Ample parking, good casualty center and has dedicated Nursing and doctor staffs. Good and hygiene rooms. Cheapest price one could say in terms of the market. The reception staff and new nursing staff needs to improve

Was one of the best before .Not any more. The nurse in the casualty emergency are unfit. They don’t inform abt your reports when u r so fearfully waiting , they took my baby urine sample after asking 5 times n after 2 hours. They don’t know simple things like if food is to be given when IV is going on. I deeply urge my management to hire nurses with knowledge and hospitable nature. If so difficult to accept the hospital it was once is in this condition now!!!!!

There's no option for negative rating. I would have opted for it...Pathetic healthcare provider, they are either business centric or customer centric..But the money they take is top notch..Each doctor has no ethics of patient care, they care about money and self centric. The great physician Dr Ravishankar, made patient come from first floor, only because he doesn't have time to come up..But indeed, he charged for the consultation. If you ever care for your loved ones, never ever visit to this hospital...You'll regret forver, like I'm doing now :(

I'm honest guide, don't Admit In this hospital for anything I suggest you join any gov hospital rather than here. Dr shenoy pediatrician is very angry person and not possible to handle with this person. 80% Nurses are not good and some Nurses are good.. The ayya housekeeping are v v v good they are so helpfull and caring more than doctor or nurses. There is no single point I will say for admiting here.

Nice and clean hospital. I like the small garden with colourful flower plants. Pleasant for patient. Staff are neat and clean. One of the oldest and dedicated doctors.

With the change of management, the services have become expensive. Recently consulted Dr.Shivakumar & he treated me well. Had several tests done including endoscopy as well as abdominal scanning, chest + neck x-ray. Glad the doctor patiently listened to all my issues in the throat and prescribed the right medicine. There is ample parking space as well and Ayush medical shop within the arena. The staff here are quite courteous. I was born in this hospital so my family is very familiar with all the senior nurses and doctors working here so the way we are treated is also heartwarming.

The doctors do their due diligence in treating the patients but we experienced a bad day waiting at ultrasound scanning room. Staff there kept us waiting for more than 1hr 45 min but sending in the people who arrived late. When enquired the answer was just a lethargic 'we will call you'. I feel sad for rating the hospital for a few staff but that's the only way you can rate an experience.

Ward and nursing department is very worst, least bothered about patient condition, they dont listen to your words until doctor come and say.everyone tell different different timewindow to meet the patient.No proper information with staff duty nurses. Its like you are taking government hospital services by paying private hospital charges.

I got delivered from Dr saroja, worst experience they'll not give the baby to touch also. My baby boy got stitches on head while performing c section, rude management. There's no good NICU equipments, my baby was shifted to Apollo hospital later for better treatment. Only cleaning ladies are good, nurses are better. Dr saroja is very cracky and rude, never listen to her patients. I regret getting delivered from her and choosing this hospital.

The hospital has no hospitality and duty doctor Mukund is so horrible and rude. He wants to maintain secrecy with the patient's report and give all the treatment secretly. I don't understand why media people are not doing investigation on such hospitals. Hope they have not compromised, if they so so then they are putting patient's life at risk. Service oriented hospital, polite and well mannered staffs and doctors. I had admitted my father for 5 days last week and discharged. Very systematically treating doctors and transparent communication. Very experienced doctors in almost all departments. I suggest this hospital for any type of primary management of illness but don’t opt for advanced treatment or major ailments including heart, brain etc.,

One of the worst experience. I consulted Dr. Saroja, gynaecologist, very rude treatment from doctor and care after c-section surgery is worst. Doctor does not check the wound after surgery and a thread was left outside which was supposed to be cut by doctor. since we recognised and went to doctor again, doctor was rude stating that we should have cut the thread by ourself and says patients are educated enough to cut it. If patients are educated doesn't mean they are doctors right. Doctor doesn't listen the concerns of patients instead she visits ward near door turn back and goes just 30 sec. Even nursing is not good. They don't even sponge bath the baby. They say they will come and that's it, no one returns. Even if baby cries no doctors will check. Utter worst experience. Don't visit this hospital if you are a new mom.

Worst hospital management. No one knows anything here and all they do is confuse you and make you roam from one end to other end There is no proper OPD dept or no rooms for visiting doctors. For follow up after surgery, you are made to wait the whole damn day outside an OT. The nurse outside the OT are careless and tell us outsiders to go inside OT and ask for information. This hospital is in a real sorry state. We come here only for the doctor.

Dr. Shivakumar( general surgeon) is a monkey doctor. He is mentally unfit. He himself needs psychiatry consultation. If left untreated he will be roaming like 'ಚೆಲುವಿನ ಚಿತ್ತಾರ' Ganesh. First he says endoscopy should be done for 83 yr old mother. I asked can she withstand. He replied-' I've done for patients even at 102, 105 yrs. Next day he says-'who said, how can we do at this age..?' Asked us to come for review after 5 days. Then he says-' who are you?'. After seeing OPD file he remembers like old cinema and asked-' why didn't you get endoscopy done?' Now patients you decide. Otherwise you will repent. He behaves like PU failed student, who roams around city jobless. I think he should be banned from medical counsil. Degrees should be withdrawn.

It's a very good hospital and I'm highly satisfied with its services. Highly qualified professionals team of doctor's and the staffs beyond length to cater to your needs and wellbeing. Keep up the good medical care and keep serving the needful.

Had wonderful exprience here. Doctors and mostly nurse are so caring and friendly u will feel world class service here. They keep checking all and night if patient need something. Truely appricistable really. Maintaince is good. Only concern i had is medical located too far if u were on top floor. 10/10 for the nursing system and people here😃 made me feel cared truely.

Very good hospital in this area. Doctor who treated us was very experienced & knowledgeable, also treated very well. We had insurance handling, billing, discharge done without any issue. Cost wise its economical. Need improvement on equipments, appointment handling.

The hospital looks decent. They promptly pick up your calls when you dial through the number provided here and connect you to the respective department. The registration process is fairly qstraight forward but they do not accept online payments. The services provided are very reasonable priced. BUT The service provided here is terrible. Was made to frantically move from one place to another on my first day of visit inspite of taking an appointment for my sprained ankle from the physiotherapy department. The subsequent visits were better though.

They asked me to admit my mom for a CT scan procedure. They said it would be just for a day and it is more than 7 hours after scan the doctor is yet to come and update me on whether I can discharge or I need to continue with the admission. When I go and ask the sisters when the doctor would come they say he will come, you please wait. This is my first experience with this hospital. Based on the doctor reviews I accepted for this hospital but it is becoming a pain now

Hopeless hospital for emergency care and services - Basic common sense they don't have how to treat patient in emergency time and even they don't give bed for patient who was in severe pain and doctor in EMR are buffoons and nurses are laughing and sitting in EMR

There is no coordination between OPD doctors and the staff, the appointment time given and the time to meet the doctor is 1-2 hours, for some doctor is one hour, and the patients will be 20-25, It is heavy load to doctor.. Very bad

The worst service you can get in Mysore. No online payment accepted even in 2021. The vaccination slot showed 9 to 11 am but their system started working from 11 itself for registration. How come internet doesn't work before 11 am in a hospital? Too much congestion in the hospital for no reason.
