Worst room service, No property maintenance in the hotel, after booking for the full day and checking in at 6pm there was no proper room allocated to us ac not working no towels till 11pm mid night dirty bedsheet and blankets, no door mats water was running continuously on floor in the lobby. They provided us mattress cover as to use it as a blanket for the entire night the staff was very unsupportive and the door keys were not working for 2-3 hours. We got delayed to our trip schedule by 4-5 hours because of their lack of service.

Rooms,services,aminities good. But no hooks,hangers, floor mats in and near bathroom. Wardrobe set is not suitable, not properly planned by concerned. Too hight to hang clothes to rod in hanger. Told Above to staff, but it's not in their hands. Managements needs to take proper action on this for others convenience. Regards.

Pros - Rooms are clean and employees are good in behaviour Cons - Everything else Never visit with family and never expect the security there. Every junior employee has the master key there and can access any room using that key. Once we were in the room and he came to the room using the master key. They don't even have any manual lock system (even to lock from inside) , you need to depend on security key and which can be unlocked via masterkey by them. They didn't provide basic things like towels, tea bags, sugar, kettle or milk powder. They charged 3.5x amount on weekend just because of demand without adding any additional service. We were there on business stay and asked them for GST invoices on very first day. They promised to give the same during checkout. During checkout they told that they forgot to generate the same and promised to provide within 12 hrs. It has been 5 days but didn't provide the same even after 6+ follow-ups. So they are stealing the tax too Like this review if you find it helpful so that other people can read this too

Staff service is worst, receptionist behaved very rudely with Ladies, please don't choose that hotel if you are visiting Mysore along with your family, worst experience I had with the hotel staff It was Unbearable and complained the police too. But when officials visited there, they were behaving humble and telling about their owners, stupid hotel it is, please don't ever visit this hotel

Would not recommend the hotel personally . The sheets were not cleaned . Towels were not given for the entire stay . They just kept lieing about it . When asked for extra pillows they denied at first but then later ended up giving a dirty and bad one.. overall would not recommend due to the cleanliness issues

Worst service and literally a horrible stay experience in rooms. Complete waste of money the whole trip was collapsed since we selected these rooms. We prebooked 2 rooms for 6 members with cost of 8000 INR for 2 days. The rooms are badly filled with unexpected drainage water odour from the bathroom and literally even the drainage water starts leaking in the bathroom. Both the rooms the AC(AIR CONDITIONER) was very badly leaking the whole night which the just near to the bed which makes droplets noise the complete night😔 When went down to inform in the reception couldn't find any incharge person we shifted the mattress ourselves to single room in which the drainage smell issue was slightly lessor than the other and stay in single room whole night without sleep. We informed the person in reception the same day morning they said they'll arrange some new room for us for the 2nd day stay. But when we returned back in evening they started arguing that there's no rooms available. But we somehow managed to get an other rooms. Exactly same thing happened 2nd day night as well in the newly provided rooms. Same smelly washrooms which gave a complete bad odour in the room and leakage of AC water was there. We asked them for any compensation. The owner was very rude and saying the same point that if you could've informed us we could've provided you different rooms and that's all we can do, not even single penny is refundable.

We looked at this Oyo property online and found it to be nice. But when we reached it was all opposite. They have a small reception in the ground floor. The bathrooms are not so clean. The hotel does not provide basic services like water, kettle, glasses and everything we have been requesting one by one. Soap and other items also we had to ask them and then they brought. Lastly the receptionist requested don't use our towels those are dirty. Such a bad experience it was for us to stay there.

Small room 6/10 for neatness bed sheet looked dirty. The main drawback was there was no hot water 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 not at all recommended for family.. please don’t spray room fresheners excessively as your visitor may allergic to them!

Hotel is near to Bus stand easy access to all the places . Sufficient car parking. Ambience is good. Reception staff Abhilasha is good in service. Calm place to stay with family. No restaurant available here.

Nice rooms with a good ambience. Lights, AC, and bed. Everything was perfect. TV had almost all Hindi channels along with other regions. Service is prompt. Jeevan and komala were friendly. Swiggy zomato at your door step. Over all real good hotels within a budget. It's too good a hotel to be a part of Oyo, frankly speaking.

Worst hotel. No staff. No hot water. No room service. My 13 rooms are booked here for 25 and 26 December by Mr. Albert( who claims to be gm of the property but I doubt). There is no staff at all to transfer the luggage, no lights or bulbs in many of our rooms, today morning no hot water at all in any of our 13 rooms. We paid very high price of rs. 3300/- per room per night on double sharing without any food. I should say hotel is not worth enough to pay 1500/- also. They spoiled my entire tour and Xmas.

I booked the room directly, but the charge is more than the online cost. Even though we pay more than the online cost breakfast is not provided or neither informed. This is bad , though we pay more than online cost but they should atleast provide the same services.

Good rooms but their service, co operations is not so good. We booked online for 3 person. But they adjusted in two person room with extra gadda. They not given triple beds. And this is very wrong. And cancellation refund also not possible. So I'm very disappointed to their behaviour

Pretty decent rooms for an overnight stay. The bed linens could be cleaned better, however the bed was comfortable enough. Bathrooms were clean and overall hotel premises were well maintained and they have covered parking.

I'm sorry to give this review...the rooms were sub standard...no toiletries were provided...the toilet seat was broken...flush wasnt working...AC wasn't working...never coming again...other customers also had similar issues...

Even if you’ve no choice left please dont opt for this one. I had booked 3 rooms for My family and all 3 were worst. Dirty bedspread,broken pieces of mirror on the floor and 1 room had no curtains. No maintenance at all.

Room are very neat and clean. No inside restaurant but nearby there are good restaurants. Suitable for family stay. Near to all tourist places. Thanks to jeevan fot helping us during stay

I stayed just 2 night at the property and wish that I could spend more time here, exploring the entire length and breadth of the property and enjoy the hospitality and location is peaceful. The rooms were big and clean. I stayed in D6 in 4th floor of the hotel, Thanks to everybody who made my stay fantastic. I'm coming back for sure, coz I have a wonderful memories of my birthday in this hotel... Thank you.

Worst hotel I ever visited. Firstly they dont provide remote to AC. The pillows and bedsheets were so dirty. The telephone is just kept as show piece. It wont work. You cant call to room service/reception. Very bad experience

Booked rooms via OYO for a friend who was travelling with his family including senior citizens. On reaching the hotel, they did not give the rooms. My friend had to search for another hotel offline after reaching there. As per hotel, they asked oyo not to book as their hotel is full but still oyo made the bookings. And oyo representative available there had no clue. I tried contacting hotel after I made the bookings to be double sure, but there is no contact number available. Even the oyo provided contact number for hotel was a wrong number. Very bad experience. Do not use oyo to make bookings in Mysuru.

Really loved the stay here. Cleanliness was good. Room space was good too. Polite staff. I liked the lighting of the room. Bathroom was big enough, clean and hygienic. Nice locality around the hotel.

This was a very bad experience for me and my family with Oyo hotels. They did not had basic room amenities and he had to call room service so many times. Please do not book here.

1. Very horrible mattresses. They are pretty old. Even though staff claimed that hotel is just few years old. 2. No towels provided ( reason being there are covid cases!!! What even!?) 3. No in-house restaurant.

Great Room with affordable pricing. Very clean and good with accessories for a pleasant stay. Friendly staff and very helpful. Had doubts initially while booking due to the low reviews but honestly it has improved and much better amenities. Will surely Recommend.

Oyo robbed us by saying it's Rs6700 for 5rooms with complementary breakfast, and sent me payment link of Rs4391 after payment they sent link of booking confirmation for Rs12318, cheaters, after reaching the hotel they didn't attend the customer care call, without any option at 12:00night with family we checked in. but the hotel is good and staff is good.
