Try to avoid as best as you can !! “If you go here with patient as an attendee you will also get admitted here” - Attendee 🤣. Had admitted my father here for 2 days and finally we asked for discharge as we couldn’t bear it anymore, pathetic management. -From the admission to discharge everything is painful here. — Only One person allowed with patient(understandable due to covid) but the problem here is we have to do everything ourselves including taking patients for scanning or taking patient to restroom (no ward boys again) or bringing med Medicines to the ward you and they kept on giving new medicines very frequently and in between these running they will suddenly call(its either doctor visit or patient needs to go to washroom) No matter where we are we should be there instantly as soon as they call patient name. If they want patient’s attendee to do all the work like this then they should atleast allow 2 person while one can wait near ward to respond as soon as they call patient’s name and other can do other works. —They will keep you roaming from one corner to other corner to take patient to lab, to bring medicines, to bring scan image/films, then again to bring lab reports. — if you have cashless facility insurance do not visit at any cost, insurance is such a pain here they will not give documents properly, and will take lots of time to apply , dont respond well for insurance company’s queries and keep dragging!! Finally we decided to give up cashless facility and paid full cash just to get rid of this atrocity. — Behaviour of most of the staffs/nurse towards patient and attendee is like as if they are giving free treatment or we can say just say like they treat as if we are thier slaves, very rude and unprofessional. Only few of them are good and big 🙏🏻🙏🏻 to rest of them —No proper conclusion about the illness and too many confusions. And remember you should never cross question , you should say yes to everything or else they will get trigged and get ready to fight .. — covid tests which was unnecessary in our case(brain related,no cough, normal temperature, fully vaccinated) but they have “protocols” and should perform both RTPCR and chest scan, and one more test i dont remember the name. — They have charged us some unnecessary charges like miscellaneous charges etc. — most of the Security personals are worst.

Worst worst worst experience. Staff, nurse/ ward boys and doctors don't have humanity. I really wonder how these people are working in hospital without knowing the value of life. Please do check the status/condition of your beloved one every hour and do ask or check them how they are being treated or taken care inside ICU. Indeed hospital just do dramatic things to fool us. They have a lot of attitude. They behave like they are spending from their pocket/providing free service. Very money minded, instead of looking into the possibility of treatments to patients they always see how to make money. Not at all hygiene once a patient gets discharged their pillow is kept as the same for the next patient they don't even have covers for the pillow and restroom no words at all. They don't change bedsheets on a regular basis even if we ask for that there will be no proper response or action taken. Coming to nurse/ ward boys they are literally busy using mobile phones, chit chatting and fully involved in gossip.They do make fun of patients and their family which is very very wrong. First and foremost they should understand that People are not here for vacation or enjoyment and also not for free treatment. They are struggling without proper sleep food and money with lots of hope on God for their loved ones. Nurses/ward boys are too lazy to come fill distilled water for oxygen supply. Even after a senior doctor prescribes medicine to the patient they don't raise it in the system In fact they forgot it and we reminded them to give the medicine which the doctor mentioned during rounds. The drip needle was not properly injected due to which bleeding started in the hand and we went to nurse/ward boys to come and look but they ignored it like anything as they were busy at cracking stupid jokes and busy with their phones, there was no quick response. Doctors over there are so useless and are there to just show off. I was so irritated with the behaviour of nurses and ward boys and complained to the chief doctor and finally the doctor herself noticed it and gave warning to them. Hospital management should take proper care and action on these issues. Give a surprise visit and check what's going on with the patient and their attendees. Only very few maybe two or three nurses and doctors are kind. I will never ever prefer this hospital in future nor suggest it to others I request people to seek a good hospital where they value life more than money.

JSS hospital guards exhibit thuggish behavior. While the doctors are competent, the nurses neglect medication and fail to provide proper guidance to attendants and patients. Car parking they will charge a lot they will not give ticket for the previous day charge dissatisfaction. During my father's ICU stay, the doctor's visits were infrequent. I don't recommend stroke affected people to admit here

Poor Management, Zero Hospitality, Rude staff behavior, Zero Cleanliness. For people who have a insurance, please avoid this worst hospital. They will exhaust your limit and make you pay more. I wish I can give negative 5 rating, I have never experienced this level of pathetic service anywhere else, despite having the lowest google rating, still these people think they are doing great. Below are my observations: 1. They take whole day to just to get the patient admitted, there is no sense of urgency whatsoever. 2. They intentionally drag the discharge process for a day just to bill the patient. 3. Doctors come as they wish, there is no standard protocol they follow in terms of visits. 4. They have juniors (Students) take care of patients with no full knowledge of the underlying procedure which is huge cause of concern. 5. The whole hospital ecosystem works more like a typical government office without having any sense of preference of patient experience. I will never go to this hospital again nor I recommend anyone who expect proper medical care and treatment to go as you will be disappointed. Thanks.

While a few doctors are genuinely good, most of them are really there to make money for themselves and the hospital. They try to squeeze as much as possible from each patient. Nothing works here if you are not ready to shell out money, including the housekeeping. Even after shelling out so much money, arrogant security and nurses treat people as if they are giving free treatment. 12 lifts in each floor and yet only 4 of them operational at any given time of the day. I hope there are no patients dying on the stretcher waiting for the lift 🙄

Best Hospital in the Heart of the Mysore. With all respects we love Dr. Suresh Babu Sir. One of Our family member came back from almost death bed three times. Doctors are very good and highly professional experts. They will not do/treat unnecessarily . They will clearly explain the current condition of the patient in all circumstances. They do exact correct analysis with exact treatment. Rates are moderately reasonable. Hospital is very clean and hygienic. Security is very strict. without visitors pass they will not allow any outsiders. Good , but some times it will cause little problem. But we got used to them and we should follow rules. Few may feel it is a single community hospital because most of the non-medical staffs belong to single community. Most of them are good. OPD consultation is free on every Thursday. Speciality clinic we need to pay consultation free. Medicines are at MRP. Quick service for a big hospital. Overall one can expect a quick recovery from health issues. ESI they will accept. Wheel chair services are available for free. Canteen is okay okay. Rates are same as outside food rates in canteen. It is in ground floor. Totally 7 floors including basement and ground floor. May be around 1000+ beads . ICU charges may be around 7k+ per day. ( I am %100 sure and confident - they suggest ICU only if required in critical cases) In each floor they have coffee counter.( Biscuits, noodles, soups, snacks etc..) Also they do have medical shops in each floor Physiotherapy is little expensive . ( I was not knowing they do have package for physiotherapy which is relatively cheaper than daily charges) Orthopedic is good. They have every specialization. I am only mentioning only services or treatment what I have undergone. We may see many training doctors both UG and PG practicing under the experts. (one should not feel bad in fact We should cooperate with them otherwise we may not get good doctors in future.) Auto rRckshaws are easily available outside the gate. But it is better to book AutoRickshaw online using apps. Hospital will accept cash , card and health insurance policies. They do have SBI ATM. App or online pay is not available to my notice. Good parking space with nominal rates. Dormitory services are on advance booking . Good one.

Infrastructure is awesome and no second thought about it. Just to praise they very very process oriented hospital which I have never seen till date nor I will.. By the time you compete their process flow or so called formalities you may not b alive. Staffs are very strict and follow the process properly and they work in shifts like it IT company. No support after working hours i believe. Such a strange response which i experienced today which I have to share. After reaching to hospital I did ask for wheel chair coz by cousin was not able to walk and he was injured. The response was like u will get wheel chair after 8am till that u can sit in car or wherever u want. Well it’s process oriented Hospital.. Worst hospital in Mysuru. I don't recommend to anyone. Dr. Venkatesh(Physician) doesn't know how to talk with patient & family. Money minded person and no regards even though we knew the doctor before. Hospital has good facilities but unfortunately doctor will ruin these. Highly not recommended and minimum is 1*, otherwise I would have given negative star to it. if you check google review, they have around 2* which is average. So please don't mess yourself and you can't come out once you got admitted.

One of the worst experiences in a hospital, JSS stoops lower than govt hospital. Pathetic nursing staff, many times patients are treated like cattle. Doctors are okay if you get to have one. Most of the time you wouldn’t be meeting any doctor here. Nurses run the show and they are really bad at it. Food catered to patients are sub par and mostly gets cold by the time it reaches the patient’s room. They might treat you but don’t expect care here.

I cant even think to give a single start rating ( -ve rating would be better) I know my review and comments are not even seen or the management would ever take actions on it. This is the worst hospital (not hospital anymore a money making unit). my grandfather was admitted to this worst hospital in Mysore, where only interns or practice doctor will take care of patients in emergency ward and ICU, no senior doctor or experienced doctor would never visit ICU or any wards. Our family would never get any update on treatment of the patient or this condition. If we try to ask any nurse they would either ignore or ask us to wait and no one would ever shown up. Pharmacy department, insurance department are the worst they don’t communicate, laziest and careless department i have ever experienced. This hospital has no ward boys to take care of the patient even in ICU they need the attendee to do everything, we need to our patient to scanning room, shifting from ICU to other ICU(just to create panic and make money) They finally discharged my grandfather after few experiment done from intern. They made us to clear all bills which was not even ready from day 1 of his admission for billing and insurance team we had to say when he was admitted and all that stuff. ICU People didn’t say anything even at the time of discharge until bills are paid. And finally discharge without saying that he was no more. Very neat and hygienic.. good staff management almost all treatments available and surgeon are available 24/7 only concern they do not consider family emergency and didn't allow to pre discharges.. I heard fellow patients all are here past 2 to 3 months seriously? For why so long in discharges don't know one of my relative got uterus operation its normally cost of 3days but here they admitted for 15days don't know why but I stayed here for 15days for small finger surgery and I was okay with in 2 days after my surgery still they don't allow me to discharge and majority of patients probles are same so keep it in mind always doctors prescription are most welcome

Usually all nurses and doctors know what it's like to give an injection to a baby in one and a half months but you have nurses like you who are not fit to work in a veterinary hospital and you have people like you to treat calves. It's rude to treat small children like this and this hospital is a bar and a fair. I don't know for what reason, I have never seen such a dirty hospital and dirty staff. Another thing is that you give training to your students rather than giving treatment. So the patients who come here are poor children. You should realize this before practical school. Anyway, one life to give training to your students. Do not experiment on living persons

Worst experience in JSS hospital in terms of services it took 1 4 hours to get an single blood test report as they mentioned 1-1.30 hrs to get ready but it took that much time meanwhile after getting report doctor not available to investigate overall very bad experience and slow services.

this hospital, medication is good but the behavior is bad of security and nurses. They will allow only one person to inside, he/she only has to taken care of everything. Security persons they don't even understand the situation. My mother is in operation theater, im inside the hospital to take care of her and for bringing medicines and for paying bills. One lady should be there with a patient for taking care of her. For that I called my aunt to hospital, security is telling if lady wants to go in you stay outside otherwise let her outside, you go in, like that they are behaving.

First of all, 5 stars to Dr. Mahesh Shetty (Surgical Gastroenterology). He performed Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy on me as I had multiple gall stones. His behavior is friendly and answers well to all the queries from patients. Next, 0 STAR to Emergency Room Services and doctors. ●ENT: I consulted Dr. Babu AR as I had extreme dizziness. He did'nt perform any tests to check for vertigo or BPPV. Instead, he advised me bed rest and prescribed some medication for 10 days and then to show him after 10 days. After taking medicine, i had little to no improvement. My condition worsened within 3 days and I landed in ER. ●I had extreme dizziness yet they made me get up from bed and had me run from post to pillar for getting injection, medicines, billing for 1.5 Hours. I felt like I will fall to the ground anytime. They have no empathy for patients at all. They have more students than doctors who have no idea of what they are doing. They keep calling their seniors to ask for advice. It is so frustrating. They wrongly diagnosed me for BPPV even though I didn't have it. 10 days later they conducted dix hall pike test and it came out negative. Yet, they still insisted that I have BPPV. This all happened under the guidance of dr. BABU AR. ● When I consulted some doctor in General medicine. He started laughing looking at my condition. ●Hospital bathrooms are so unclean and dirty. There are no flushes, no bidets in washrooms. ●I got food poisoning after eating their food. I will never suggest anyone to go to JSS hospital ever again. Pathetic Hospital. 0 Stars.

Hospital very well maintained, neat and clean but doctors are not that knowledgable.. even if it's a simple problem they'll make you to get lab tests x-rays done inspite of that their treatment won't work. Wonderful experience getting vaccinated at JSS hospital. Staff are very courteous. I will definitely spread the word about vaccination to my friends and relatives. The emergency response is just 30min and is very swift in answering calls all over the city. The doctors are the best in the city and vastly experienced in treating cases and patients with individual attention.

The staffs at the hospital are not trained to be professional, they are very rude and worst management. The washrooms ain’t clean. Security guards just cannot respond politely, what instructions do they get from higher authority?? Guidelines are given to them to be rude to patients and their care takers?? I personally do not recommend this hospital to anyone. What is the minimum education or training period for security people to act as the founder themselves?? Do they know there is a human ethics to give respect and take respect??

My parents have mobility issues , on making a request to the hospital they arranged for a zero wait time and administered the shots in the car for my parents ! We had very bad experience, From security to doctors and ICU. You people are running the hospital by PG students, no senior doctors vists the hospital, only they come to councelling the patients attenders, and they insist to surgery and other procedures. Once the patient has taken inside the ICU,. We the patient attenders are avoided to go inside ICU by your bouncers like security and even the ICU staff avoids the patient attenders. Security people behave like administrator . Within one week we saw 5 to 6 death daily Dear friends don't visit this hospital
