The staff were very cooperative and kind, loved the designs of studs.Compared to other jewellers, CaratLane has more collection and designs of studs and rings !!! you can even get any size of rings within a week, they’ll help you order from the app!!! The only con is that, they don’t have gold melting here, you need to go to Tanishq, to melt your gold !!!!! (if you want to exchange your old gold) One more con is that, there is no heavy necklace designs

This place is located closed to Mysore railway street and common car parking is available on one side of the road. Store is not that big and collections are fine. Staffs are friendly and courteous. Price is quite affordable as you get 18k designs for daily usage. If you are looking heavy jewellery then it's not the place for you. Overall a good experience.

My fiance and I had specifically decided on CaratLane for our engagement rings, and we zeroed-in on this store itself. The staff were extremely courteous in helping us find the right ring, and pick out the right size for me as well, which became a hassle in itself. We did find out that certain rings were unavailable due to delivery time constraints; our engagement was fixed rather suddenly and we had just 1 week to source the rings. Luckily, they were able to find the rings we wanted and got it delivered with 2 days to spare. Kudos to them on this! In the end, we were all a happy lot.

Hi all, Visited the store just because I had seen multiple design on their website for an adorable price, but in store the staffs did not even show a single piece of my size even asked for many times, they said the size is not available, atleast asked for display but the staff failed in that too. Very disappointed with them. I purchased from a different jewellery shop and found the same jewellery in just 5mins. Please don't waste your precious time going in there.
