    I started training with coach ashish since 5 months now. I had been very apprehensive about workout my whole life. After I started training under coach ashish I not just know the importance of regular workouts but also how crucial healthy and clean food plays a role in our health. Ashish shows you how to perform each exercise correctly and pushes you when you need the motivation! Seeing great results and definitely getting stronger. Starting out with him was a great decision and I would highly recommend it to anyone thinking about it.

    With the suggestion of my friend, i had started training under Coach Ashish. The sessions are quite interesting with the fun talks and games..I get to know the things how excercise and good food are important for us.. I had seen changes in my body within a short span of time..i strongly recommend him.

    I had been gaining weight for a long time. I contacted Ashish after I heard about him from friends. My fitness journey with Ashish has been great. His training sessions are filled with positive energy with different routines Everytime. He makes sure that we have fun while exercising, pushes us to give our best and makes sure we are not exhausted. I managed to lose a lot of weight with his diet and exercise without giving up any of my favorite foods and occasional chaats (masala puri 😜). Thank you Ashish. I recommend him to anyone who is trying to get fit

    Ashish has been a great fitness coach may it be in terms of flexibility or complexity you want to maintain in workouts. Very professional, strict when required so that we won't let loose :) He always tries to keep it innovative, when it comes to peraon like me who gets bored doing regular workouts, he always came up with something new and kept me going! He has vast knowledge about different kinds of fitness patterns. He did a great job!

    Ashish was my 1st fitness coach. A very proffesional but a friendly person with immense knowledge in his field. He will give his 100+% and will motivate you to reach your goal. In short a guide /friend who will guide you reach your goal with his perfect knowledge on diet and exercises.

    Hi All, I am here to give a huge shout out to my coach Ashish. I have been training with him from last 6 months and got tremendous results. Apart from doing workouts, I consider it very important to get knowledge about small tricks and techniques for entire faintness journey. He helped me along with all minute details into diet, healthy skin plans, workout plans and my endless doubts. I never had to diet and stay hungry. Nutrition is very flexible to eat whatever I want. Ashish is always patient to listen and help me with all my queries. I can proudly say that he’s my coach and I can blindly bet that he’s the best coach in Mysore. Happy fitness…

    Hello I am Saket I was 90 kgs. I had a determination to become fit but I never had the motivation to that and then I met at Ashish, my trainer, he is a very capable trainer and very cooperative to I was having very low stamina and couldn't exercise for much long but Ashish had given very nice diet plan and exercise so that I can increase my stamina and become fit. He was so cooperative with me till i build my stamina. Within 2 months I lost 10 kg which is a very good improvement for my body. He is amazing trainer and i think nobody should hesitate to join him.

    I took up personal online fitness coaching with with Mr. Ashish a few months ago. I found his approach very flexible and effective. I'm a young mother struggling to strike a balance between managing my toddler, household work and maintaining my health. I was able to stick to the fitness program and comply to the workout schedule as Ashish was flexible and he could modify the fitness regime according to my energy levels on any given day. His advice on the dietary aspects was also easy to follow. His sessions are planned well giving enough focus on warm up and cool down regimes apart from the actual workout. Overall i would highly recommend Ashish to those looking out to start getting fit !

    Ashish is the best fitness trainer one can ask for, he's knowledgeable, patient, professional and passionate. Ashish always listens to me and adapts based on my goals. He is accountable and genuinely cares about my fitness and wellness. I have trained with Ashish over 6 months now, in a group setting and in one-on-one training - I have seen improvement in my stamina, core strength and to my surprise, I've now enjoy working out instead of thinking about it as a chore.

    I was looking for a personal trainer in Mysore to reduce my weight and for body shaping. after so much of research i could join with Coach Ashish He suggested me a good personal diet plan based on my daily food intake.with regular fitness training and diet i was could not believable myself that i would be reducing 7.3kg in just 2months span and very much healthy than before. I would take this opportunity to appreciate the knowledge Ashish has on fitness exercise,diet plan and guidance. He makes sure that we have fun while exercising, pushes us to give our best and makes sure we are not exhausted I highly recommend y’all to try out Ashish’s sessions to achieve great results irrespective of your body type!

    It's been great pleasure working with ashish.His vision to educate people in holistic development of living and staying fit is just amazing. It’s all about YOU and your well-being with him.He focuses on addressing the root cause and applying an integrative approach revolving around holistic nutrition, movement and quality sleep. Personalized training with lots of fun activities is what you would be served with. Wanting or thinking of having a sound mind and sound body, then this is the place you need to be in.     I got the opportunity to train under Ashish for almost a year during the time I was in Mysore and I enjoyed our sessions so much that I would try and carry on the classes online even when I went back home to Delhi. There are plenty of coaches and trainers out there but what sets Ashish apart from most of them is his selflessness & his passion towards teaching - he doesn’t not hold back for an instance & shares all his knowledge with utmost dedication. I teach yoga, because of which Ashish and I would have some extremely interesting conversations where we’d discuss our different disciplines with each other & Ashish was always so excited to find new answers, draw new comparisons & learn something new. I would return from our sessions not only feeling stronger, but I’d come back feeling like I’ve come back from a fulfilling and heartwarming conversation which is a great feeling. One more incredible thing about Ashish is his honesty. It is the humble attitude that every teacher should have where they always consider themselves life long students before they are teachers and that means their hunger for new knowledge never dies as well as their acceptable of the fact that they may not know everything. If there was ever a question Ashish couldn’t answer he’d research on it & come back to me with his own perspective and that would unfold into yet another interesting dialogue. My sessions overall with Ashish were so nourishing for my body, mind and soul - he’s a fabulous coach with a treasure trove of knowledge and a heart of gold. If you’re in mysore, I would never ever recommend anyone else but Ashish!!

    Coach Ashish is really fun to train with, Inspite of busy office schedule I joined coach ashish personal training for weight loss and lost 7 kgs in 3 months, also I learnt to do deadlifts and his training helped me to improve overall strength which was the best part of training.. I would definitely recommend coach ashish for you fitness goals.

    If you're looking for an affordable, decent and friendly personal trainer in Mysore, you have reached the right person. I have trained with Ashish in his gym and have been close to my goal. I've lost around 7-8 kgs within first 3 months of training with his diets and exercises. He keeps a good track of your goals and help you to achieve it with proper diet and suitable exercises. His sessions are not included with diets and exercises but he makes sure that he even include games and other fun activities to rejuvenate your mental health. I highly recommend Coach Ashish!!

    I had an awesome experience training with coach Ashish … He put together a personalized and comprehensive workout plan for my unique goals AND he helped me motivated that we were working together…Not only is he knowledgeable and has the technical training experience, but also he is down to earth and an overall great guy!     I am taking personal training from Ashish since August 2022 ..and i have lost almost 8-9 kgs. The best part of the training is that u will improving consistently. I remember my transitions from water bottle to 2.5 to 5 to 10 to 15. And believe me each and every transition was smooth. And it gives immense confidence to see our hands and biceps and legs gaining strength :) i would recommend Coach Ashish to anyone who is looking for strength training or weight loss
