They are unnecessarily charging extra. One doctor from Jayadeva hospital referred to go to this hospital for covid care. After two days we understood that this Jayadeva doctor sends patients from Jayadeva to this hospital. And once we saw the bill we were sure that hospital is giving commission to that Jayadeva doctor by charging the patient more. Please avoid this hospital. Becoz of such doctors only public are angry and trash other doctors. Jayadeva hospital doctor is lady doctor.

Patient willing to servive will also die if they come here. So called Illiterate doctor's - after keeping patients for almost a week they say the patient needs to be shifted to multi-speciality hospital - even in that case why did they keep the patient in MICU for a week and they charged 2lakh+ hospital bill? MICU they charge 12500 per day wherein they don't even have a fan there!! The blood test expenditure was borne by the patient but still the have claimed as part of Insurance - though the hospital has not incurred any expenditure they have claimed it as if they have incurred that expenditure. This insident was reported to Dr Bharath - but he says he is not into these things and washed of his hands. This private hospital is nothing but Garbage and Govt hospitals are better than this hospital!!

One of the worst hospitals i have visited, never go to the emergency (there is a fat guy, who is quite irritating) not just emergency but all the staffs there horrible! If we sit, they ask y r u sitting, if we stand, they ask us to sit, the hospital is more like a crowded exibition(may be cuz of nursing school), and also they ask the patient to give the urine sample, but they don't touch it, either the patient or the attendant should hold in the hand and keep inside the tray, when they come for collection!! (Come on who wants to touch the urine sample? Not even our own we would touch right?)they heavily charge us for the gloves, why can't they do it themselves instead of asking the patient/the attendants to touch the urine sample. Let's leave everything, no diatecian in the hospital? They dnt give food to the patients!!! N if we get tender coconut from outside, they don't let us in, how crazy? In the emergency, they dnt even know how to insert an IV, and here in the ward sisters say y have u got cheap quality needle and tube for IV ( nobody asked us to get! They in emergency inserted the IV even before telling us anything) and patient complained that it was bleeding when IV was inserted, everytime they disconnect the fluids it used to bleed, and also had swelling the whole night. They leave nursing students to check the temperature, and they dnt even know to check temp using thermometer??!! They keep talking to themselves leaving the thermometer for 5 mins in the patient arms!. Overall pathetic experience.

Hospitality is excellent. Staff , doctors and nurses are friendly and supportive. Apt monitoring and treatment is given. Good environment. Every phase of the hospital process works in coordination. I’m too happy and satisfied with their service.

If you go for Scanning bus hogaya kaam Delivery bhi hojayega but scanning doctor not rech time.. Don't choice for Scanning..

I can tell this is the best hospital in Mysore. I admitted my Mom for Corona, She was treated for 5 days and she was almost back to normal. Later I suggested same to my relatives, They were also back home in few days testing Corona negative. The cost is comparatively very less. Trust me, Miracles happens here.

How can a Hospital be so worst..So I visited this place for general physician.. First thing, you will have to fill the form for registration. After filling, you will have to go to second counter to make the payment.Post Payment, you will have to wait for indefinite time.Day is Wednesday, still I waited for more than 1 hour just for OPD consultation. When i went to reception to enquire about my number, she without even looking my receipt, told that sir, it will take another 45 to 60 minutes..seriously, mwans 2 hours ,just for OPD consultation..and on the other sidw, we blame govt hospitals..I think, they are way better than these so called private hospital and on top of that, they are accountable for any delay. While in these Privatw hospitals, no body is accountable. Full fed-up from this hospital. Will never recommend. If you have enormous time, you can come and enjoy their hospitality.

Best gynecologist and worst anesthesiologist (Dr.Shruthi) n Pediatrician Dr.Shivu. I ve suffered alot. Before going for admission plz check anesthesiologist. If it's Dr.Prashanth you can go ahead... He is good n experienced anesthesiologist... Money minded pediatrician... I suggest not to go for this hospital..

My 5 years daughter fell down from sofa and we went to hospital, we asked duty Dr to take x-ray and consultant ortho. But he was acting like ortho, and after taking x ray, he sent to Ortho Dr. Idress Akmal through watsapp, he said it is normal, same message has been conveyed to us by duty doctor. We told him that child is unable to strech the hand, and swelling. He said ortho will be available after 2 days, pls come and consult. Same day evening child was complaining the pain and swelling. We went to Manipal around 11pm, and we consult ortho specialist, he said mild fracture, need to plaster. And finally he did it around 2am. Moral : don't go Gopala Gowda unless if u don't find any specialists, simply charge the money. Also, we will not get proper treatment. If we waited 2 days, my child will suffer. Careless doctors. If ortho is not available that time around 6-7pm, they could suggest us to go to other hospital or ortho. But they need business after 2 days.

Ent is pathetic...Dr Zakir Ali Khan uses uncouth language on patients and lashes out his anger from family problems on patients...never take your family or women to this doctor.

Very bad behaviour with patient attender i dont know reciptionist name but she dont have patience to talk with patient and patient attender very poor responce she couldnt give respect to visitors and also showing attitude with other attenders also we have take doctor appointment 1 month before but we have been late due to emmergency travel she couldnt listen any thing she will be talking her self very bad behaviour today im going back to banglore again i have to come tommorrow with my 9month baby today is a bad day due to her behaviour

I will be frequently visiting this hospital as it is near to my home. Hospital is ok, some nurses are good, other nurses doesn't coperate at all. If you take any appointment you have to to wait a long. That is one problem.

I had been to this hospital just to ask few questions on insurance claim and hospitalization charges for a Spine Surgery. The service is pathetic than Government Hospital and people here act as if they are doing charity and show their attitude as if they are the only hospital on earth. Seriously speaking the customer service is horrific in Insurance department. I wish no one gets admit to this hospital and burn their cash, health and efforts to save loved ones.

Dr. Bharat is up to date for medical knowledge and provided promot appropriate medical care for acute asthmatic tracheobronchitis. Neurology consult by Dr Shustara was appreciated as well. Security staff, Anjali, Canteen staff was good as well. Excellent hygeine practices and cleanliness . Ancillary services by speech Ms Chandana physical therapy Ms. Nagma were excellent.

The best service was provided to my elderly mother, the MD of the hospital is a GEM and his brother the neurologist, my mother had a hernia that led to sepsis and also was suffering from multy organ failure due to sepsis, the doctors explained everything very well, and mentaly prepared me for the best and the worst case, but thanks to the efforts of the doctor's and the stuff she recovered quickly, the physiotherapist was the best she helped my mother get back to her feet and today she is able to look after her self and move around the house, this hospital is very affordable and services is excellent.
