Called the clinic for an appointment. They asked to walk in immediately. However, on reaching we realised there are at least 50 more patients and it would take at least 4 more hours. They should at least give the real picture when we call for an appointment or set an appointment where we can directly get the treatment. What was this experience? Why can't they have a functional appointment system? Extremely disappointed.

I have been visiting this hospital since 10 years. Very satisfied with Dr. Raghu Rao's eye checkup and now after hearing his passaway was very sad. Got recheck up today again, Very good ambience, few things changed but still happy with the service from reception to opticals.

Excellent Eye Care Centre in Mysore City. Loved the way Dr Umesh treated us. He is very friendly, caring and explains the doubts in detail. Immediate and quick response from all the staffs, always ready to help and smiling face. Mr Vijay was very supportive and kind, he helped me to finalise my frame which suits me. If doctor cannot come to hospital due emergency it should be informed, if receptionist knows about this, he should not take money and ask more patients to wait. Being a hospital and recognised firm , you should respect patients time aswell and his/her pain.
