I don't think you should treat your customers as a joke, if I have a problem try solving it . I had taken gold membership yesterday till today its not been added. Upon that one of the employees directly asked whether I would like a refund. Seriously your fine with losing customers? Worst service ,worst experience ,regret coming to your store.

Good collections , but beware of the executives they give false information on offers and will try to fool you. Once went to buy a sunglass and the executive ending up saying buy one get one offer is there … I said I want only one … she was like if u buy one also it’s the same price …we repeatedly asked her 3 times and she kept telling the same until we checked their app and showed her … that buying 1 was cheaper…lost the trust

The staff is very friendly and helpful. They are even patient to help you pick the right product. We had once visited almost at their closing time unknowingly and yet they were courteous to help us out without any signs of urgency. The collection at the store is also very vast and interesting compared to other lenskart stores in Mangalore.

I am a regular customer of this shop since 3 yrs. Back then the customer service was impeccable and very friendly. Fast forward now, the best word to describe the customer service is PATHETIC. When you enter the Shop they wish you, take you to one range and then magically vanish. (The store was empty and they were busy chatting on their phones)Few of the PPL don't have the courtesy to even address their customers properly. This is not the first time, my family also feels the same and so do my friends. Better to visit lens kart showroom in bejai / pumpwell

At this outlet the staffs are so bad at communicating the turms and conditions, female staffs are better but there's just one male staff and my request for the person reading my review is please don't go to speak to him just avoid him. Because he doesn't understand the costume need. He doesn't have any answer for customer query. He just knows to request for 5 start review. Please approach the femail staffs

Worst ever eye glass purchasing experience. Salesman was over smart ,and zero knowledge person. He is busy in talking to his coemployes. I purchased eyes glasses of Rs 8500 ....and on exchange....on next day due to fitting problem he started to misbehave with me. He refuses to exchange the product on very next day.....and tell me to visit the store afte 2 days. These types of salesman are running the image of such a great brand lenskart. I m a lenskart user from last 3 year ....but never had such horrible experience. Piyush bansal.....n team kindly scrap these idiots who are degrading the image of lenskart.
