Very convenient and comfortable bus service. They deliver AC and Non AC couches and can be booked online via Red Bus or Makemytrip also. Time punctual to drop locations. Inside is clean and seats are cozy to push back and sleep. People of Bangalore usually prefer traveling by bus than train on short routs and therefore Sea Bird Travels get crowded and packed. You have to confirm bus no from office or can get it by phone quoting the PNR no. or booking id. I bought my ticket on the day.

It doesn’t even deserve one star... worst travellers , esp for single lady ... they fooled me n got into some unreliable non A/C bus telling that vehicle is being cancelled ... struggled to reach Bangalore from there I was suppose to go to hubli .... after a lot of hussle ... so many problems which I can’t even type ... I reached hubli where the driver denied to get into city... he dropped me alone on a hubli dharwad highway with hardly few ppl around n said me to go... he just left ... I was all scared early in the morning standing on road alone...

The worst service I'd ever come across, bus as left before the intimated time when we checked with travels there isn't any positive response and didn't even provided any alternative

This is the worst travels ever, As they won't pay salary for their workers, due to this consumer had to wait for alternate busses and unnecessary waiting in there premises.

Not very reliable as they cancelled the bus with no intimation. When we reached the bus stop then we got to know about the cancellation from their travel.

This is an absolute nogo, i got kicked out of this bus at some odd place at night.. their staff was yelling at me for asking questions and i must wait there .. (said some other bus would pick me up ). My Ticket said Mysuru to Chennai (No Change-over)..4657329.. Travelling with your girl, family or bringing your guests.. Definitely a big NO.

Useless travels. No organization or planning. Their buses are horrible.

Bad service, tour bus simply wastes the time in non important places, Does not honour the services and skips important location due to time shortage, plus staff demands more money. Overall not at all happy with the service. I just hope they work on their services and clearly define the prices
