Clean and neat. Better place to stay to get going for near by places. Nearest to bus stand, behind which you can find Onn bikes - town bus stand - railway station is 2kms off ( walkable ).

Very bad rooms... Very small rooms... Tiled walls... No windows... Feels like you are basement floor... 2feet bathroom... Hard to bathe in that with comode touching nearby... Jails may have good stays than this... Not worth to pay even 300/night

Excellent place for travellers who are looking for budget lodging. The management staff are helpful and friendly. They can accommodate slight changes in the schedule. One negative aspect is that the rooms were very small and everything is cramed up. Should be renovated and entrance should be more accessible.

The residency has good and bad points. GOOD -walking distance to railway station -walking distance to mysore palace -walking distance to u Jagmohan palace -walking distance to Devraja market -A few kilometres away from St.Pilomena church -the room and bathroom seems to be clean and also OK -ample hotel, sweet shop, fast food stall, restaurant. BAD(regarding the Sharada Residency) -the room are a bite congested in short too much of luggage will make problem. -not highly recommended for stay with 4 members or more until you want a stay for pocket friendly budget. Overall-The best part of the residency is LOCATION For the price charged i feel it is justified, So overall GOOD.

Good people healthy ambience. Owners are very cooperative. Good option if you are looking for affordable and Good stay option near to city. Bangalore palace, market, bus stand, station all nearby. You can stay comfortably in nominal amount.

It's a lodge. The rooms are not really large enough. Feels like congested. The service is not upto the mark. They provide hot water. Only.

Place was clean, but Rooms are not spacious, the place is Very near to Mysore Palace and it is also near to Jagan Mohan Palace. It is ok for those who are not looking for spacious rooms.

Very close to palace. Everything is at walking distance. Staff was very friendly . Bugeted lodge for family and solo travellers.

Best place for bachelor and there is no proper parking facility .

Staffs are loudly talking sometimes singing over night, till over 1AM. If you want a good sleep, I recommend not to stay here. Rooms are clean than I thought. If staffs were not so noisy at night, I recommend this.
