Extremely bad experience!!! My parents went to Nepal recently and the whole tour was mainly a chaotic experience thanks to the guide. There was absolutely no planning and guidance. Everything was done to facilitate the guide herself rather than the group. We have travelled extensively and never had such a bad experience with any travel company. Hope the agency takes this feedback and the next unsuspecting group is spared of this misery!!!

Me and my wife would like to register our appreciation on the excellent services provided by Spice trip for our recent Coorg trip. Apart from booking the Accommadation and cab services MS.Sasi also provided excellent guidance to us in advising the places to visit in and around Madikeri, Coorg. She exhibited enormous patience in answering our innumerable questions about the place,weather, etc. etc. As soon as we landed in Mysore Railway station the cab driver Mr.Amarnath from Spicetrip received us and took us to Madikeri to the Home Stay arranged by Spicetrip. We retained the taxi for four days with us upto dropping in mysore rail station. Visited fantastic places in and around Madikeri and Mr.Amarnath proved an excellent driver and a warm hearted person in interaction and helping. The Stay at Ginger Estate Home stay was very pleasant with good accommadation, excellent food prepared by the owner's family and a very nice and serene ambience around the home stay bulidings. we returned back with a very much satisfied feeling having enjoyed a wonderful trip. We had a 4 night and 5 days package for places at Manali and Shimla. It was an excellent package worth the cost and hospitality. We were very much informed of the activities on a day to day basis.The hotels were excellent with good, friendly and cooperative staffs. All places were very beautiful. Keep it up team Spice Trip. Our trip was well organised and conducted one.

Went for 6 nights n 7 day trip to Kashmir it's horrible, rooms were worst , heaters problem, many times hot water was not there in bathroom, no accessible road to room in gulmarg, pathetic rooms in phelgam away from the city with zero security no proper accessible road n staff were always in fighting mode. Room in front of the kitchen n all the dirty smell in room not able to sleep. Cab drivers were worst they take you to places were they get maximum commission n delays in commencing trip everyday at 9 or 9:30 and ending trip at 6pm ,if you ask them for city trip or ur choice of place for shopping they didn't come , This is THE trip organisation from SPICE TRIP .

Hello We just got back from north India trip which was all girls trip and i should say it was amazing!! All thanks to spice trip especially there executive HEMA she took care of each and every bit , the hotels they booked was so clean and in decent locality and also should say the drivers they choose to take us around was also decent.

We had taken service for Delhi,Agra, Amritsar and Jaipur package tour for 6 days. Everything went very well and really appreciate Ms.Hema was coordination and quick response. Faced Some communication gap while early check-in other than that everything went well. Thank you 😊

This is a nice travel agency which offers exemplary service to customers. The services are personalized and to the point and meet the desired requirements. The desk officers and staff are polite, gentle and helpful. Their services are available, almost round the clock and their responses are quick and positive. It's location is another attraction. I believe, with this staff and service, this institution shall see greater heights in their chosen business. They offer air and rail tickets, passport and visa services, car and other vehicle travel arrangement services. The office interiors have recently been renovated.

Well this agent was introduced from hemalatha from Mysore .....he has cheated us by posting wrong pics... We had a booking in peeple tree at kahini backwaters ...the service and ambience was so bad I never experienced it before my family were also upset about the food,later even after complaining abt the property to this agent he has misguided us for the sake of commission from the property owner ...I strong do not recommend this kind of agent where we will get cheated becarefull with these kind of agent 😡😡😡😡

Hello, The trip to Nepal was a very good and memorable experience. Positives: Well organized. Good climate Timing of the visit is very crucial for any place. I think we went during a good time when there was no rain or heat. VFM Areas for improvement: Better coordination with a the local hotels w.r.t facilities for senior citizens would help.
