I honestly did not want to give a single star also! This man... Dr.Prakash literally played with my dad's life without diagnosing Pneumonia on time. Even after looking at the x-ray he made us wait for long time untill the infection spread over till the last stage and he was hospitalized and admitted to ICU. To the owner's response - Hi sir we did not come to you on sunday with the X-ray...we came on sunday because he had reached a stage where he could not breath at all... My mother sent you the Xray on whatsapp on feb 1st . But you asked us to wait for 5days telling us that it was bronchitis! Attached is the screenshot of the conversation. Just for reference.

Very clean diagnostics centre. Staffs are well behaved. Amount they charge is not in accordance with the report they provide when compared to other diagnostics centres. Little expensive.

The best doctor for diabetes, great knowledge with very nice attitude.my mother was suffering from high blood pressure and high sugar and I tried many doctors but got no relief. After the first consultation,my mother recovered very fast. Dr prakash is a great person and a gift for humun kind . He treats the patient as a family member and gives lots of time for each patient. Waste of money, Very unfortunate experience: Don't go it's a trap. (Doesn't deserve a single star also) 1. Lab testing working hours say it's from 7am-9pm. Unfortunately, they say that lab closes by 3pm itself and send us back to come on the next day. (Which is not Preferably suitable for working individuals). Blood tests are costly, simply they will do everything which are irrelevant. 2. Non-cooperative and Indisciplined pharmacy staff (rude by their words) especially with "Ms. Sahana" which we personally experienced by the way of her rude speech that we must only listen to what they say, not feasible for patient's benefit who come from far places.They totally forget that hospital is running from patient's. 3. Costly medicines, No discount to the medicines prescribed (Where 10% discount is mandatory in all pharmacies all over India) if asked about it, they ignore that they don't have such concissions. 4. Better to purchase the medicines checking the molecule in the tablet from Jan aushadi stores nearby instead of wasting money here. 5. Diabetician doesn't understand the problem correctly, instead of favoring the patient problems. He is misguided by the pharmacy staffs. Even he's rude, Everything here is business. 6. Nutritionist counseling is okay, she's calm. 7. There's a risk of high dosage medicines, better to monitor blood sugar carefully and take second opinion from other diabetician.(Kind suggestion to patient's who are under treatment here) 8. I totally recommend to consult the best doctors with good disciplined staffs anywhere else nearby, instead of wasting money here.

Earlier the doctor was guinine and good but not anymore. He simply do tests for simple diabetes and takes money ! I recommend Dr Prakash only if you are rich and ready to invest in his clinic as treatments unnecessarily ! He gives about yo expire tablets. I used to admire him before for his professionalism buy He turned as one more businessman. Don't visit him !

Worst management. Emergency allergy treatment was needed to prevent bronchospasm. Receptionist told get the patient we ll give allergy treatment and injection. Later after making us wait dr Prakash says take to apollo hospital, you should have known. Did not evn look at the patient. So arrogant. Worst experience ever.

Had a very good experience with Ashwini diabetes care clinic .Dr.Prakash treatment, Counselling and best supportive care by bis enthusiastic staff , replaced my fear of illness with trust in treatment and recovery from diabetes. Based on the reviews i visited here. Dr Prakash listens carefully and physically checks Bp. Few things which i ddnt like his approach - He scares the patient (age<35) for cholesterol or diabetes or thyroid. -He doesn't go for minimum medicine approach. -My cholesterol was high because of some stress or thyroid imbalance and he suggested to take cholesterol medicine for 3months also he said it's cannot be controlled without medicine - if you do labtest outside he suggests to do it in his center. For any long term medication visit multiple doctors to find the best with minimum medication approach. Also for labtests or medicnes try online or stores which provide best discounts(pharmeasy,tata1mg etc)

I went to the doctors clinic for my mother's increased sugar level. I wasn't monitoring my mother's sugar so it went to 480 sugar level.everybody said for hospitalization and insulin intake but Dr n.prakash cared my mother's increased level of sugar with in a week.there was 50-60 decreasing level everyday my mother is fine now.medicines prescribed by him works very well.staff is good and cooperative.when you will go to this clinic you will definitely say that you made the right choice.
