This is absolutely the best place to stay in Mysore with clean and new rooms, really helpful staff and breathtaking views from balcony. It is close to the main road and markets in Gokulam - which is the best locality in Mysore to live in extremely peaceful and clean.

It is a apartment kinda rooms located in a residential area. Pricing is very much affordable. Well spaced and well equipped fully furnished space. Staffs are very supportive and help you with your needs at any time. Best recommended for family and friends.

Surroundings are clean and very silent.. My advice to the management is to provide hand wash and mosquito repellent to the customers. I forgot to take my hand wash which I used to carry wherever I go. There were no shops near by hence I could not get one.. unfortunately when I returned to Hyderabad after staying there for two days, got high fever when i reached my home.. Upon diagnosis, I got to know I got infected with Typhoid and Dengue😣😣 I hope you will consider my advice for the sake of safety of your other customers…..

We stayed family of 3 adults nd 1 child. Fully furnished, clean 1 bhk flat wth furniture, fridge, microwave, induction oven, utensils etc. accompanied by helping staff. Realy liked 👍

Everything thing was good but if your going with your friends it's not the right place even if you talk in normal tone the maintainence guys n receptionist will start telling it's too loud your making noise and disturbing others. Other than that it was good rooms were clean, it was very nice.

Once you stay here, you will feel like staying there when ever you go to mysore. Ideal if you have a car. Getting an auto or taxi is not easy. Food, particularly breakfast an issue. Way out is to order on swiggy. Good spacious accommodation. Limited channels on TV, which also does not work always. You might need some help to get it starting some times.

We had 2days of wonderful stay... It just feels like home..it's in residential area and so peaceful around.... studio rooms got enough space wit small kitchen set-up along with Owen ,fridge ,induction stove and required kitchen utensils... . owner and boys working there are very friendly.. thank u

I stayed in Varsha enclave delta house Mysore from 09/01/19 to 08/02/19 with my wife for one month . Although I had booked Trinity House I was given Varsha Enclave Delta house a brand new building. My one bedroom apartment consisted of a bedroom,a living room kitchen and a bathroom.The kitchen was fully equipped woth a microwave oven , induction cooker , electric kettle , a refrigerator,two pressure cooker ,two non stick pan glasses and cups,spoons,fork and knife. It was good enough to cook food of your liking . There was a big flat screen TV in the living room.Dining table was a four seater one. The apartment had three balconies.The double bed was very comfortable. The house keeping gang of three girls were wonderful and very efficient. The office staff and the security people were extremely polite. Security was 24 hours a day. On the last day I met the young owner Mr Ajith a wonderful young man.Shopping area is not very far. We used to walk to the few supermarkets around. The nearest one was the Nilgiris. It is a wonderful place to stay and I would recommend everyone to stay in this place which is much more economical and better than most of the hotels. I will also thank the staff for looking after us . We spent a wonderful one month holiday in Varsha Enclave Delta House 8th main road 3rd stage Gokulam Mysore.

Best and peaceful location. Suitable for all categories of visitors and also safe for singly ladies to stay. I stayed there for three days without any disturbance. Staffs are much professional and well behavior even we wont be able to see in five star hotel.
