This hall is good for seminar parties and for getting together with people. The hall needs to improve its air conditioning system apart from it the entire hall well maintained and quite good for accommodation food is also average.

An excellent venue for Events Spacious, very well planned, greenery all-round. Well maintained water body, Toilets... Well stocked up Bar and Excellent Food. Must say one of the best in Mysore...

Nice place to hangout for youngsters. Usually Crowded during weekends. One has to prebook the seats. Lot of facility for members though. Food is decent and not so expensive.

Awesome place to have get-together with family, friends and colleagues. The place was sound proof, had a good event there and enjoyed the time. Food was awesome and worthy the visit.

Good for maximum 50 people. Parking not an issue in afternoon. Can be difficult in evening and very difficult on weekends. Maintenance is a little tardy- water was dripping from overhead pipes. Good lighting and good food. A party with DJ and decent spread costs approximately 1200 per head . Liquor extra.

Amazing lawn, amazing architecture and amazing food arrangement. I always give a 5/5 for washroom and cleanliness! It is stunning. It also has a beautiful dining area which may accommodate 30 to 50 people, but during this COVID-19, you may limit it to 30! Officials are so quick to cleanup anything leftover. It has an amazing swimming pool, being a swimmer, I loved the way it has been built! The place is tailored for reception and engagement events. Also, you may want to think of arranging any standard function! Wow! This place is so good! Visit once.

It is a great place to host events in Mysore, but be very careful while parking your cars outside as there's a pub located inside the premises, people tend to party, drink and lose control and damage your vehicles, So spot a safe place to park. I personally had a bad experience with my car, someone had rammed my car's front bumper while taking the reverse most probably intoxicated!! Unfortunately there are no CCTV's installed outside..

Firstly do not confuse North Avenue with Mysore Union, although both of them are at the same premises and owned by same people. North Avenue isn't such a great place to dine in or hang out. It's available for events. Catering isn't up to the mark. Mysore Union on the other hand is exactly the opposite. Price doesn't really matter to me if the food, hospitality and ambience are good. North Avenue, only the ambience is good. Food is average.

Great place, good food and nice ambience make this a place to visit, spend time with family. Quality of service is good and price is OK. Ideal for events and get togethers as well.

31 night new year party organised and managed so poorly here we could not able to seat even we opted for VIP passes. Pathetic management at least have to inform before selling the passes rather than announcing once started serving food.

It's a beautiful and spacious space where grand functions could be organised. However, their unwillingness to allow guest vehicles into their parking causes extreme inconvenience not only to the guests but also to the normal traffic outside their gates. With the streets outside already being narrow, the long rows of cars parked just creates absolute nuisance.

A good place for parties,DJ nights, weddings good atmosphere around us and it's a private property so in family functions we can spend good valuable time

The ambience is good. We need to book the table in prior. The price is quite expensive. Overall it's good.

Good ambience and an amazing catering. I had visited with my office team from KIA MYSORE. Loved the atmosphere and the privacy given. The fish fry and the chicken biriyani was outstandingly yumm. Love to visit again. Keep it up and cheers 😊

One of the most beautiful place to host a functions or party in Mysore.. It is placed quite outside the city which is the best part.. There is a lot of space available for hosting a out door events.. Good parking space available around the place.. It is next to the Mysore Union Pub.. Swimming pool is present inside the place..

As soon as I entered the Avenue, I felt like I am in heaven. Awesome place, loved it and good ambience. I would rate it excellent.

A bit far from city. But the venue is beautiful. Take a rental scooty or something with you if you've got a three day conference or something.

Good location to have functions, seminars like activity. But it is located in very remote industrial park.

Beautiful AC hall....very well maintained. Ideal to have functions, parties and gatherings. There are two AC rooms, One room for ladies and one for gents. Both are with attach bathrooms just behind the hall and very close to the parking lot, which makes it very ideal for loading and unloading luggage. But I wish there were more lights in the men's room, just like in ladies room.

This is the 2nd visit for me. Spacious, lush green garden, food was good but what did not like is the way they serve the food. Better if they serve the food without touching the plates of the guests.

Did not actually visit the hospitality area. Attendee a Wedding Reception. Well maintained lawns and good space to accommodate a large crown also.

It's perfect place for outdoor parties & event's.
