bath room. During checkin manager told only single bathroom for all 8 people. One more dumb incident was there was one service person he is such a dumb asked us to take one luggage each person. Even he was not allowing other person to take luggage. One more dumb part there is no car Parking we need to park on busy road. There might be chance to get parking fine as well. Also there is no complimentary water bottle we have purchage. In amenities they will mention welcome drink do not expect that. Also worst wifi signal. Better do not go for this hotel.

As Like the name of the hotel ,They are providing Good accommodation within budget price. Toilet and washroom are good.Dont expect too much from budget hotels. All the staffs are well behaved during my stay.Only one thing I felt wrong is they are changing the password of Wifi after 4-6 hrs of check in. Each and every Attraction of mysur is easily accessible from here. Mysore palace -4km Brindavan garden -20km Chamundi hills-5km Mysore zoo- 5km Here there are many restaurants and street food available very near to hotel.if you are a foodie or if you want to try different varieties food then this is one of the best option *All values mentioned above is approximate number.

Worst. I thought the bad ratings here are from people who don't understand things but I was surprised that exact same thing happened to me also. You book 1 and you get a lower budget upon that more money is charged. This is not best budget hotel but worst cheating hotel. This is not even worth zero star, should be in negative rating. The smell in the room is so yuck. Guys don't ever goto this hotel. Beware, the manager of this hotel is a cheater he only wants money. Not sure how many people cursed him. Just don't go there

Please don’t book this place. Stayed here with my family, here’s my experience. 1. Most of the staff is quite rude. 2. Hygiene is at its lowest, blanket was completely dirty and they covered it with a bed sheet. Sharing some photos of their coffee place from where they serve coffee to the rooms. 3. Parking is another scam, the steep underground slope requires you to park one behind another. They will take your car keys, they have no valet, the watchman simply gives your keys to someone else who wants to take their car out. 4. I was told a room here is 4000, by eve it became 4500 and when there was only one room left, the manager desperately gave it for 2500. The only good is the that it’s centrally located for you as a tourist. Palace, zoo and museum is 10mins.

We booked rooms for Aishwarya Suites from Goibibo. However, there was some construction work going on & the hotel informed of the same prior to our arrival & arranged our stay in Aishwarya Le Royal, part of their hotel group. Check in was very smooth as Mr. Rajashekar, the Manager was already informed of our arrival and he kept our rooms ready without any fuss.. Thanks to him for the same.. The Ground floor rooms we stayed were neat & clean but quite small. There was a marriage group in the above floors, Hence we could not be upgraded. All in all, a decent place for a budget stay with helpful staff. Location is a plus point since it is close to all major tourist attractions in Mysore.

They have shown online wrong information.Practically they are not having basic amenities. Their bedsheet, bedroll was so much dirty, cockroach & mosquito are like there pet. Staff was very rude & unprofessional. Please don't try to book this hotel, their business is only cheating the people & making the money without providing service,taking advantage of peaks hours of dusehra festival. Very very bad experience. This hotel provides the guarantee of illness due to their poor cleanliness habits.

We got this hotel very worth for what we paid. amazing helping n polite staff. The moment we arrived, since we leave they made sure that all required things are on place. The rooms were very clean n hygine, soap n shampoos are good quality, all time hot water was available for bath, LED TV. Impressed with the quality, would love to visit again.

Not supportive staff, wash rooms are very small. All hotel ashwariya group of mysuru not committed. And language barrier not able to understand customer requirements. No resturant available with them they will arrange from some other hotel. Bed was having thread bubble and was pinching whole night.

This is the worst experience I have ever had with a hotel. The hotel policy in make my trip showed Rs 500 extra for early check in. But the staff at hotel asked for Rs 1000 extra once we reached. We were made to stay in a tiny room like a store room with washroom in really bad condition saying that we will be given another room in some time. The bedsheets and spreads were dusty and torn. But that also was delayed and the room we got was also in bad state. As much food options were not there we ordered breakfast from out. The hotel charged us just for providing plates. And that too took 1 hr to give plates. The front office staff was rude and unresponsive. This will be the last option for stay on earth.

We walked in without prior booking per our google place finding which acted as blessing in disguise coz if had gone basis of deals found on travel booking sites we might have end up with misunderstanding. Hotel personnel were honest enough to explain what rooms available for online bookings n offeres for direct walkin. We choose at our convenience and better deal which later turned out very pleasant stay. Staff n management were at our service all time with prompt response. We did not choose food package option opted to explore local eateries.

Had a very pleasant stay here. 24/7 hot water available. We went on season time , so the charges were little high. But we booked non AC room and got AC room with no additional charges. The receptionists were welcoming. Rooms are clean and enough in size. Location is also very centre and it is just opposite to Phliomena's church. Overall a perfect hotel at budget in centre of city.

Very worst hospitality & management they won't even provide any support to park your hired cabs for few mins and the manger here is double minded. The best budget friendly is just a namesake, the price of 2 beds room is around 1.7K. So think twice before booking this hotel better don't book here.

Rooms are maintained well, limited car parking. Complimentary breakfast is not up to the level. Restaurant is not attached with this hotel. They provide food by buying from other hotels. Room service 5% for food

Rates are very affordable but the facilities are just according to the rates... 1. All the lights were not working in the room 2. TV was not functioning 3. Food quality was very bad. 4. The hot water was not sufficiently hot.

We stayed here for afsb . The stay was extremely comfortable and the price was very low. We were even given a better room at no extra cost as a nice gesture. The hotel was well sanitized and clean. The ambience was great. The staff was well behaved and 'Rakesh' make sure we had clean rooms and we had accomodation to travel to afsb the next day.

Worst experience. Recently we stayed in this hotel for 3 days. Staff is very very rude. Only one room boy. If u ask something he says I am not on duty. The boy on help desk is very rude behavior. Don't ever ever go to this hotel. Don't waste your money & peace. There are hundreds of other good budget hotels in the city...
