Location is good but that’s about it. This is definitely not a 3 star hotel. The rooms are average and the bathrooms are dated with broken tiles and poor fittings. The receptionists keep changing and have NO coordination among themselves. I had to wait till night 10 pm to get one extra bed despite informing one DAY in advance. Also the charges what they tell verbally can change in the final bill, so please take everything in writing in advance. The breakfast is ok and the housekeeping staffs were good.

Overall an underwhelming stay for the price they charge. Pretty sure you can get better services at the same price in other hotels Pros: 1. Easily accessible 2. Rooms are quiet spacious with all amenities 3. Free parking Cons: 1. Non responsive staff. Very poor response for any room service requested. Rooms were not cleaned even at 2PM in afternoon - had to follow up even for cleaning! 2. Staff can be blunt to your request 3. Even though breakfast was good, the staff/management were unable to deal with a slight surge in guests. Most of the guests were waiting with empty plates for breakfast to be served. Some thing you don't expect for a '3 star' rated hotel.

We did not stay at this hotel. We went for an evening snacks in the restaurant. The restaurant is very well maintained and neat and clean. We had chicken sandwich and coffee. The taste of the food was very good and adequate quantity was given. We liked the ambiance of this restaurant very much. Would love to visit another time.

Not worth for money. Especially food buffet is worst. In breakfast egg and in dinner you will find chicken is the only non veg. In veg also taste is not upto mark

Good location and rooms. In-house restaurant is very average and service is below par. Avoid rooms 303 to 305 as they have the restaurant's exhaust on top of these rooms and vibration is very bad. Spoilt the holiday mood. Their under ground parking is pathetic and smells of garbage which comes until reception. Security man was very helpful. Waste of money I felt. They should give back 25%.

Rooms are quite big and air conditioning very good. Many lights in the room did not work. Good parking and good location. Breakfast was also good. Only problem is the waiters at the restaurant wasn't welcoming to serve. If you ask them some thing, they served unwillingly only. This is not only for free breakfast, but also for the paid dinner. If they improve the service of their staffs, we can stay here again.

Location was perfect, small parking space. Rooms were spacious but no ventilation caused suffocation. Centeralised AC takes very long to bring the room temperature. Seems like hotel is running with low on staffing. We have to carry our own luggage. Food was not upto expectations.

We stayed here for 2 nights. Rooms are quite good and spacious. Rooms have sufficient outdoor lights as well. We got the twin room which was connected from the inside and it was a game changer for us. Food is also very good and reasonably priced. Rooms : 5/5 Location: 5/5 Food: 5/5 Parking 4/5

During my 4-night stay at this hotel, the room service was unfriendly and incredibly slow Minimum 20-30 mins they used to take for all the service. The absence of a tea stick persisted, and despite waiting for more than 1 hour and making two calls, it was not delivered. Unsure if they were fetching it or manufacturing one. My boiled water turned cold in the meantime. Breakfast offered the same Puri, Idli, Dosa routine, falling below three-star standards. Would not recommend based on this experience.

Worth the money. Location is good rooms are good I stayed here 6 days daily cleaning of rooms are good. I used to order food from the hotel kitchen, food is also good. The staff Manjunath here who brings my food everyday is very polite and good.

Excellent place for a comfortable stay, The service was really good. Food taste good and was very hygienic. Staffs in restruant were kind and humble. The service from front office was satisfactory. Security was friendly with smiling face. Room service was neat and tidy. All the whole a its a perfect place for stay.

Poor service,housekeeping and in service to the deplorable condition,daily newspaper service not provided to the room since TV news channels of other languages except Kannada not available. The staff are not polite and courteous they are arrogant and indifferent. Bed sheet and bathroom towels are not changed. Looks like the rooms are stinky and filled with cigarette smoke smell and liquor fragrance they are not the cleared with room spray or fragrance. Will never recommend for my friends and relatives for stay purpose.

Pros: 1 - Good infrastructure 2 - Its location. 3 - The smiling security guard who helps park the car. Cons: Everything else. 1 - Service is really bad. 2 - Housekeeping is lousy and does not respond to any request. 3 - Bedsheets had stains. 4 - Food is not up to the mark.

We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights on our way from Kanyakumari to Goa. The hotel is in the heart of Mysore. Great hotel for a reasonable price. Good food and a huge room with a beautiful view of the city. The staff is good and very cooperative. There is ample Parking space as well. Would recommend this hotel if you want service of a 5 star hotel with a comparatively low price 👍

Had lunch in this place...the ambience is very nice and the food was good too. We tried tandoori chicken and South Indian thali, we liked it! Best place to park and enjoy the ambience even on a weekend rush in Mysore.

It's a good property,but can be maintained better. It's deteriorating. Got a noisy room at the beginning, upon request the manager changed. Decent breakfast.

Hotel Preethi International exceeded expectations. Excellent service, spacious accommodations, and delectable meals. The central location is handy, making it an excellent choice for a great stay in the city.

The rooms are good, has all the necessities for a short stay. The service is ok, nothing that is International from the name. The location of the hotel is nearby to many tourist attractions so that's a plus point. We didn't have breakfast here, so can't comment much as we wanted to explore other places and Mysore has some of the best breakfast options. Although my wife when checked she felt the breakfast menu looked almost same both the days. Check-in and Check-out was handled smoothly by Pooja. 2 stars less as we had to carry our own luggage during check-out inspite of reception staff being there and watching everything. No one came forward to help!

“Preeti International scam”. Selling the room for 8k and then the reception tried to extort 2k to push the twin bed together to make it king. In 8k no water no tissues or hand towels no amenities basically. No one bothered to help with bags. Room window had a big concrete wall wifi was weak. Too much competition around to provide such a deportable service. Shame on management we have all good memories of Mysore apart from this scam that you are running. Probably not a local owned hotel as they just after the money and don’t care what tourist think about the overall experience. Will post this on every site and blog available to make tourists aware of these thies. Pooja please don’t bother giving a generic reply thank you.

Nice stay, front desk staff were kind and friendly. Morning breakfast was too good. Rooms were neat and tidy.

Very functional and good place for a night halt in case you are traveling further to your destination. Big rooms that can easily accommodate 3-4 people in a standard room with extra beds. Food was average with not much options, not that we cared that much with so many restaurants around. The hotel has some construction work going on but pleasantly enough we were not disturbed.

Terrible experience while trying to book the hotel. I had called the hotel reception late in the evening and the person at the front desk said that he is confirming the booking as per my requirement, but will be sending the details only by 10 AM the next day. After not having received any message, I called the reception desk once more around 1 PM the next day. A different person received my call and had no clue about my call the previous day. He was also not willing to provide service as per my request while his colleague had agreed the previous evening. Really speaks very low on how the reception desk operates in this so called 3 🌟 hotel. The incident happened on Mar 24, 2022 noon. If the hotel is serious about customer service, then they should look into it.

Ok ok experience. Strangely none of the staffs were wearing masks. Surprisingly we weren't asked for any identification proofs for checking in & if that process is followed for all other customers as well it's a serious security threat for the hotel & others as well. Food was good. Complimentary breakfast included & other ordered food quantities were also a lot to fill up 2 tummies. Bathrooms sewage management needs to be corrected.

Average place, okay if you just want to stay a night or so. They give only RO water and no free mineral water for the stay. Breakfast was good but dining area needs more attendants. There are only two people. I called the restaurant early morning and was greeted "how many coffees sir?" but they didn't deliver over half an hour and I canceled it! Room was clean but the toilet was still smelling of cigarettes smoked by previous occupant! Front desk persons were good and helped us get some food for baby packed. There was only one person to carry luggage. This place can be better if they hired more people because they have good food and clean rooms basically but lag in service.

Nice spacious rooms and helpful staff. Agreed to provide house keeping at 1 AM as well. Added to that reasonably priced meals. Great experience overall!

A very good hotel in Mysore, we loved our stay..The staff are quite polite and well mannered. The food is also very tasty.. would definitely recommend.!

The room we got was 306 but AC was not effective so cutting one star. The food and service was amazing. Stayed for 5 days. Their service is fast but even after repeated complains AC couldn't be fixed though they tried numerous times but to no avail.

Basic hotel with clueless front desk staff... Cheap both in price and quality... Housekeeping guy is a shameless person with no sense of cleanliness... Ordered room service... French fries were ok... Chicken fried rice was good. Tea was too bitter... Had to throw away.

Huge spacious rooms about 2km from the station. My kids really loved the rooms. 2 queen beds meant the kids had their own bed and that was a huge luxury in itself. The food however was sub par. We ordered both room service and ate at the restaurant. Service was very slow and not 24x7 which is strange for an international hotel.The complimentary breakfast was disappointing.Had a few keeping issues like chipped water tumblers, mouldy bread at breakfast, ,cockroach droppings in the electric kettle. But i am willing to overlook it as most hotels are struggling post pandemic and i have had similar issues in other hotels as well. I just hope the hotel improves the food situation.

Lovely property with amazing views of the valley & forest. It’s a small property will 10 rooms including villas & was well maintained. The front desk & house-keeping staff were prompt & courteous. The location is far-off but the stay experience makes up. The food options are limited but specific requests were followed & the dining team arranges several options. The only thing which should be improved is staff should speak 1 common language for tourist interactions. Breakfast menu is pretty basic (dosa, vada, bread), same goes for the games room.

This hotel rooms are quite spacious and comfortable, however, they really need to go a long way to come to the quality service. 1. Coffee cups placed at rooms were not cleaned. 2. Check in time was 12pm but we waited for more than 1 hour... And, funny part that, no one even offered a glass of water

Accesible distance from Railway station and Zoo/Chamundi Hills good choice for family. Worst Customer Service i didn't expect such a response with lack of communication. Without prior information Hotel management forced us to change the room while we were travelling outside and forcefully shifted our belongings in an improper manner. It's really disgusting act from Hotel management they were not even worried customer situation. Next day in the morning we were tired and about to prepare tea the Kettle were not even washed after making tea preparation it was observed and complained that house keeping guy was very cool and simply replaced he was not even apologized. Decent family's don't give a try...

Been there for some medical meet for the 2nd time, ambiance is good as well service also, staff behavior is good and friendly. But food is not up to the marks thing they might use Food SODA. Don't have proper parking facilities. Can better serve good quality of food. As food matters more then any other hospitality.

Very conveniently located with clean and spacious rooms. The staff members were very cooperative with the booking and check in process. A special mention to Mr.Manjunath who was posted with serving duties at the dining area. His exceptional hospitality was truly appreciable.

Stay was okay and I was happy to see big rooms because otherwise it’s hard to find decent places in Mysore but they served me chicken fried rice in room service when I ordered veg fried rice, which is absolutely unacceptable. Hungry in the middle of the night, I was just about to take a bite when I saw the unfamiliar pieces. Neither they offered any refund nor they made any sincere apology.

Excellent Large rooms, comfortable beds, great bathrooms. The in-house restaurant is not very good. Limited menu and not the best in taste. The breakfast was good and had decent options. There are a couple of great restaurants at walking distance which are worth trying. Taxis and autos are easily available near the hotel. Hope this helps!

Room is good. But packaged drinking water not provided as a free of cost. It is chargeable. They are giving RO water in bottles. But the electric kettle was so bad smell due old left over water. I requested to change it. But not done until check out.

Very bad behaviour from the hotel reception person, we booked a hotel 1 week ago, check in time is 2 pm standard. We arrived in the evening around 7.30 pm. There is no one till 15 minutes, who collect big bags from car to put inside the hotel. I have uploaded that image. That receptionist told us there is no room available.. i mean " What ?" , After some angry discussion with him, told us to join 2 separate bads together... Which was very uncomfortable for our 2 year old kid. I have uploaded that image as well. The TV was not working, we told the receptionist, and then he said " we have already changed you to a bigger room and you need tv ? " .. Does he pay for us ? Is this a good answer from him at 10pm ? Next day morning we were having breakfast, suddenly they collected bowl and all stuff.. told us that it's 10 am already. Very rude behaviour from them. Moral of the thing is staff need to learn basics, how to discuss with client, how to give them response and not behaving like rude at all. Overall room was good, location was good but service was worst.

AVOID! We had lunch thier and the food sucks. It wasn't cooked properly, and it tasted disgusting. The worst kadai panner i had in my life. The waiter seemed like he works in some chai tapri. His tone and behaviour was really bad. I don't know his name, but he was dark skinned, medium built guy wearing white shirt. The salt and pepper was served in packets. Who does that? The only thing "international" is the price of food. I don't know about hotel rooms there, but the food is disgusting. Avoid if you are going thier to have food.
